Comfortable stay in Walvis

The rooms were huge. They also allowed for a late checkout.

A horrible experience.

It's a walking distance to the beach. I liked that .

1. It was very noisy , the hosts were speaking at a loud voice . 2. A lot of things are broken in the room and are not being fixed. 3. The breakfast was horrible . My bread wasn't toasted , I didn't see a toaster . My eggs were very weldone. Sausage and 2 eggs is what you get 3. No cups or kettle for tea , no glasses for drinking water with . It was horrible . I couldn't wait to leave . 4. They just don't really care or they don't know how to care .

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very neat and clean, beds were nice, and shower facilitates was good. Room was cleaned every day and new towels available on request. The living room seating were good.

The kitchen needs to be repaired and upgraded in order for the staff to have decent facilities to work. The reception area needs attention. Although the breakfast was good, there needs to more variety. 1 Type of porridge, 1 egg and sausage is not enough. To eat the same breakfast every morning is not nice.

Superb

The workers were very helpful and kind and the rooms are clean and comfortable to stay.

The single beds, I prefer double beds atleast because as couples we would not want to sleep in separate beds

Lovely Stay

Aawww just the welcome by nice lovely ladies Selma and Eveline it was so excellent and encouraging and tempting to come back again. The rooms where clean and perfect. We have no any reason to complain. A perfect place to stay.

The breakfast was ok. The front office staff are friendly and trying their best, however we did not like the fact that they don't appear professional in the clothing that they wear, maybe they are just too comfortable to dress up for guests as they stay in the guest house as well. But they are trying there best, they need leadership.

I have booked 3 de luxe rooms for 6 family members. On arrival one of the rooms was an outside room which does not deserve the rating of de luxe, almost nothing was working properly and the room has only one very very small window. The owner of this guesthouse is not a nice person, in fact, she called me very rude names when I complained about this backroom, as this was definitely NOT what I booked and paid for.
