Lake Hamilton is beautiful year round and there is always something fun to do in our cute little city of Hot Springs! Enjoy our 7 person spa and the heated gunite pool overlooking the lake.
Conveniently located in both the center of town and the center of Lake Hamilton this 4500 square foot lakefront property has all of the amenities you need for the perfect vacation! This unique property has 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.

We offer free high speed WIFI and Uverse cable, with flat panel televisions in all rooms. This home is ideal for a disabled or elderly individual with majority of the living space on one level. There are 4 icemakers, 3 heat/air units, 2 water heaters, 3 indoor dining areas, 1 outdoor dining area, high capacity front loading washer and dryer, and 4 1/2 bathrooms making this home not only comfortable to sleep in but also very comfortable to actually live in during your stay!

We packed a lot into our 7 day trip and the house and the hosts did not disappoint. They were there for questions and responded quickly. We had a large group and the kiddos really enjoyed the pool! We like that there was cute little places within walking distance (snow cones, coffee shop, etc.). We really enjoyed Hot Springs! We hiked, played golf, pickleball, rented a boat, tried the bathhouses, and it was all easy to get to!

Wonderful house….with a pool & hot tub. We were from ages 75 to 6 months. The layout was perfect for us in every way. The bunk room was a favorite of 16 & 9 yr. old. The deck was great, too! Great game room downstairs but we had plenty of room upstairs. We had 7 adults & 4 children. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Home was impeccable. All amenities were fantastic. We were a family of 12 with 3 generations from 1yr to 65yrs. Everyone had something to interest them. We did rent a pontoon boat & that just enhanced the experience. Definitely a great vacation!

Planning the first major vacation with our blended family meant that we searched for the best of everything. Pool, lake access, hot tub, entertainment and space. This property delivered! Like pictures of beautiful scenery from a vacation, the pictures of this property don’t do the true layout justice and it’s bigger than it looks online. It’s beautifully decorated with class and some tasteful, eclectic furniture pieces. (It’s the little things) We appreciated the extra touch of having the extra door to each entrance of bedrooms because it helped block out the sounds of those who stayed up too late lol. We highly recommend this beautiful property with a wonderful view!

This property was everything as advertised. My family and I visit Hot Springs frequently and there were 15 this year. Plenty of beds for everyone and the downstairs room was perfect for the guys. The pool and deck were perfect and we had easy access for the boat. Loved the easy communication with the owners. Comfortable beds everywhere except the pull out downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped and super nice. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The house was very nice and perfect for our stay. The kitchen and massive living spaces made for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay for a large family. We had nine people, but needed six bedrooms. This house delivered!
We enjoyed the sauna, movies in the large bunk room, and the pool table. We also loved sitting out on the back porch watching and listening to the rain. Above all, the host was very hospitable and answered all our questions quickly. Great memories were made on Chesswood. Thank you so much!

This home had so many wonderful amenities including a pool table, a hot tub, and a foosball table. We had plenty of things to keep us entertained. We loved the open concept. Don't let the outside fool you. When you drive up you may think the home is going to be too small. But, that is definitely not the case! This home was perfect for our extended family! The rooms are spacious and just keep going! Kitchen is well stocked and has lots of storage for groceries. The stove is a workhorse and a delight for those who like to cook. The view was just absolutely magnificent especially at sunrise. It was too cold outside for swimming or the hot tub. The property manager was professional and very easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

Our 2 college age kids enjoyed the only room (mini suite) downstairs (at the pool level) as well. Plenty of room for the 10 of us with the split floor plan. The front of the house is yards away (literally) from a strip center which is next to a highway. :(
However, once you are inside of the house, that goes away, the focus is on the back of the house, and the lake. Beautiful view from the living room. The covered patio with plenty of seating was more than inviting. 5 Stars in our view, cheers!

This was a great place/house to have a Christmas weekend for three (3) sibling families of ten (10) and the large house had a great space to play games, hang out and step aside from others when needed. The unit was clean, well stocked and the owners were very accomidating! It would be a great place for others to spend time together and enjoy the area, highly recommend it for multiple families to share the space.

We stayed here in Sept 2022. This house exceeded our expectations for our family reunion. Ages ranged from 8 to 69 and everyone was pleased with what was offered. The house was clean, the kitchen was well enough equiped, and there was plenty of good beds and bedrooms. The girls really enjoyed the bunk room....the best we have seen! The pool was used daily as well as the dock area. There was a bit of rain one day but everyone seemed to congregate around the pool table and enjoyed amatuer playing! We had a couple minor questions for the hosts and Jessica responded very quickly and was so friendly.
The house was listed as accessible and our wheelchair user found the house to be quite friendly. Obviously getting to the pool and dock requires steps (which we expected) but the house itself was wonderful. The upstairs patio/deck was amazing!! Huge, comfortable, quiet, and accessible.
We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay near Hot Springs.

Third visit to this wonderful and expanded home on the water. The addition of the heated pool (for a fee)and hot tub and conversion of the garage into a large tv viewing room with bunk beds made our time even more spectacular. Easy and quick communication with the owner helped with a couple minor issues. Can't imagine a better place to catch up with family!

This property exceeded our expectations. The house was located in close proximity to downtown for shopping and sightseeing. It was more than enough space for our party of 10. The host made sure all amenities were available for our visit. But the highlight of this gorgeous home is the view from the back patio overlooking the lake. Very tranquil and majestic.

We just spent a week in the perfect family vacation spot. It’s so reassuring when a property pictured online lives up to or exceeds expectations. There were nine of us from Philadelphia, Woodstock, NY and Little Rock. The house had plenty of space for everyone.
The teenagers really enjoyed the bunk room. There were enough bedrooms for each person to have their space. It was very hot the week we were in Hot Springs and the pool and large porch overlooking the lake were comfortable gathering places.
The chef’s kitchen provided lots of room and counter space for meal prep with several people able to work at the same time. The hosts were very welcoming when we arrived. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Inviting and relaxing
Plenty of room for 13 of us which incuded extended family to stay. The bunk room was an added surprise as we didn't know it was going to be there. The garage was converted to a spacious bunk room which all the kids enjoyed. The pool was very inviting as we stayed when temperatures were extremely hot. Plenty of activities for the entire family to enjoy including the pool table, game room, hot tub and pool. We also took advantage of the boat slip on the property that enclosed our pontoon. Wonderful stay! We all highly recommend!

Southern hospitality
The hosts of this property were super thoughtful. They made sure everything we would need for an a comfortable stay was available to us. They even left firewood for a fire which the kids were really excited about. The weather got bad and the tv froze for a bit but I messaged the host and they got it fixed immediately. Really enjoyed our stay here! Too many amenities to mention!! Love this place!!

The property is very well maintained and hit our expectations. We came to town for the running of the Dixie Bell at Oaklawn. The main floor ( kitchen, LR, Pool Room ) was perfect for us to gather, chat and enjoy our comradery. Several of the guys enjoyed the Hot Tub. I can see myself bringing the family back during the summer to enjoy the pool and lake.

This is a great place to stay with the family! The home is mostly on one level with the exception of one room. The place was very clean. Property owners were very responsive and easy to work with. I was so impressed at how stocked the kitchen is with everything you could ever need to cook. Bedrooms were roomy and clean. Great open plan between the kitchen, dining and living room. Great property, lots of of fine print
The property indoors and out are beautiful and well taken care of. The pool was a real highlight. We were able to swim with even very chilly weather in the 50's in October. The house had plenty of room for my family, and the hosts were very helpful in checking in. We visited Hot Springs National Park and really enjoyed our stay.
That being said, there was quite a bit of fine print delivered right before check in. We were sent many documents to review and sign the day before we checked it. It felt like very late notice. There were quite a few specific instructions for elements of the the home (hot tub, stove, boat lift, etc.) and operating each of these things incorrectly was associated with a hefty fee. We had no intention of treating the home poorly, but it was overwhelming. I knew there would be cameras on the outside of the house but didn't realize there would be so many- I believe there are 5 (front door, driveway, hot tub, pool, and back porch) and there was an overall feeling of "being watched" that I didn't enjoy. I don't want to dwell on the negative because we had a very wonderful vacation and I think the hosts are very capable, but these are things I would have wanted to know going in. Overall, I would recommend staying!

Beautiful home, perfect location
This spacious home was perfect for our family of two adults and four children (3 teens). The location on the lake was perfect. We rented a pontoon from Hot Springs Marina, which was a quick ride from the property. When we weren’t on the lake, we spent our time playing in the in ground pool, playing pool, and sitting on the covered back patio.
