Pool area and club house made the difference

Pool area, room was ok,

Food, spa not good, complementary items was very poor in room, only enough for one person, coffee and tea making very very poor in room

Geweldig!❤️

GEWELDIG! Na een lange reis vanaf Marbella streken we neer in dit resort. Geen idee wat het was, maar we hadden zin in even rust en niks doen. Volledig beveiligd resort in de middle of nowhere, maar wat ontspanning en rust. Er wonen vooral Engelsen op het park zelf, wat een leuke en vriendelijke mensen. Gratis parkeren en de beveiliging rijd de hele dag over het park. Dit is voor ons een absolute aanrader voor een ontspannen vakantie. Wij komen ook zeker terug! Voor ons een dikke vette 10!

Er ligt niet echt een mooie stad omheen, ga er heen als je wilt relaxen en even niks wil doen. Tenzij je wil golfen, dan kun je je voordelig uitleven. Het eten in het Italiaanse restaurant is niet heel geweldig. Neem de tijd, ook bij de bar duurt het allemaal wat langer dan wij gewend zijn. Maar relax het is vakantie!

Decepcionante , de 5 estrellas nada.

Que el propio hotel tenga un pub con terraza abierto hasta la 01:00 de la mañana , con gente tomando cerveza y chillando , Justo debajo de las habitaciones… no es la mejor manera de dejar descansar a los huéspedes. Lamentable.

Erholsamer Urlaub da Kenntnis der Region!

Großes sauberes Schwimmbad, Hotel direkt am Golfplatz, gutes Frühstücksbüffet

Es ist ein in die Jahre gekommenes 5-Sterne Hotel! Es müsste dringend renoviert werden. Whirlpool außen ging nicht! Golfplatz gehört nicht zum Hotel und es waren nur 9-Loch bespielbar! Vorab keine Info dazu! Schade!

Lots of improvements needed, but fine for the price

The staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful. The pool bar was convenient and reasonable prices.

The inside of the hotel was nice and clean, however the outside pool area needs attention, the pool itself wasn’t very clean, debris from trees, bushes etc in pool and generally dirty with dead skin/lotion. The area around the pool also needed attention, the Sunbed’s were old and need replacing, a mix of beds and the paving around pool needed a good clean. The air con in the room was very poor, there was a celling fan and that helped but made room comfortable, not cool. Breakfast was nice, although quite a limited choice. Having said all of this, I am quite fussy, and to be fair, the price was very reasonable, so shouldn’t complain too much, not a 5 star hotel. I wouldn’t return as I’d rather pay more to get what I want, but for the price it was fine.

Superb suite .. very very comfortable..huge pool .. food in the club house at lunchtime was fabulous .. lovely salmon poke bowl .. yum

The guy on reception was excellent.. very accommodating .. the staff in the club house .. a little stand off’ish ..

Very uncomfortable plus when I asked for a refund the days I didn’t want to stay because the room was soo warm they did

The rooms are spacious

The AC does not cool, the water pressure is very low barley can take a shower it becomes hot and cold so you have to jump out when it becomes really hot.

very tired. sun beds broken, pool showers don’t work, pool grubby.air conditioning doesn’t work, club house staff miserable, bathroom floods from shower which goes hot and cold. wrong room given to us then made to upgrade, no life guard and lots of kids there

Amazing resort with fantastic facilities

Amazing resort with a very high standard of service. Staff were so friendly and professional and the room overlooking the pool was both relaxing and of a high standard too.

The resort is away from any shops so you are limited to use the spar shop on site. Taxis are expensive to therefore go to other locations.

What a value for money for such a resort experience!

The resort looked like an oasis on its own. We personally loved the old school look of the hotel, although some technical aspects can be updated such as electrical and water systems in the rooms. Staff however were amazing, especially at the breakfast and the reception.

Pampered in luxury

We've had the most wonderful time at the resort. The facilities and room exceeded our expectations. The staff was most helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and breakfast was fantastic.

Everything was great. Though some more vegetarian options at the restaurants would've been appreciated.

That there was a lot of dogs around the hotel and the club house don't have proper plastic pint glasses for around the pool so had to have small Pepsi paper cups not good.

Don’t be fooled by the grandiose entrance. This hotel is not worthy of 5 stars. the management is never there . I can on

-lack of customer service. -poor food and selection -having to pay extra to use the spa for the swimming pool - having NO HOT WATER for two days , and receiving no support from the management, Pablo the manager, was never available - rude staff - basically it’s a 3 star hotel for 5 star prices with an empty, soulless atmosphere furniture in dining room well worn shabby and dirty, disgusting appearance. towels left in bedroom were frayed with holes.

A pretty but very cold hotel with average food

We reserved a suite which was fantastic.

The hotel in all public areas outside of our room was freezing! Very cold. The Italian restaurant was freezing- most people were wearing coats during dinner. The "clubhouse" bar was freezing... it was a cold cloudy windy day and they had the doors to the bar wide open and would not close them. It was very uncomfortable, so we left the hotel and drove to the strip just outside the resort and went to a gastro bar there. But it spoilt it for us having to leave the hotel. The hotel does not have the usual comfortable "lounge bar" you would expect from a 5 star hotel. It's got the "clubhouse" bar which I guess is for the golfers, but the front part of it feels like a canteen, and the back of the bar which is a bit nicer was ruined because it was so cold. There's a kind of Irish pub, with the usual dark hard tables and chairs, so that's not very comfortable. And that was freezing too. We went to the hotel for a romantic weekend, but it was terrible. In the afternoon we wanted to sit in the bar enjoying a bottle of champagne but the bars they have were not made for this. They're not comfortable and very cold, so we left the hotel and spent our money elsewhere. The food in the Italian restaurant was average to poor. The Gnocci Napolitana looked and tasted like the gnocci and tomato puree sauce from Mercadona supermarket. The focaccia starter we had was not on focaccia bread. At first sight this looks like a 5 star hotel - it looks impressive from the exterior and has a beautiful outdoor pool which is obviously only of use in summer. But beneath the surface, this is not a 5 star hotel. It has the facilities but the quality is not there. Its obviously just a hotel for golfers in the winter. But if you're a couple or family, I would only stay at the hotel in the summer when you can enjoy the impressive outdoor pool area. Oh...

A wonderful place to relax & unwind!

The facilities were fantastic - there was a few restaurants on the grounds of the hotel, the gym was 24/7, there were two pools (indoor&outdoor), an Irish pub etc. The staff was very nice and the hotel is pet friendly. A wonderful place to relax & unwind!

Superb family break

Superb hotel and location. Staff were super friendly and professional. Facilities were wonderful. MGMR padel/golf club within 5 mins walk, on site supermarket 5 mins, great restaurants 5 mins walk. Beautiful outdoor pool, and heated indoor pool. Superb family break, excellent. Enjoyed it that much we are returning in April.

Everything was excellent . I did not have one bad experience. 10 out of 10 all around 👍
