The accommodation was lovely, we stayed in the executive suite. The view was amazing. Will definitely go back again.
The only problem that we has was one of our party ordered carbonara which was very dry. Staff did say they would speak to management but nobody came back to us about this, otherwise everyone else's meals were fine.

Many birds and the view from the property is stunning. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is charming and welcoming. We just loved the place and of course our first sighting of bush babies was incredible.

Location. Friendly staff.
Reception and welcome was sub par.
The neatness and cleanliness was not in keeping with that of a 4 star establishment.
Dietary requirements /restrictions not taken care of despite advance communication in this regard.
One of the rangers brought his dog to the dining room. The dog proceeded to defaecate in front of our table while we were enjoying supper. The ranger giggled and continued dishing up at the buffet. I then alerted one of the waitresses who then cleaned up after the dog. Needless to say the rest of our dinner was accompanied by eau d' doggie poo.
As an afternoon snack we ordered a snack basket off the menu which specified potato samosas, vegetable spring rolls and chicken strips which would have caterer to all of the dietary requirements of out small group. Once bitten into however the spring rolls appeared to have chicken and the samosas contained meat of some sort. The chef was blissfully unaware of the contents thereof, nor of the items specified on the menu. The manager on duty was equally clueless about the menu and the contents of the basket items.
We returned the basket but were still charged for it.
The mains menu makes no provision for a vegetarian dish, and it was only after much pestering that we were offered a vegetarian lasagna.
(The only other vegetarian items were a pizza or soup).
We were not offered the opportunity to have meat on the breakfast menu substituted for plant based alternatives.
There is no indoor shower and the outdoor showers looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while.
Good views from the chalet balcony but little else to be positive about.
