The house was perfect for our family get together. Plenty of bedrooms and space for us all. It was very clean and the hot tub was a great addition.
Feather duvets, I wish we had known in advance that they were feather duvets as I could have bought my own from home. Also although the kitchen was a fabulous space we felt that there should have been a few baking trays for the oven and a bit more crockery as we were a family of ten and there was only just enough.

Location is great and the lodge is beautiful, it has everything you need for a relaxing self-catered escape from normal day-to-day life
Garden is not secure for dogs and very easy for them to run out onto a road so a lead is a must for toilet time
Wifi wasn’t strong enough to be able to send work emails

The lodge was beautiful and a lovely place for a get together with family. Fab location and great views. Highly recommended.
The lodge is pet friendly which is great, however the outdoor area was not secure for our small dogs, we had to block off the gates after one of them escaped!

Hot tub and All comforts of home
No view from property considering it was surrounded by such lovely countryside

Location was lovely, quiet and perfect for a family to stay. Facilities were great, hot tub was enjoyed by all the family.
The kitchen was well quipped and the lounge/dinning area was light and spacious.
The only small thing I can think off was that the sun umbrella wasn't quite functioning correctly when the wind picked up.

How clean beautiful and private the property was
Everything was lovely, the only negative was the front door was stiff 😂

The whole set-up was excellent.
A nit-picking suggestion - some felt pads on closing side of doors to reduce noise when closing?

The property was stunning really well presented, really spacious, really clean, and had everything you would need. Tucked away nicely and literally 2 sec walk to be able to take the dog for a walk which was ideal.
The smoke alarm beeper was regularly beeping (which we obviously understand why) however, it was really loud.
Potentially have the garden slightly more secure, not a massive issue at all as dogs were OK but did want to keep popping out to make sure they hadn’t gotten out.

The cleanliness of the house, the comfort of the hottub and all the different amenities you need easily catered for 10 people. The staff were very responsive as well when we called up to say the toilet malfunctioned. Would highly recommend to anyone who wanted to visit the local area!
Nothing! The house was perfect!

The lodge was beautiful and luxurious. It was very roomy and the fittings and furnishings were a high quality. There was nothing we could find fault with. It was beautiful, I didn't want to come home
The stay wasn't long enough

Had everything that we needed and more. Lodge was beautiful with modern decor throughout. The swimming pool was an added bonus and run on a first come first serve basis, where you had to put your fob that was supplied on the board for your chosen time each morning. Hot tub was cleaned and checked everyday (ours was between 8-9am) and was a fab addition to the property. The lodge was around 8mins away from Sainsbury’s and cheddar gorge. Weston-super-mare was half hour away. We had a lovely time at Tor Farm and we will definitely return!!!!
We took 2 dogs with us and the garden area for our lodge was gated 1 end but the other end was open, although we had a trellis to put up to stop the dogs getting out, it would have been better to have had that end gated too, however this was only preferable to us having the dogs with us.

Location, lodge and its layout is great. The cider barn near by is worth a visit, especially on Wednesdays (open mic night). It's nearby to many good day trip places.
The first come first serve pool booking system didnt work for us, a little reminiscent of the towel on sunbed booking system in every holiday resort, but this is because we're not early risers (~8am). We could still use the pool but not at 'the best' times.

Loved the lodge, so clean and tidy.big sociable space, Beds really comfy, fresh linnen, nice big towels, body wash and shampoo there, nice mugs, location was amazing very quiet in the evening and hot tub was a massive plus! We loved it! Lovely outdoor seating for the group and Karen excellent and on hand when we needed her to help with WiFi issues and report things we noticed when entering the lodge. Nice and private Areas, private bbq on site but we didn't use. Communal outdoor pool set up was great, we had the pool all to ourselves. lots of pool stuff in the shed. we enjoyed this on the Saturday morning. We had An amazing stay and would 100% return!! Great communication and directions.
Lovely place, the only gripe I would say was the broken window was a bit of shock by previous guests, and in other circumstances I would say this would have left me feeling uneasy. However the farm felt very safe so It didn't impact our stay and accidents happen. Karen had ordered a replacement before our stay but the company hadn't delivered in time to fit, they had however covered this to the best of their ability to prevent any shattering. Karen did do all she could in a short turnover time between Guests.

Everything was perfect. Wonderful accommodation. Everything you could wish for in the Lodge itself and to have use of the swimming pool this weekend rounded it all off.
Nothing to dislike.

Location was stunning, easy to find. The lodges are finished to an exceptional standard, absolutely stunning! The roof tiles are made from recycled materials which we thought was a great touch. Hosts are really helpful, the hot tub was beautiful and was maintained every morning.
The rooms get VERY hot at night in the summer due to the timber structure, even with windows open. Tea, coffee, sugar sachets are normally supplied in self catering so this would have been nice. Outdoor hot tub usage curfew is a little early at 10pm being an hour earlier than legal curfew of 11pm, but we can understand the reason for this.
