This luxurious three story, four bedroom, four and a half bathroom stand-alone home sleeps 10 across two queen beds, a queen murphy bed, two twin-over-full bunk beds and a full size sleeper sofa. It features two spacious living areas, a private hot tub, a designated laundry room with a modern full size washer and dryer, plus a large deck and additional balcony offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Gore Range. The main level offers a massive open concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings opening up to the loft level and beautiful wooden finishes giving you a true luxury mountain home feel. Located in the Wildernest neighborhood of Silverthorne, this property offers the perfect balance of both a quiet stay away from the crowds, yet at the same time you are just minutes via shuttle or a short drive from world famous ski resorts and all that Summit County has to offer.
As you enter this property, you will find yourself in the foyer which offers a storage closet and footwear storage shelves. The foyer opens up into the oversized open concept living, dining and kitchen areas. The living area offers a large smart TV, a gas fireplace with floor to ceiling stone surround, ceiling fan, ample seating and massive floor to ceiling windows highlighting the incredible views and allowing for great natural light to pour in. The main deck is just off the living area, here you will find the private hot tub and gas grill. The massive wooden dining table has seating for ten and there is seating for an additional eight at the breakfast bar. The full-sized chef’s kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a small flat screen TV. An initial supply of coffee is provided as well as both a single serve and standard drip coffee maker.
The master bedroom is also located on the main level and offers a queen size bed, mounted flat screen TV, sitting area, ceiling fan, tons of storage space, and an en suite bathroom. The master bathroom features a granite countertop vanity and a shower and bathtub combination. The main level guest bedroom is just across the foyer and offers a queen size murphy bed, mounted flat screen TV, ceiling fan, private balcony and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom features a shower and bathtub combination and a single sink vanity.
Heading downstairs, you will find yourself in the mudroom area; which offers ample mounted hooks, two benches and a storage closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The laundry room will be immediately to your left where you will find the oversized washer and dryer, plus a sink and countertop. Moving past the mudroom in the other direction, you will find the lower level living area which features a kitchenette, a mounted flat screen TV, two dedicated workspaces, a gas fireplace with floor to ceiling stone surround, a wine cooler and ample seating. Past this space is the lower level guest bedroom which offers two twin-over-full bunk beds, a mounted flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. There is also a guest bathroom just outside of this bedroom. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
Heading back up stairs to the upper level, you will find the third guest bedroom. This bedroom offers a queen size bed, mounted flat screen TV, large closet and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom features a single sink vanity, ample storage space and a walk-in shower.

Our stay at this home was an overall very good experience and we would stay here again. The entire house (areas accessible to guests) was very clean and made for a comfortable stay. Some of the furniture, particularly in the lower level is showing its age, and the mattress in the master bedroom was beyond firm and very uncomfortable, otherwise this house actually feels like a home, not a rental, which was much appreciated. The views out both the front and back of the house were gorgeous.

The water had an issue, and the rental company immediately dispatched someone to fix it, so that was great. Only thing I'd say for improvement is to leave a few more little things to help the stay so we don't have to run to the store - e.g. more garbage bags, salt, etc. Otherwise, thanks!

Had a great stay at this beautiful mountain home. Plenty of bedroom space and bathrooms for a larger group. Especially appreciated the built in wooden baby gates at each stairway level to keep little ones safe. The kitchen layout with bar/island and large kitchen table was absolutley perfect! The lower level rec space is a great asset for younger kids or teens. This house should have a porta-crib and a high chair included. We rented both and did not care for the high chair provided by managment co. Not up to standards. Overall - fantastic home and would love to rent again!

We really enjoyed the space , it was perfect.
But a few things, the beds that have the protecter mattress covers are extremely hot. They need to have an extra layer or two before the sheets. A few of us slept on couch’s.
The “master” bedroom has a Murphy bed??? At least one King size bed in the house would be nice. More would be better.

Overall it was a very nice experience. My family lives all over so we’re not all together very often. My main goal for our time there was to enjoy grandchildren and that was accomplished.

The ten of us enjoyed the house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms and common spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great place to recover from our adventures. I would not recommend this property to anyone don’t get fooled by photos on the web site.
Let me tell how bad this place was , when we walked to the house it smelled musty dust was everywhere dead bugs on the carpet, ice maker did not work , Coffee maker did not work, dishwasher was discussing had foul smell and door to detergent holder would not close, ignition on the gas grill was broken, hot tub did not heat up, dishes in the cabinets were dirty !!
Management company was the worst I have dealt with they did not care about all this issues. Please do not advertise this property!
I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

We were so impressed with the size, location, and cleanliness of this home. We needed a place to stay near Silverthorne that could hold nine of us comfortably. The open concept layout had a large kitchen, eating area, and living room that was more space than we needed. The hot tub was a nice bonus. We were thankful to have so many bathrooms as well. The restaurants in the Silverthorne and Dillon area were outstanding also. The view of the mountains in the backyard is breathtaking. Thank you for a beautiful home where we could relax and enjoy our stay.

The house was beautiful with an incredible view however the place was not clean carpet was not vacuumed properly and was dirty. The sink in the kitchen was a stained mess I cleaned it myself with bleach I had to because the dishwasher did not work properly the baskets for silverware were broken and it did not drain there was standing water in it when we arrived. The house had miss in the lower level there were droppings and mousetraps all around the boiler room so the management company knew they were there. I called maintenance to fill the hot tub as the water level was low on arrival no one came until this morning when we were leaving.
We only had one key we asked for another never got it. My manual said I could have a change of towels but when I called for that they said I had to go and get them myself at their management facility. I ended up washing them myself. For the amount of money charged for cleaning it was a huge disappointment I was on vacation and I had to do laundry and clean.

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful and just as described. We had plenty of room for our family of 7, plenty of dishes in the kitchen, and the downstairs area offered an extra living area which allowed extra room to spread out. The views from the large windows was so beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and we even saw a fox on the back deck one evening. The location was perfect for us to ski in Keystone and was also convenient to visit Breckenridge, Frisco, and we drove to Winter Park one day.

Beautiful, roomy ski house for 3 families. Three sets of parents got comfy rooms each with bathroom/showers, and all the kids piled downstairs in bunk room & adjacent living room pull outs sofas. Great size kitchen, living room & dining room/table to fit us all. Amenities: lots of blankets, pillows, towels; big tv, appliances all great…Hot tub was nice! Left owner improvement suggestions: need to fix patio door which is hard to open/close/lock, need to sharpen all kitchen knives, and need to fix dishwasher soap door.

We were here with another family and this was a great space to hang out together. There were plenty of bedrooms to also allow everyone their own space. The kitchen was spacious with and stocked well with supplies. The house had gorgeous views of mountains and looking down on the city. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and hiking right outside the back patio.

We loved the space and the layout of the property along with the great location. It feels secluded but it's still close to town. We loved that there were two living spaces, and the large windows and vaulted ceiling were absolutely beautiful. We did have some issues though. None of the bathroom fans worked so when you showered it got extremely hot in the room. We called maintenance to fix the issue but they were unable to do anything about it. Also, the hot tub was dirty upon arrival, and the water had a bad smell like it hadn't been drained and cleaned for a while. I didn't notice how bad it was until I got in on our final night there and had to shower immediately after. Also the faucets got extremely hot, the water could easily burn someone's hand if you weren't careful which I thought was strange. Aside from these issues though, we did enjoy our stay, the views were beautiful and the large layout is perfect for families. We always rent homes in different locations for family trips and even with the minor issues I'd still recommend this home to others.

This location exceeds expectation and is perfect for big groups or large families. It’s setting is literally idyllic as it’s walls of windows lets in the sunlight and views of the mountains from nearly every angle, Lake Dillon, tree tops from the upper bedroom - it’s dreamy. Rain snow or fog only enhances the experience. If you want to crash and relax a few days with games by a fireplace or hub to exciting ski destinations it’s your best bet. Well kept and clearly loved by its owners. We’d return.
