Ogólnie ok, ale na pewno trzeba poprawić kilka rzeczy. Szczególnie zachowanie osób pracujących, aby nie krzyczały na goś

Pokój przestronny, pyszne jedzenie, dużo owoców morza, paella, blisko sklepów i plaży, dobre ceny w barze hotelowym.

Mały basen, widok z balkonu na drugi hotel (bardzo blisko), zbyt małe ilości mięsa na kolację dla mięsożerców. Bardzo nieuprzejma barmanka w barze hotelowym, nakrzyczała na mnie po hiszpańsku, bo chciałam zamówić napój 10 minut przed zamknięciem baru, wyglądała jakby pracowała tam za karę. Duże kolejki do wejścia na salę na kolejce, ponieważ trzeba czekać na to aby kelner wskazał stolik, co przy 3 i więcej osobach zajmuje więcej miejsca, a dwie osoby są wyciągane z kolejki i mają pierwszeństwo

Camera bella di recente ristrutturazione.

Sulla prenotazione c'era scritto pensione completa ma in realtà non avevi compresa neanche l'acqua di rubinetto. Le bevande tutto a pagamento extra questo a pranzo e cena. La mensa abbastanza completa nella proposta ma di bassa qualità.

La verdad que no sentimos muy incómodos a lo primero luego si llegó una mujer de la limpieza y lo dejó todo a uno muy bi

Bueno, las instalaciones la presentación en Spakk al gimnasio un poco pequeño y bueno la verdad que era bonito el sitio la verdad muy acogedor la ubicación muy bien

Lo que no nos gustó fue la limpieza de la habitación llegamos a las 3:00 de la tarde la entrada a las dos, pero cuando nos pusimos y abrimos la cama estaba todo sucio Aparte estaba todo lleno de pelos levantemos las sábanas y habían hasta patatas. Debajo de las sábanas. No habían limpiado. Nada Parecía que no habían cambiado las sábanas. La nevera estaba sucia debajo de la cama había muchísima basura.

TRES BIEN...JE RECOMMANDE CET HOTEL.

La chambre était super avec une bonne exposition, propre et fonctionnelle. Hotel très bien situé avec une jolie piscine. Equipé d'une salle de sport et d'un SPA ce qui est appréciable.

Les petits déjeunés sont un peu limites en qualité.

The hotel is nice, great location, delicious food, clean, friendly staff.

The rooms were cleaned every day, a great place with a variety of activities for children, as well as a small pool for them. Delicious food, the breakfast was great and a lot, but drinks for dinner were not included in the price.

Wi-Fi seemed to be there, but we could not use it, the signal was very weak.

Great overall except some manageable noise issues.

I personally think that Riviera is perfect for the money. The rooms are clean and good, air conditioner is perfect, it’s not far from beach, food is good too. The stuff is incredibly nice and helpful.

Next Hotel is very noisy, the show there is not ending until 12 a.m. After that is quiet. We managed to adjust to it, still it wasn’t great for our very active exploring vacation, since we had to stay up relatively early (8 a.m) and were already tired by the evening. If we had more relaxing stay with longer sleeping time in the morning, as I guess most guest do, it would be less of an issue.

Location is good, close to the sea. Food was good, and evening meal was consistent.

The noise coming from the hotel near by. Any activity kept in our hotel swimming pool area was disturbed by the noise made by "disco" hotel in neighbourhood. It was kind of "no consideration" on their part every evening.. Same old "latino" every night, not even something interesting to hear...Cheap, for a considered "disco" hotel and music..

I did enjoy my stay and may go back sometime but might not have dinner there.

While the room was smaller then I expected it was very clean. Breakfast was good, but Dinner some nights were poor no selection of meats.

While there was nothing wrong with the food it just was not for me.

Wonderful place to stay and re-energize

The room was great and had plenty of space. It had 2 double beds to accomodate. The shower was great with a jacuzi. The breakfast was very good and every day we got to enjoy a great choise of healthy and delicious options.

The rooms are a little bit noisy due to other guests flushing the toilet above and next to us.

Food was lovely, had a good range of food especially fish. restaurant and cleaning staff were friendly and happy. Air con. Clean room. Contemporary room. Balcony was good size. Fridge. Bathroom was modern. Location is fantastic for beach.

Not enough sun loungers and all had towels on them from 9am opening time. Some people were leaving them all day even though there are signs saying not to. All inclusive starts at 11am until 11pm, so you have to pay for drinks outside these times although not expensive. Bar closes at 12. Entertainment wasn't great. The hotel next door had great entertainment which we watched from the bar terrace. Room doors were noisy.

It was bad. The staff was really rude and treated me and my family badly.

The accommodation were fine. Everything was in good shape and it was comfortable.

The staff were so rude! They treated the all inclusive way worst than the others costumers, serve us poorly and they were very rude. In 2 situations I had to complaint in the reception because they treated me bad and also call me names. The team made my stay really bad and I wont be returning. The food wasn't great either but it depended on the days.

Superb

Everything was super! The breakfast and dinner were different all the time and it was super tasty! Show program was every day. The room was huge, clean, but weird that there wasn't the door between bathroom and bedroom. But it's still okay)

Our stay at the hotel Riviera Santa Susanna Spain..2022.

Lovely modern hotel. Rooms are nice and the resturant was very good with plenty of choice and well prepared food. Location of hotel is excellent. Would definitely recommend

Everything was great, the location, the food, the room

The only thing i didn t like was the loud music playing every day from aprox 5 PM until 11-12, from a music band near our hotel
