View from the room was amazing - Lough Foyle and beyond. Room was very comfortable, bed was wonderfully soft. Breakfast was varied and generous. We ate in the restaurant and in the bar. Both high quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.
All wonderful

From the reception staff, upon arrival until checking out, the cleaning staff, the waiting staff, and bar staff were all so efficient, helpful, and friendly.
The venue for the wedding was just beautiful, as was the pre dinner environment
A special mention to Cillian and Eimear, who served our table at the wedding, they were so attentive and good humoured.
The food at the wedding was served efficiently, and was pipping hot and very tasty.
The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean.

Friendly, helpful staff. Food served in the bar was of a high quality and good value for money. Leisure facilities were nice and the room was spacious and comfortable.
Bedroom was very hot and made it difficult to sleep, even with the windows open.

Breakfast was poor the fried options were dried up on both mornings and we were down early enough.

I thought the food was very basic and expensive

stunning views, great food, staff very friendly and accommodating. rooms lovely
some parts could do with an upgrade, in particular the carpets at the far end of building, a little threadbare but has literally no impact on your stay.
we stayed in a junior suite, but the suites at the reception end with a loch view are defo more superior but again just a hint rather than a not likd

Food was good but lacking variety.
Walls in the room paper tin could hear the creaking of footsteps from the ramp walkway in the hallway you could also hear the room above you and music from the reception every morning at 6am.
Beds weren't that comfortable either ended up more tired leaving

4.1
beautiful scenery, genuine professional staff, excellent food, great leisure facilities
having to book breakfast even though it’s a self service breakfast…put us under pressure to use leisure facilities and make breakfast on time
booking in time of 4pm is too late and booking out time of 11am is too early..would put me off staying again
4.1
the location of the property was amazing , and it was very modern
it was easy to get lost finding the rooms lol
