Everything was Incredible! We loved the Views, and being surrounded by Nature. The space was Amazing and spacious. We loved the Sauna for relaxation at the end of the day. The Place and the surroundings had good vibes and great energy! Having a washer and dryer was a bonus we were not expecting.
Nothing, everything was wonderful!

The cottages are spread in a beautiful, remote area with view of the glacier.
The hot tub does not heat, after 4 hours of active fire it was like warm.
The access road is difficult without a 4WD.
The bedrooms have no view.

Very nice place to relax and Enjoy the amazing 360 views
I loved.and enjoy the wood burning outdoor Hot Tub

an amazing place to stay in a stunning part of Iceland. the views were spectacular and everything in the house was carefully thought out. Wish we could have stayed longer

view was incredible and saw the Norther lights during our stay
Very large apartment and perfect for family of 4
Beds very comfortable
Loved the washer/dryer and sauna
Hot tub was so relaxing but takes long to heat up
not a lot of options for food—40 min drive to Vic
Hot tub takes about 4 hours to heat and you need to add wood every 20 mins so can just turn in and leave the unit—need to stay and feed wood

First and foremost, the views are absolutely breathtaking!! We loved the heated floors and the wood fired hot tub! The house had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. We didn't use the sauna due to time, but it looks really nice.
It took a long time for the hot tub to heat up, but that is of course the nature of a wood fired hot tub😀. That didn't stop us from using it.

Very responsive host. We were provided with easy directions to get to the location and when we got there, we were blown away by the home. Yes, pictures look great but wait until you're there in person. We definitely made use of the sauna and hot tub. We had a fantastic trip. And to top it off, we got extremely lucky the last night and got to see the northern lights.
The hot tub took much longer to warm up than initially told. But it didn't stop us from waiting patiently.

We loved the remoteness of this house , it was amazing
House was finished to such a high standard
Tea, Coffee, etc in the cupboards as well as other Bits and Bobs
House had everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay a success
Hoasts were super friendly
Our understanding of Hot tub was limited so hadn't realised that it would take 4hrs + to heat up so not as practical as we had have hoped and didn't get to use it as we wanted. Sauna was amazing though

This place is out of this world!
We were speechless when we arrived, because of the breathtaking surroudings and the amazing house.
Everything was perfectly clean and the house was really well equipped.
We enjoyed the sauna so much and at night we were delighted by a spectacular northern lights display.

The hotel cancelled my reservation without letting me know. We called when we got close to the hotel for help with directions and they started blaming us, saying that the hotel was closed and they had told us several days before. We were never informed of this (I have the screenshots of all messaging with the hotel), and instead of providing help that night in finding us a different place to stay, the hotel just acted as if it were our fault. I understand that the hotel has no control over the weather and does have to make the decision to close the hotel when roads are too dangerous, but yelling at us over the phone that night did nothing to help the situation. Such a disappointing experience, made worse by the terrible customer service we had to deal with. I hope no one else has to go through this.

This was a stunning well-furnished and incredibly spacious property that very much felt like home! We were welcomed by the charming host who showed us our way around since we got a little lost trying to get to our cabin. The cabin had great facilities from WiFi, laundry machine, sauna room and an outdoor hot tub! We definitely enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend!
The location was around a 40 minute drive from Vik, so just keep this in mind when planning your travel!

A modern cozy house with sauna.
No shampoo and body wash provided. Besides, it is not ideal to heat the hot tub outdoor in burning wood.

Lovely accommodation with an amazing hot tub!

Fantastic cabins in incredible surroundings. Super friendly and helpful host. We loved it!

The location was fantastic with stunning views from the cabins large windows.
The area around the hot tub was very dirty with muck, it would of been nice to have that area paved with stones or wood.

The house was gorgeous, and it was a very unique experience.
There were no toiletries provided so we had to shower with the handsoap dispenser. I sent a message to the property about this (via booking.com chat) and have never received an answer.

The house and location are exceptional, the house is equipped with everything you need and the sauna and wood heated hot tub and absolute treat.

Awesome, fantastic, breath taking and I could go on.... probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. We were looking for true "Iceland-in the middle of nowhere" place and it was the best choice we could have made. The view on the valley, glacier, volcano - you could sit there, drink coffee and just stay like that. Hot tub experience is amazing, it is nice when it is sunny, it is even nicer once it is dark, wind blows and you enjoy hot water. Totally worth waiting 3 hours to make it hot.
Very convenient if you want to travel between Jokulsarlon, Vic, black beach, along route 1.
Just the fact that we did not want to leave :)
