Great selection on the buffet and on the menu for breakfast and it was delicious.
That I only got to stay for one night. Would have loved to stay longer.

Breakfasts was amazing, everything prepared with care, and attention to detail. Great choice from the cereals, juice, breads ( divine), fruits and the cooked breakfast too. Better than the best breakfast I have had in any 4/5 star hotel.
There is nothing, if is a little piece of heaven

Susan is an excellent host and makes the stay very enjoyable.
There is nothing to dislike

The rooms, the garden, the lake, the places in the house where we could sit, the best breakfast ever!

Breakfast was particularly wonderful. But also the guest sitting areas too.

Good location in quiet area but still need a car to get into town especially if raining.
Host was very attentive, breakfast was first class.
Cleanliness was first class.
Small bottle of procecco in room on arrival.
The shower was over the bath.
Price was on higher side.

Breakfast was excellent plenty to choose from. Also really loved that they don’t enter your room every day but have a unique service to replenish anything you need via a menu, to include towels. This is a very sustainable approach 👏👏👏

If this B&B were a Hotel it would be at least a 4 star. Wonderful location and setting and the host Susan was the definition of kindness and hospitality . Awesome breakfast.

Charming house. Lots of extra touches, complimentary Prosecco on arrival, cookies in the room, tea/ coffee, water.
Use of communal seating areas outside your room, to relax inside and outside. Honesty bar is a lovely idea.Comfy bed and lovely bedding.
Warm hostess and thank you to Derek and team behind the scene too. Wonderful breakfast with loads of choice, perfectly cooked and new items on the menu to try, that I had not seen offered elsewhere on my travels.
It would be lovely to have a rate for solo travelers, even if only for off- peak times. It is fairly priced for a couple, but cost prohibitive for a solo traveller unfortunately.

Good breakfast-very friendly hosts.

Beautiful home sitting on a lovely site next to an equally beautiful lake. Rooms were spacious, neat, and provided every amenity you could want. Breakfast was truly a feast with an abundance of choices. Perhaps best of all were the several common areas where a different groups of traveller's could meet to chat, relive the days activities, make plans and so on rather than retreating to their private rooms. If you are traveling with a group of friends or family this definitely the best lodging option you have.
Nothing. Everything was very nice!

Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing- the rhubarb was really lovely. We couldn’t have asked for more!

The location is great, easy to access, at the edge of Dunfanaghy and is very quiet and peaceful at a loughside.
The Mill has a lovely, mellow feel and is calm. The bedroom was very comfortable and I liked that there was water in the bedroom, as well as homemade oatie biscuits. The breakfast buffet was carefully displayed with a good range of options, overnight oats, smoothies etc. and there was superb range of cooked breakfast options. My full Irish cooked breakfast was perfection.

Breakfast and lovely large room. Lots of nice places to sit downstairs.
Didn’t like that no one came into service the room. You tick whatever you need and place outside door. We didn’t ask for fresh towels as we didn’t want to make a fuss.

Delicious variety of foods, and a wonderful scenic dining room overlooking the lake with swans gliding past
