We were two couples staying at this lovely vacation rental for 2 nights. The flat is on a quiet street with lovely, peaceful views from the covered porch. it’s a large and comfortable flat with two good-sized bedrooms. While the flat has a kitchenette instead of a full sized kitchen, we had no trouble making dinner using the grill and kitchen appliances for the two nights of our stay. It’s a short driving distance to a few beaches and about 15- 20 minutes from downtown Bellingham or Fairhaven. Our host Jennifer was great and super accommodating. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely stay again

Beautiful spot in the very nice subdivision of Sudden Valley. We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean, well stocked with amenities such as coffee and shampoo. One of the four adults has a bad knee - so our only difficulty was getting her in and out of the steep driveway but our host let us use his parking space so that also was very accommodating.

Beautiful area! Comfortable beds. Very accommodating owners.

This rental is the bottom floor of a large house, with the owners upstairs. The apartment is very private and comfortable. There are two large bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It's perfect for two couples or a family of four. The path into the house is a little steep, so it's not ideal for someone with mobility issues, but if everyone in your group is fine, then the place is great. We loved seeing all the deer in the neighborhood!

An extremely well appointed rental. All the comforts to have a nice landing place after a day at the lake/mountain/town. Communication with owners was top notch, super nice folks. The two things we learned were 1) finding the house was a little tricky, especially with the sun in your eyes at sunset, 2) while well appointed the kitchen isn’t a full kitchen, not a huge deal but changed our meal planning a bit. Overall a delightful rental, we hope to be back next year.

We spent most of our time visiting our daughter in Bellingham, but Pinnacle Perch was perfect for our needs. We didn’t take advantage of all the available amenities and activities, but it appears there is lots to do, and the living space was most comfortable. We would stay again.

Beautiful unit. Spotlessly clean. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the Bellingham area. Communication with hosts was good. Location puts you close to lakes, recreation facilities and natural beauty. I stayed with my partner and his 16-year-old son and we all had a wonderful time. Will absolutely go back next time we are in Bellingham.

Wonderful stay
The property and hosts were wonderful. We knew the kitchen would be minimal, but it included everything we needed and more. The bed was big and comfy, and the house had so many amenities including a washer and dryer. The view and neighborhood were lovely, and we met friendly folks on our morning walks. We even saw a cottontail rabbit and three deer right outside our door. A great getaway.

Beautiful unit
This is an immaculate unit in a very quiet residential community. It is stocked with everything you need for a short stay, with the added bonus of fresh flowers from the garden throughout. I highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful property in great location
I stayed in Pinnacle Perch over Labor Day weekend with my spouse and 6-year-old. My spouse played in a gold tournament at the Sudden Valley Golf Course, and my kiddo and I hung out. This rental is just a few mins drive to the golf course, but also would have been fine walking. Walkable to the AM/PM beaches, Lake Louise, etc. Jennifer (one of the owners) was extremely communicative and helpful.
Note that this rental does not have a full kitchen (which I didn't realize until after I booked it), but turned out not to be an issue. There is a full size refrigerator, very powerful toaster oven, and a large utility sink in the laundry room for washing dishes.
I highly recommend this property, and am already planning another trip back here!

Great Summer Getaway!!!!
This is our second stay at this lovely property and spending time here in the summer is exquisite! We had an opportunity to use the golf course a couple of times and the swimming pool with our grandkids. The view from the patio is truly picturesque and the sunsets were stunning . The hosts were wonderful and attentive. Can’t wait to return!

Great family visit
We loved our stay here! By the end, the kids were sad to be going home since their beds at home weren't as comfy. The location is fantastic. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the pool, beach, or Lake Louise for a quick run. Except for the lack of stove or dishwasher, this feels like a full-on apartment with comfortable amenities.

Excellent Summer Stay
It was a great week, enjoying Bellingham and having a very comfortable place to stay. The air conditioning, Great bedrooms and excellent deck with barbecue made the trip amazing. Also the great big screen TV with great cable TV sports really was a huge factor also! The hosts were really accommodating and great to work with!

SPA LIKE EXPERIENCE
GREAT PROPERTY TO UNWIND AND RELAX. THE BED MIGHT POSSIBLY HAVE BEEN THE MOST COMFORTABLE I HAVE SLEPT IN. DEEP PLUSH CARPET TO BATH YOUR TIRED FEET IN AFTER A LONG DAY PLAYING GOLF. SCENIC DECK TO SOAK IN THE OUTDOORS AND GRILL SOME FOOD ON. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

While the ad description does mention the access to the unit, it really should be more clear about the available parking and access from the parking to the unit. The primary parking spot is a small gravel spot just off the road, and oh, make sure your vehicle is well outside the white line so you don’t get a ticket. My Toyota 1/2 ton truck did not fit. If you park a small passenger car here a passenger has to exit the vehicle before you park. There is another “parking spot” below the house that is actually the golf cart path up to the garage door where you access the unit. Again a very tight fit for a larger vehicle and you have to pull in between the bushes along both sides of the path making it difficult to get in and out of your vehicle much less getting past it through the brush around your vehicle. Neither the main driveway or the golf path have any lighting and both are fairly steep so if it’s dark be careful. The unit it’s self is very clean and well kept except that every door in the place squeaks loudly. The hinges just need some lube.

Cozy relaxation
The perch feels like a luxurious resort - beautifully decorated with a heavy dose of cozy comfort. We needed for nothing the whole time we were there! The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, very communicative and friendly.
A short daunt to very swimmable beaches and kayak/ paddleboard launch sites. Perfect for families - though the hills to and fro were a bit tough on my bad knees. Easily solved by driving the short distance. :) Didn't want to come home!

Sudden Valley gem
Beautifully decorated and maintained home that gives two king sized bedrooms and nice views. Owners live upstairs and are very caring and helping couple. The highlight of the area are definitely the AM/PM beaches nearby - where the whole family can have some outdoor fun.
The home does not have a full kitchen setup, don't go with expectations of cooking but the toaster and electric hot top stove can definitely help for some quick reheat and light preparation. The restaurants near the property are open.
Will definitely recommend for a peaceful retreat.

Just awesome!
Great location. Super clean and well thought of. Everything is clean, new. comfy and inviting. Very private. This was our first time in Sudden Valley and would look at buying a house there next week! Amazing location. El Agave is awesome! Would absolutely look at staying here again in the future without hesitation.
