Our family enjoyed our stay here. We definitely will make plans to come back. The house had everything we needed and John was so helpful with any questions we had. God bless!!

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed by the fact that there are no dressers with drawers in the two upstairs bedrooms, necessitating those in the rooms to live out of suitcases for the week, and the fact that the ice maker in the refrigerator was broken and there were no ice cube trays for us to make our own ice, requiring several trips out to buy ice. Although these two things were a bit annoying, the home was very clean, well appointed, and the fenced back yard and patio were great. Overall, we thought the home was very nice.

What a wonderful, clean home and location for adventures. The neighborhood seemed friendly and upkept, and the area was accessible on and off. Right down the road was a drive-thru coffee shop that was our go-to before we set out on our National Parks road trips. We highly recommend it!

Very nice property. Only negative was no garbage disposal.

We had previously lived in Flagstaff for 6 years then moved away. This was a comfy way to welcome us back to our previous home that accommodated the whole family. The kids loved having their own hangout upstairs while we had a retreat downstairs. The property management was super responsive and attentive to our needs and questions. I would highly recommend booking a stay here!

Great location, house fit us all very comfortably. Only issue was the oven knob was broken so our dinner plans needed to be changed the first night.

This property was perfect for our first family trip to AZ. We spent one day in Sedona and one in the Grand Canyon. This home was comfortable and clean. Highly recommended and we will be back!

We stayed here with some friends we hadn't seen in several years. The house was perfect for us. We stayed downstairs with our dog and they slept upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The yard was perfect for the dog and we were close to the dog park in the neighborhood. The host was receptive to emails and available for any questions we had.

Overall this is a superb house. A few things needed maintenance and were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. Our dog came along and the backyard was perfect for her. Close to restaurants so its a good location. The Grand Canyon was an easy drive. The weather was good. We saw the tailend of the Aspen leaves falling. I would recommend this house to our friends!

This was our third time staying here. Clean and comfortable and feels like home. Has all the comforts of home! Great location and very quiet neighborhood. Dan, the manager, was super communicative and even checked in with me by phone the morning of our arrival. He was available by phone for a quick question about the TV. We look forward to our next stay.

This home is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and well organized and comfortable. The older parents stayed on first floor in the master bedroom and the adult son and wife and small dog stayed upstairs. The two living areas were great too! Flag is about halfway between the Grand Canyon and Sedona. We visited both. The kitchen is well stocked to cook. We also enjoyed Fat Olives restaurant in Flagstaff. This beautiful home is close to everything you might need in a great neighborhood.

My brother-in-law (best selling author CJ Toca), his son, and I visited Flagstaff for the primary purpose of hiking Humphreys Peak. The house was perfect for the three of us ... We each had our own bedroom. The house could have accommodated many more. The weather also cooperated and we made it to the top by ~10:00 AM. Great stay!

This property has everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway, and the owner went above and beyond for us. Plenty of room for our guests, very clean environment, and super easy check in and out process. I will stay here again if we come back to flagstaff.

Perfect stay for a weekend visit with our NAU child. The property was as described, very clean and spacious. Really appreciated the owner allowing for an early checking as we came intontown early to beat a snowfall.

Overall this is a great property to stay at. Central to lots of cool locations like the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. My only suggestion is to update the tv directions in the guest book. Most people are pretty tech savvy so it wasn't a big deal. Overall I highly recommend this house. The property manager is friendly and very responsive.

Well-appointed home, includes plenty of pots & pan, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, coffee machine, washing machine & dryer, bbq grill in patio, garage parking, gas fireplace, confetti beds, clean, two areas to gather and/or watch tv.
Nice neighborhood that is quiet and centrally located for sites-seeing, restaurants, visiting both mountains and desert.
Highly recommend!

We came to Flagstaff to sled, but ended up getting caught in a major storm and snowed in. The host was so just to help shovel us out and was very responsive when I needed to chat with him. The house was great and one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever rented personally. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Perfect for a 3-gen family. Room for adults and kids to be together and still have some privacy. Lots of thoughtful items, games, brochures, extension cords for electronics. Helpful advice from the landlord. Close to directorship and slopes. A great place to stay

This home was exactly as described. It felt warm and welcoming, even including Christmas decorations for the season. It was super clean and in a very nice neighborhood with a view of the San Francisco Peaks. It’s a quick and easy drive to downtown and plenty of restaurants and stores. We appreciated being able to use the garage, as well as the amenities provided. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if we’re going to be in Flagstaff.

The house is in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. It was even more spacious than I expected. Would definitely recommend.

This house was great for both of our families. The host was very kind. The house had enough supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, reusable dishes, spices, pantry items & cooking tools). It was nice having the addition of the easy-to-use fireplace. The beds were firm memory foam & we prefer pillowtop but the linens were nice. Altogether this was a nice rental property. We used it as a base camp to travel to both Williams & Sedona.
