Getting around is best by car (suv for winter weather) though bicycling is very big here in Flagstaff. Taxi’s, bus (Mountain lines bus to get around town-public transit) also available.

We enjoyed the house and jacuzzi. It is spacious and clean and was located in a nice area. Downtown is short drive away and you can easily do a day trip to the Grand Canyon or Sedona. It was a perfect stay for us. The smaller room beds are a little soft and could use updating soon. Carla's communication was great! I would highly recommend a stay here especially for a group.

Good location for us to make our daily treks to visit several national parks and monuments. Also easy drive to Sedona without all the tourists traffic of Sedona. The cool evenings were perfect to relax in the hot tub.

Our plan was to have a relaxing get away to play games, enjoy the hot tub, and eat some of my son's favorite meals that he misses while at college. This home was the perfect place to do just that and no disappointment! The kitchen had plenty of accessories if we forgot to bring anything, the pool table and games available were awesome. The hot tub was clean and so nice after a beautiful snow fall the night before. We also just relaxed in front of the fireplace in the evenings. The fireplace is located in the living area where the fire was nice and cozy warm. (Even turned the heat down in the home) Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us, and appreciated the open communication with the host the entire time we were visiting. The morning after we received about 8 inches of snow, someone came late morning to shovel the driveway and a path to the hot tub, even though it was Easter Sunday. We would definitely stay at this home again!

We are 5 adults, 1teen and one child. Lots of space for all of us. Great to relax in the hot tub after a long day hiking. Lots of games for the kids and well stocked with what we needed to make dinners and breakfast.

The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with cookware, bedding, towels, games, etc. The grounds and neighborhood were wonderful. After a day full of skiing, we enjoyed the hot tub and pool table while grilling our dinner then settled on the couches and relaxed infront of the fireplace while watching a movie before settling in the comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. We cant wait to stay here again, only next time we will stay for more then 2 nights!

Stayed at this house for our annual snowboard trip, so the hot tub was great! It was very clean, with thorough instructions to keep it that way. The living room had a wonderful gas fireplace that gave the room a very comfortable feel from the heat. The pool table and all the games were great for the adults and the kids. Carla was very responsive and had great communication. Definitely recommend!

Location of this home is great. The home itself is a little dated with a mixture of decor that doesn't flow with old furniture that could use some updating - dirty / stained pillows on sofas, rugs worn, dirty baseboards with dust everywhere. Pool table has seen better days with duct tape on felt, grill is rusted out, etc. Could use a good deep cleaning for sure. Kitchen was well-equipped and the hot tub was a nice treat - we have to shovel over 2 ft of snow to get to it when we were told by owner that a pathway would be cleared before arrival.

This home is so much fun. My family met here for a mini vacation. Carla is an amazing host and her house is filled with plenty of things to do. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and well located in a nice neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at Carla’s place. It’s in a great, quiet neighborhood and only about 10-15 minutes to downtown. Many amenities throughout the house. We played pool, ping pong, board games, used the fire pit and the jacuzzi and cooked a couple meals with all the needed supplies in the kitchen. We also enjoyed the cozy living room with gas fireplace to hang and chill. A great place and host!

We loved our stay at this property. The process and communication with Carla was great. The cleanliness of the property--one of the best we've ever experienced through VRBO. We enjoyed the games, hot tub, pool table and proximity to town, amenities and the highway as we went out on expeditions to national parks. Overall, couldn't have been happier with our stay, and highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area!

We had a great time in Flagstaff with family. The house was well laid out with lots to do. We enjoyed the pool table in the evenings as well as walking around the neighborhood. The house is fully stocked. We had everything we needed and more. A great place to stay while enjoying northern Arizona.

The place was great! Lots to see within an hour or so! Hot tub was nice and they had some nice games. Plenty of room. I would say that the bedroom at the front of the house needs a new mattress, you roll to the center.
Would totally recommend! Carla was very attentive.

Friendly, kind host w/ responsive communication. House was clean w/ comfortable linens/bedding & good towels. Bathrooms are somewhat dated and the pictures don’t reflect that, but overall condition of the house is good. Not a fan of req’d deposit or ins payment at booking.
Location of property is pretty good w/ close proximity (driving) to most things and restaurants are close by. Close to bike path and trails. You can walk to the forest/wooded area a few minutes from the house, which we enjoyed. The neighborhood is kind of eclectic, meaning there’s a wide variety of houses/care taken to them. The driveway is oddly steep - we were there in the summer, so no issues, but I could see it being an issue in the winter. The cooking pans/pots really need replaced, as they’re pretty scratched up (maybe other guests have been hard on them), so we didn’t feel comfortable cooking w/ them. We were unlucky in our timing because the neighbor was doing a loud landscaping project, but that’s a neighborhood for you and out of the host’s control. Also unfortunately the neighbors right behind the house have an aggressive, barking dog that definitely affects the enjoyability of the backyard space. We let the host know after our stay and she indicated she would try to address it with those neighbors for the future. If it wasn’t for that, it would be a peaceful area. Pine trees in the backyard, which means pine needles are everywhere, but that’s nature! Overall our stay was fine and sufficient.

This property was very well kept, and everything you may need was there. The beds and bathrooms were great, and everything was very clean. There were more games and activities to play and do so there is no time to be bored at the property. The hot tub was great, and the yard was beautiful. We plan on returning to this property when we can. We sincerely enjoyed our stay. The owner was great, with close communication with us. We loved our time in Flagstaff!

We had a wonderful stay in Flagstaff. The location is ideal, as it is centrally located within several sight seeing opportunities. The house was nice and spacious and had everything we needed. The host was great with communication and we had a great stay!

This is a wonderful property and we enjoyed our time there. I would caution anyone who stays in winter to be prepared to shovel snow. The host made sure the driveway and walkways were clear, but the city plowed the street and created a 6 foot high snow blockade to the driveway! We arrived in daylight thankfully and are all healthy enough to spend an hour shoveling but it was unexpected. Home is beautiful, well appointed, and excellent location. We didn't make yse of the jacuzzi as it was too cold out for us, but it would be wonderful to stargaze from! Set up will for pets too but we left our home this trip.

Had everything we were looking for for some friends and I to visit Flagstaff for a couple of days. Grill, hottub, pool table were all greatly appreciated. Owner was easy to communicate with.

We liked the area it was in a nice neighborhood. The house was decorated nice for the Christmas holiday. We liked the pool table & other games they had their. My husband really enjoyed the jacuzzi, that was a bonus. We would go & stay their again in the future. The host was really great helped us with all our questions about the home. We had a great Christmas their.

We loved this house! There was more than enough room for our family of four, and our tween/teen daughters loved having their own rooms. The kitchen was great, WiFi and TVs worked perfectly, and the neighborhood was fantastic and felt extremely safe. Would definitely try to book this location again if we were to ever return to Flagstaff.

Great house, one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in.
Great location to visit Williams, Grand Canyon and Sedona. The town of Flagstaff is wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

Carla was a pleasure to work with--very responsive. The home was such a pleasant surprise (from our other VRBO last year)--the neighborhood is quiet and full of very nice, well maintained homes. The house has all necessary kitchen items, incl some spices and condiments, and all necessary bedding, blankets, outdoor furniture, etc.
The backyard is large and fully fenced, with a small firepit table and 4 chairs, a BBQ, and outdoor dining table for 6 and sits among the pines with good privacy from neighbors. We would definitely rent here again.
