Nice place to stay

Kids love the bunk bed and beanbag.. Upgrade to bunk bed family room was a good choice

The staff were very friendly, helpful, facilities is exceptional, toiletries, hair dyer is very good.

Hotel in guter Lage

Das Hotel hat eine gute zentrale Lage. Der Airport Rail Link, MRT sowie einige Einkaufszentren und Pratunam Night Market sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alternativ standen immer Taxis und Tuktuks vor dem Hotel. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Zimmer groß und geräumig sowie sauber. Im 11. Stock gibt es einen Pool, falls das Wetter zu heiß für Sightseeing ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl an asiatischen und amerikanischen Speisen. Natürlich kaum Wurst und Käse, das Essen die Asiaten eben nicht und sollte daher auch nicht erwartet werden. Dafür viel Obst und Joghurt. Eierspeisen und Co. werden frisch zubereitet. Bei Ankunft wird ein Deposit von 1000 Baht (bar oder Kreditkarte möglich) fällig, die man bei Abreise zurück bekommt.

Beim Frühstück wurde Weihnachtsmusik gespielt, was mich Anfang Dezember auch überhaupt nicht stört, wäre es nicht ein äußerst schriller Kinderchor gewesen. Die Kindermusik war unglaublich nervig und war auch nicht angemessen für ein Ambiente eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Da gibt es bessere Weihnachtslieder.

Nice hotel in Pratunam,Bangkok

The hotel is very near to major malls in Bangkok such as Central World,Big C,Platinum,Palladium,Siam Paragon,except that you need to walk 10-15 min or more to get to the nearest BTS station whenever you want to explore other places in Bangkok.Customer service is good.Food in the breakfast buffet is average and not to look forward to when you have a long stay in the hotel.

Stacation at its Best!

Breakfast menu had lot many options with live counters for Dosa, Omelet, Pan cakes. Quality as well as taste of the breakfast was really good. Freshness of the various fruit juices and fruits was of best quality.

Sharing of Tax invoices even when booking is done from other online booking portal should be easy & flexible.

Super gelegenes Hotel mit schönem View auf Bangkok

Große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Fantastischer View vom 33. Stockwerk auf die Stadt. Sehr gut gelegen: Big C, CentralwOrld und diverse andere Malls in der Umgebung.

Hotel wird stark frequentiert von vielen und leider auch zu lauten Gästen, vorallem aus Indien. Die Zimmer sind im Allgemeinen gut schallgedämmt. Im Fensterbereich ist dies jedoch nicht der Fall. Wir hatten die anderen Gäste aus oberem und unterem Stockwerk ziemlich deutlich gehört, wenn diese in ihrerm Zimmer telefonieren und gleichzeitig auch am Fenster stehen. Der Check-In Prozess dauert ziemlich lange. Das liegt z.T. daran, dass eine Kaution bar hinterlegt werden muss. Beim Check-Out wird diese wieder zurückgegeben. Die Zeit fürs Ausfüllen des Papierkrams könnte man mit einer Kreditkarte sparen.

Kostengünstiges Luxus Hotel

Waren zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel in den letzten 12 Monaten und dieses mal haben wir ein Upgrade in den Hauptturm genommen. Hier waren die Zimmer grösser und etwas Luxuriöser. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich die Zimmer waren immer Sauber. Ich habe nichts negatives zu sagen über diesen Hotel und werde wieder hier ein Zimmer buchen wenn wir in Bangkok sind.

It's the most affordable option in the vicinity, just next to the Centre World Shopping Mall. Approximately fifteen minutes on foot,

large hotel; required two lifts to get to a room; cuisine was, regrettably, subpar. The room wasn't tidy and had some used stands on some of the chairs.

the location was great, smack in the center and had a lot to offer for the one who likes the hustle and bustle

the selection at the breakfast was varied but tasteless, the facilities was old and in need of TLC.... it was too crowded for my liking and the service when in comes to drinks and food took to long, they forgot my small order for dinner and i'm was the only one ordering food.
