About this house rental
A renter's dream. Flat lot on deep water. Stainless appliances ... refrigerators on both levels. Recently remodeled with newer furnishings. Three king beds, two queens and four twins...beds with newer plush top mattresses. Sleeps 12 comfortably. Gathering rooms on each floor with flat screens, vaulted first floor great room and lower level entertainment area. Great family dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Satellite internet/WiFi. Large deck on each level with plenty of seating and new gas grill. Screened porch on lower level. Expanded covered dock with large swim platform. Calm location on the lake with great areas for water sports ...convenient to marinas.
This property is located 1 hour from Knoxville and 2 hours from Gatlinburg TN.
The health and safety of our renters is extremely important. Our housekeeper will be disinfecting our home between renters with products based on the CDC’s recommendation. Bed linens will also be cleaned with an enhanced antibacterial/viral product. We are committed to attempt to prevent and minimize the risk of infection for our guests.

The house is truly incredible. You can tell that the owners care and make sure everything is in order.
It’s well stocked in the kitchen and has a lot of opportunities for activities (ping pong, kayaks, games, etc.). We stayed with 12 people. It had a lot of space and never felt crammed. Fantastic stay and would definitely recommend!

My family of 6 adults and 3 kids absolutely loved our stay! The house is perfect, spacious and updated. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. We enjoyed spending our days on the dock and evenings in the screened in porch. Tom was so helpful and

Each year we vacation with our best friend’s family. We have been coming to Norris Lake for 20 years so our children are now grown. Everyone still gets excited for this vacation. We have rented many homes on the lake and this one is on the top of our list. There is plenty of room for us 60 year olds to have our space and our 30 year olds to have theirs. The home has everything you might need from kitchen items, to plenty of seating on the deck & dock, to utilizing the kayaks. We will be renting again.

We have stayed at many homes on Norris Lake and this is one of the most beautiful and functional homes we have rented! There is ample space for each family to have their own bedroom and bathroom. There are two living spaces which makes it great with a large group; as well as two outdoor spaces on the beautiful deck. The furniture, beds - everything - was extremely comfortable! There were so many little touches that you could were well-thought out such as the appliances in the kitchen (ample fridge and freezer space), and also the ice maker. Again, the overall layout of the house was very functional for our family gathering.
The lake access from the house is one of its biggest features! Just a set of stairs down the deck and then a gradual slope. The dock was very clean and loved having the kayaks to use!
The host was incredible - very communicative,
prompt, thorough, and answered all of our questions.
We will definitely be returning!

This was our sixth time renting this home for our Christmas/New Year’s celebration and all of our stays at this house have been excellent!!! The house has plenty of space for six adults and our seven grandchildren. The grandkids especially enjoy the downstairs and the bunkroom for hanging out away from the adults and having a good time. The owner has made improvements each year we have stayed here and this year he replaced the furniture in the living room, added a beverage refrigerator in the kitchen, replaced the kitchen cookware and upgraded the internet. This is one of the few houses we have stayed in where we can all gather at the dining room table for meals and activities and we now have seating for everyone in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything we need for preparing meals for our group. The owner is easy to work with and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stays at this home. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again!!!!

This is our second time staying at this property and again it didn’t disappoint!! Great location, beautiful house and it has everything you can imagine you would need! The only inconvenience would be the gravel driveway is a little steep. We encountered a bad weather and some of our vehicles had trouble getting back up it after some of the gravel washed away. But other than that it was PERFECT! The ice maker was such a help! Tom was great! Can’t wait to stay again!

Great Place for a Family Getaway
This was our fifth time renting this home for our Christmas/New Year’s celebration and all of our stays at this house have been excellent!!! The owner is great to work with and does an excellent job maintaining this house and has consistently made improvements from year to year. The house has plenty of space for six adults and our seven grandchildren. The kitchen is well equipped for fixing meals at the house and Food Lion is close by which makes picking up supplies easy. The owner added a commercial icemaker which is a nice feature to have when you have a large group. The kids love the bunk room in the basement which has plenty of room for them to play in while the adults are upstairs relaxing. Our family also loves playing ping-pong during our winter get together. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stays at this home and are definitely looking forward to coming back again!!!!

In a word…TERRIFIC!!! The directions were spot on, the locationclose to a marina, the view was lovely, the home was clean and beautifully decorated and the kitchen fully stocked!! We spent most of our time on the dock, in the water , playing games (including ping pong), kayaking and tubing.

Great for families and friend vacations
We had a wonderful time Lake Break! The house was beautiful and layout worked for our group well. One of the few properties around Norris Lake that has a gentle slope down to the water. Also enjoyed time spent at the dock!. The owner was easy to communicate with and ensured we had a great time. Would stay here again

Very clean. Loved the porch areas. Washer wasn’t working, and Tom had someone there the next morning to try and fix it. Quiet area, but very close to Powell Valley Marina.

Family Memories
This property was "Pristine"!!!
The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for a large group. Our week came with lots of rain, but the covered dock and the covered upper and lower decks were awesome to still be able to be outside for all our meals and enjoy the outdoors. The owner Tom was very accommodating to help out my 83 yr old Mother that was with us. We greatly appreciated that.
We all had a great week together and made great memories as a family.

We have a wonderfull time staying in Toms property , super clean and super well maintained , you will feel like your own home , great communication with owner, very quiet area , you will find all u need in local stores so u dont need to bring mutch stuff , firewood on site , tons of parking , screened porch .... will be back soon , Thanks

Beautiful Lake House
The property was great. The yard was beautiful. The lake is beautiful. We actually stayed here due to the close proximity to hiking and enjoyed numerous hikes around the area. We rented a boat for a day to check out the lake and could tell this property would be a great summer vacation spot for boating and water sports on Norris Lake. There are several marinas on the lake where you can rent boats. There is a very nice grocery store not too far away. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner of the property was extremely helpful and responsive. Overall just a wonderful experience.

Excellent long weekend stay for small family get together
Had an excellent stay. Kitchen is well stocked, made cooking for 10 easy. Living areas were comfortable and inviting to lounge and relax. Really clean. I will say the Wi-Fi was super slow (we knew that going into it) but we were happy it made us out down devices and have fun instead. AT&T reception is poor, Verizon was fine. Again, we were happy being left alone!
Fire pit was fun to have and the dock was really great. Lots to explore in and around the area and the 4 kids really enjoyed that. They have 2 kayaks there that were nice to have.
The owner was readily available via text (through the available Wi-Fi, I message worked totally fine).

Lake Break lives up to its name
What an awesome experience. This is exactly what a lake house is supposed to be. Clean, up to date, and well furnished we felt very at home and hated leaving. Nice quiet area of the lake, great swimming off the dock. A short boat or car ride away from anything you could need. I'm definitely coming back here again, the owner's are great people.

Lake Break provided exactly what my family needed for our vacation getaway, and Tom facilitated our visit nicely. We did experience some connectivity issues on the property (poor wifi at times), but otherwise had everything needed for our visit and much more! The home and dock are extremely well furnished, useful and comfortable. Highly recommended!

This is s beautiful house in a great location. Great dock to swim, fish, or launch your boat. Kitchen well equipped with appliances, dishes, pans, silverware, etc..
Great decks off the back. Top deck has great eating space with covering and large table.
Beautiful farm and large farm table in dining area. Open floor plan.
This setup works great for our family.
Only negative I would say are beds are on the firm to hard side.

This is a beautiful home and the well tended landscaping is amazing. The yard to dock Is landscaping I am speaking of, it included fire pit with seating for many. The dock was best we have seen. Large swim deck with picnic table and deck chairs. Perfect for relaxing .

Very comfortable and clean, kitchen have everything you need, beautiful view. Just have in mind if you are staying in this place, there’s no towels in this house, you have to bring your own, and they tell you after booking, but I would definitely come back to this beautiful home!🥰�

Very relaxing stay. It was the off season so it was quiet and peaceful. Great layout with updated furnishings. The fire pit was perfect with the chilly weather. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful house, views and lake
This house exceeded our expectations. We were 2 families with a total of nine people and there was more than enough room for all of us. It was spotless upon arrival and beautifully decorated. It’s much larger than the pictures indicate. The kids had the run of the downstairs which was great for them and the adults. The kitchen is plenty big for a crowd. The 2 decks are also spacious with high quality furniture, a great Weber grill and that amazing view. The screened in porch is beautifully decorated. Everything is just so well done.
The location on the lake is perfect with the huge gently sloping yard leading down to beautiful Norris Lake. So nice to have a large green space for kids to run around. The fire pit area was great for s’mores. The dock is huge with a nice covered shaded area, sturdy table and chairs. We paddled around on the provided kayaks - huge plus, fished and made use of the paddle board we brought. I have no complaints about the house and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. The owner was easy to work with and answered any questions I had right away.

Amazing House, Amazing Host
Of all my times coming to Norris Lake, this has been the best. The house is newly renovated inside and out with beautiful decor. It has plenty of room for the four families that stayed the week and was extremely comfortable. The Curti Family was very good at communicating and went above and beyond by honoring my father that passed away unexpectedly four months before our trip by planting a tree at the house in his memory. Thank you.
