We loved the beach and kiddo loved the mini/micro “water park”, anything else is questionable

We loved the beach; it is for sure one of the best beach options to travel in Punta Cana / Bavaro. Kids have certainly areas to play and have fun, including a kids club on the beach. If you love to stay at the beach, this will satisfy needs and expectations… clear water, white sand and large beach shore to walk in. Good to mention that it’s a long run from the Princess Family Hotel areas to the beach, those are located on opposite sides of the hotel.

There are many issues related to room layout / design that didn’t work for us… i.e. you cannot open the bathroom door without hitting the inside doors dividers, some spaces are too narrow and it’s difficult for a family with kids to manage, no place for hanging your wet clothes/swimming suits, ambient lights placed on top of the bed (right in the middle) others out of reach, Princess Family is close to certain pools designed for kids which is great, but certainly too far from beach front. Funny fact: main buffet food quality is better than having a reservation on its restaurants.

Excelente custo benefício, muito bem aproveitado com a família, mas a demora nos grelhados é um certo desleixo na parte

A estrutura é sensacional. O bronqueado aquático da parte Family é muito bem aproveitável. Diversão extra com os pavões, patos e tartarugas que ficam ao redor da trilha ecológica. A praia fica longe, mas o trenzinho que passa de 5/5’ salva qualquer sufoco. Os funcionários são, salvo pequenas exceções, muito atenciosos.

A fila para grelhados e bacon nos restaurantes é muito longa, cerca de 10-15 min em todas as refeições que fizemos. Embora a comida fosse muito boa, essa demora prejudica uma avaliação melhor. E os restaurantes “especiais” são uma enganação. Só muda o ambiente, porque os buffets tem a melhor comida. Não vale a pena o esforço para conseguir uma reserva e ainda se sujeitar aos horários da reserva. Disponibilização de toalhas também foi um problema (não trocaram as toalhas do quarto, e as toalhas de piscina as vezes faltava e não repunham a tempo).

Excelente hotel para disfrutar en familia

Me gustó mucho el área de niños, el restaurante Mordisco es excelente y su personal también, saludos a Jenny y a Luz. Los padres pueden descansar mientras los niños disfrutan con los juegos de agua.

La habitación es un poco peligrosa por los niños porque tiene escalones y la puerta de cristal no tiene seguro para que los niños no puedan abrir la puerta.

Vacaciones

La habitación familiar fue muy agradable, cuenta con 10 restaurantes, la comida del bufet fue variada, tiene aves que a los niños les encanta, cómo flamencos, pavos reales, papagayos y patos. La playa es buena con arena suave. No tiene sargazo la playa. Él área de juego de los niños es buena.

Algunas piscina estaban sucias.

Él desayuno excelente y muy buena la atención del personal. Tarzun, Marcelina y muchos más que en estos momentos no me acuerdo del nombre de los demás sus servicios a los turistas muy preocupados y atentos con uno a todos ellos les doy un 10 tienen personal muy amables y atentos.

Hay que cambiar las máquinas del gimnacio fue lo único que no me gustó porque están deterioradas y malas. Necesita renovación él gimnacio

La playa perfecta la habitación excelente el servicio muy bueno la comida mugí variada

Dos cosas no me gustaron primero yo hice reserva para 4 adultos dos niños y cuando llegue al al resección me dice que tenía que pagar un Niño por que no estaba en la cotización yo le mostré mi reserva pero la joven ISO caso omiso tuve que pagar estra por mi otro hijo Segunda. Las picinas ambas estaban sucias

No entiendo por qué un resort tan importante le da a la agencia Royal la oportunidad de captar clientes dentro del resort haciéndose pasar por empleados. Estas personas se hacen pasar por los dueños del resort ofreciendo la posibilidad de hacerse socios con una suma de 20.000 a 200.000 dólares. una estafa perfectamente organizada. por eso, aunque el resort es muy bueno, esta "colaboración" penaliza a todos.

Excelente estadia en el Hotel

El trato del personal fue excelente y en las animaciones una chica de nombre Yennifer era muy atenta con mis niños y con los demás niños que habían .

Que yo lo separé porque vi las habitaciones del primer piso para tener la piscina en el balcón para disfrutar con mis niños y me dieron un segundo piso , lo demás super, ya separe para Mayo - 25-24 hasta 1-Junio-24 espero que me den el primer piso .

Family had fun at our stay ,but i feel would it be much better .

The staff who welcome us at the lobby i wish i could it remember he’s name ; but the dominican guy was great he did our check-in ..he was really courteous and happy. the breakfast lady’s her name was jany and her work partner those lady’s were awesome . the pools were good and the beaches ;) , love the pub karaoke ;)

i didn’t not like the first day reservation of restaurant, the check in its @3pm & the restaurant dinner reservation closed at 3pm . didn’t like the system on how the first night we couldn’t reserved dinner. and end it up at the buffet …(the food was great tho @ the restaurant ). they also need to work ASAP on the transportation that took for ever , they need more consistent on transportation: there were full & took for EVER! and lastly the rooms refrigerator were we stay wasn’t working : any welcome stock supply were HOT; including water , juice, soda ,milk we couldn’t drink anything . they need to fix those small room refrigerator or get new one . ooh and please fix the pub game machine kids can barely play there . those game needs to be repair & maintenance.

Was a nice hotel, love the grounds, give it a 3.5 over all.

Was a nice experience, food was hit or Miss… buffet was same thing everyday for breakfast and lunch… 🤦‍♂️. Room was spacious and we loved it. Staff were ok… but if ur not careful they will be looking for tips all the time… front desk had some hustlers but that’s for another review.

We loved the resort itself. It's situated on a nature reserve, and my son (2yo) loved seeing all the animals on the property! The rooms were very spacious and clean! The beds were extremely comfortable.

We didn't like the food choices! The buffet food was better than the al a carte, but that was still mediocre compared to other ALL INCLUSIVES we have stayed at in DR. The entertainment for both adults and kids was severely lacking. Thank God for the pools and mini water park, but some ppl (including my son) got sick from the chlorine or something within the pool. We HATED having to make a reservation on the app for the al a carte restaurants! It's an all inclusive no one should be turned away from any restaurant because they couldn't get a reservation. Also the alcohol was nothing we recognized and there wasn't any top shelf options. Even the platinum guest were complaining.

Good stay, little details here and there, but great experience for the price overall.

Great environment for the family, kids specially. Nice food, nice views and restaurants, great staff, nice parking structure and receipt.

Room floor was sweating all the time due to the air conditioner being kept cold, meaning it was dangerous for kids to walk over the room, meaning I needed to use some towels to make it a bit safer. Cleaning personnel got mad with this and threatened to charge the towel price at the checkout, totally unnecessary. Shower needed to be adjusted because the water steam was very low. Minibar (fridge) was empty when was supposed to be full and included, we needed to call about 4 times for them to finally come and fill it in (at the night of the arriving day).

Family fun!

I appreciated the staff so much at this resort. they were super welcoming from the reception to the waitresses to the cleaning people to the taxi guys. they also acknowledged our toddlers over and over making them feel so welcomed. The room was superb! it had a bunk bed for the kids with an extra pull out bed and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. the beach was close, the animals around the property made it fun for the kids, the food was decent (I’m from NYC so nothing really impresses me much with food), the water slides were fun for the kids and the hotel was fully accessible to navigate with a stroller.

there were a few minor things that could be improved such as the room door handle being very easy to open by a 3 yr old toddler. I suggest having a lock on top to prevent any toddlers from opening the door. the toilet had a smell that others pointed out too. it’s a bit of a septic smell. maybe have a candle or incense in there? the property is HUGE and while we enjoyed walking back from the beach to the water slides at the family location, the roads ok the property aren’t very pedestrian/friendly. There were several trucks, motorbikes and shuttle buses going by on the same road/walkway which made it a bit uneasy walking with 2 toddlers. I suggest having a separate walkway just for pedestrians? please.good night

kids and main pool weren’t clean even early morning ( a lot of kids got ears infections). The medical clinic is there just to get your money. $200 regular consultation they don’t give u a prescription or medicines. they ask u to go to the hospital where they’ll charge u another $500 for consultation then they give u prescription. room service horrible literally you have to fight to get a towel. Food at Restaurant or buffet are not the best.

Everyting was excellent from A-Z!

They think every detail for you, from check-in to check-out they all try to make you feel good. we stayed as family of 3, and they have special reception just for you, so you dont have to wait-welcome drinks&cookies they serve. There are different restaurants in the hotel and you can book to experience different world cuisines! there is NO additional cost! I cannot finish by writing how good they are, It was our first trip to Punta Cana but not the last we know it! Thank you Princess Bavaro family to make dreams come true!
