A pleasant stay.

Size of the property, location and service. Staffs are mostly friendly. Breakfast is worth the money paid, its simple and sweet. In the middle of everything in KL, that kinda breakfast to start the day is just nice 👌🏻

Had a fall at the swimming pool’s shower place due to very smooth surface of the floor-unable to provide friction, so its very slippery. I wasnt in haste neither not careful, was holding the bar behind upon entering but still slips due to slippery.. wound my knee quite bad. A guard saw it happened, he just walked away. I told the receptionist upon checking out, nothing happened too. I hope management fix/change it doesnt happen to anyone else esp kids/elderly.

Th place is decent to stay only if the attitude of the front desk improves it will be good.

The rooms were well Lit and comfortable.

The attitude of the front office staff was very bad. The lady at the front office was extremely rude.

This is my family's 2nd stay here. We were very happy with our first stay so we returned. What remained good: 1. Friendly and helpful staff 2. Large, lovely pool

Persistent stench from rooms on lower floor. This time, we were initially given 2 rooms on level 8. While the rooms appeared clean, there was a terrible stench coming from the bathrooms. They sent engineers to fix it, but the problem persisted. We were eventually moved to rooms on higher floor and thankfully, there was no smell there.

فقط الاطلالة

1- المكان غير نظيف به روائح كريهة... 2- الاثاث قديم ومتهالك .. 3- ازعاج الشارع الرئيسي ... 4- لايوجد عزل في النوافذ 5- سجاد الارضية به روائح كريهه 6- مررات ومداخل الغرف مفتوحه ومكشوفه المكان حار 7- مدخل الفندق اللوبي صغير جدا لايرقى لفندق نجمتين. 8- الحمام دورة المياة بها روائح كريهه ومزعجة 9- اعمال صيانة في الفندق من الصباح الى العصر ازعاج شديد جدا 10- القيمة مقابل الخدمة غير جيد لا انصح مطلقا بهذا الفندق بهذا السعر يوجد فنادق ارقى وافضل قمت بالحجز في فندق خمس نجوم وبسعر اقل من هذا المكان

Generally satisfied!

Location was good as its near to KLCC and Avenue K Malls and the road leading to the apartment are not that busy. Rooms are spacious for my family of 5 with a nice view of KLCC. The staffs are very helpful and the checking in and out process was very smooth.

We loved our stay, but we would have loved it even more, if the staff were more welcomig.

The view is amazing. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. Everything is very clean.

The staff is not friendly and doesn't respond right away. Sometimes, just good behavior from staff make the trip worthwhile. Trillion suites staff lacks basic mannerisms and doesn't make guests feel welcome. We also thought, charging 50 ringgit for lost room card is ridiculous. Also, the fact that they require ALL the room cards before giving out a new one, that is also very RIDICULOUS. We have never experienced such a thing in any hotels or serviced apartments.

Great location Staff are good but they may accept early check in for overseas travellers specially MH airlines always arrives in early morning

Unreasonable reception staff when we arrives who didn’t allow us to access and we went to the mall to spend most of the day until late afternoon to check in

Comfortable apartment near to the centre

Large apartment with separate bedroom. Good aircon and ceiling fans. Close to a shopping centre which was mostly restaurants and cafes. Nice view of one of the Petronas Towers. The swimming pool is huge and surrounds are pleasant and well cared for.

Poor lighting at the bedside.

Nice apartment for a family

The spacious and clean living space and bedroom. No dust on the furnitures.

The bathroom needs abit of scrubbing on the tiles. There was grime in the grout. The noise from the street can be heard from the 16th floor at night.

I will raté m’y experience 8.5/10.

I stayed at trillion suite from the 14 - 18 July 2023. Thé location is great. About 7 mins walk from the famous Patronas tower in the heart of KLCC. We met Sam at the reception who was kind to allow an early check in. The kids loved the large pool. The facility is clean with a great view of downtown KL. Overall I will rate my stay 8,5/10

Thé hot water supply was out in one of the toilets the day we arrived but was fixed immediately after reporting it. However the hot water supply stopped a day after fixing it.

Regular guest in this service residence.

Apartment style stay with full facilities, is my return stay to this property. The car park is big enough with security guards, very safe parking for guests who drive. If you are not driving booking grab is very easy in this location too..walking distance to a mall next to it..where u can buy all your needs from the supermarket at the basement.

I always doesn't have time to visit the swimming pools and gym, due to my busy schedule..I will try this out when I have a longer stay here.

The bathtub was dirty,the bidet spray was not functioning at the bathtub.The living room toilet was very bad and dirty.The lift lobby to the room quite creepy at night.Food for breakfast is really bad. Above feedback hopefully is fair for the apartment to improve the standard of cleanliness,food standards of taste and wide variety of food choice.

I was told I was given a “VIP” room but then found out it was a backup room with appropriate furniture which I am very disappointed with it as a regular guest here. just because I want to transfer from a big room to a small room. is this what is called professional service and how supposed to serve their guests?
