Adresse à réessayer après la fin des travaux.

La literie excellente, le calme de l'établissement, et le cookie offert à chaque client à l'arrivée. Les hôtesses d'accueil soir et matin absolument charmantes, compétentes, à l'écoute et toujours avec le sourire : bravo !

Avoir eu une chambre PMR sans en être prévenu. Nous espérons ne pas avoir lésé une personne qui elle en aurait eu besoin. Des dysfonctionnements en terme de TV et d'électricité. Un rideau pour la douche serait utile, pas verres à dents dans la salle de douche. Pas de bouteille d'eau de courtoisie dans la chambre malgré le tarif élevé. Le système "do not disturb" ne fonctionnant pas, merci de redire au personnel de ménage que la correction oblige à frapper à la porte de la chambre avant de rentrer. C'est une situation quelque peu récurrente dans l'hôtellerie française et si le client se doit bien évidemment de respecter l'ensemble du personnel, l'inverse coule de source...

Bien sauf quelques points à améliorer mais qui reste personnelle.

Petit déjeuner varié Chambre propre

Petit déjeuner : l'omelette aux œufs ( non artisanale) Chambre : Le manque de lumière au miroir de la salle de bain et le fait des portes transparentes dans les toilettes, peu d'intimité.

Client de l'étabmissement depuis 1982 je suis et reste un fidèle !!

Sérieux problème de chauffage cette fois ci dans les nouvelles chambres pallié par l'ajout d'un radiateur électrique.... Je passe mais franchement on s'attend à mieux!

Pour le samedi matin excellent.

Suite passage autocaristes le dimanche matin alors qu il n était que 9h30 le petit déjeuner était nettement moins bien garni que samedi. Nous avons été déçu. Et manque de restauration.....

Largely disappointed

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The location is near Paris so it doesn't cost quite as much as a stay in Paris itself.

When you walk in the lobby the impression given of the hotel starts off great and as soon as we got out of the elevator the anticipation dropped, the carpet was very stained. The rooms were sufficient in size but quite dated and the conditions were not good. There was mold around the tub, the top of the toilet tank was broken, using the toilet paper made the paper holder fall off the wall. The stairwell to the garage had several large sticky stains you had to avoid stepping in.

Great alternative hotel, farther from Paris, if you have a car

Much better experience than the disaster airbnb before that big bed, clean, silent, spacious, has parking at night

there was one day that i had to stay in the room because i was not feeling well and being pregnant I needed to rest, the coordinator from room service knocked on the door even after seeing the Do not disturb sign and basically said that i should not be in the room because they needed to clean, i told her no i needed to stay and she said oh mam u need to go to the reception and pay extra because we need to clean the room and she was so rude.

The staff is great! Now the property owner has to put up his game!!

The staff was really nice, there was a male staff member working night shifts, he was really helpful. And the front office staff was very nice. They spoke very good English and were really helpful for us discovering Paris.

The room was not okay. There were holes in the curtains, many stains in the carpet, the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. And the room was full of fungus. When we took a shower in the bathroom the bedroom carpet got wet because the sealants in the bathroom were not okay any more. (Hence why the fungus). The water went through the wall and messed up the carpet in the bedroom. Basically the room is worn out. I don’t mind the rooms being outdated for the price they asked, but I do like a clean room. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel, if you ask me. I don’t like a worn out room, with defects and leakage. I must say the staff was really nice and helpful, they definitely do this good. However I would rate this hotel max 2 stars.
