There are several camps in the desert, but this place is ideal if you want to experience the bedouin camp atmosphere, and you're looking for a place not too far and not too close to the main road. Communication was smooth via WhatsApp, and we were picked up after leaving the rental car in a safe parking area. We had delicious meals and good conversations, and the whole staff was extremely helpful. We also had a private sunset jeep tour, which was fantastic!
The air conditioning in the tent worked only during the night, but anyway you don't really stay there during the day. The big communal place always has air conditioning and wifi is also available there, so you can chill out in that area till the heat decreases in the afternoon. Don't forget to take your own towels, maybe some light cover (as the blankets are too thick for summer) and bottled water with you.

Buena ubicación en un sitio tranquilo sin ruido alrededor. Habitación cómoda con baño privado. El trato del personal excelente, intentan que vivas y sientas la experiencia al 100%.
La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia.

I cannot recommend this property enough. Nayef and his crew are incredible and they will make you feel like home. We only stayed for 1 night and we wished we stayed longer because it was incredible!!! We went on a jeep tour with Nayef and it was the best! Dinner was also super delicious and a lot of it, super yummy. I would go back to the same camp in a heartbeat.

The location was good and on my second night there was a good atmosphere and buffet dinner.
Unfortunately my first night I was the only one at the camp, so they didn't run the AC, I had deliberately booked a place that had AC as I knew it would be hot. I had asked if there would be anyone staying the next night as I wanted to split the costs of a jeep tour with others, I was told no, but the next night the camp was full. There was no safe in the room and some cash went missing from my wallet during my stay there, even though I had locked the door each time I was out.

The camp is not on the main road. You have to leave the car in a parking place and soneone will come for you. So no noise near you. No other camps, awesome view. The photo is with the view from our room. No signal, only wifi available at the dining place. Really perfect for a technology break but with all the needed confort.
The food was delicious. We had dinner and breakfast, very very tasty.
The ac didn't work, but he had a fan that helped. We had a desert trip and our driver didn't speak english, but a very very nice guy. Still it is a must try experience, definetly worth

The camp is in a beautiful quiet place and the whole Wadi Rum desert is breathtaking - one of the most beautiful places on the planet that I have visited. All the staff led by Naif were lovely and helpful, they arranged a private camel ride for us, a jeep ride through the desert, we tried sandboarding which is great fun. The food was served buffet style, it was very tasty and there was plenty of it. We spent two nights at the camp as a family with three children including our four year old daughter and the children were so happy with their stay.
It's hard to say. Perhaps only that the stay could have lasted longer :)

Taj Wadi Rum camp is the best accommodation for me in Jordan. The camp is located inside the desert. Very beautiful deluxe rooms overlooking the desert. You can see the stars from inside the room..And I thank Nayef for the hospitality that makes you feel at home. We took a jeep trip and rode for hours with the sunset and a sandboard. The dinner was made under the sand and watching the stars inside the desert with drinking tea and dancing in the side of the fire with the smoke of Al-Raqila and riding camels for an hour. Attending the sunrise...Nayef was excellent in everything. Thank you again
Nothing, everything was special in the camp... I recommend this camp to everyone, especially Nayef, a very wonderful person

the tents are very comfy, staff super helpful, the dinner was great too!
cold water sometimes and the light went out sometimes for a few seconds, but being in the desert it can be expected! it didn't cause any issues at all, as it was just for a few seconds!

Good location, nice room.
We did not have hot water. The staff was rude and disrespectful. The fixed transfer from Visitor center was not sent, the jeep on the jeeptour was terrible, broken windshield, dirt everywhere. The tour guide didn’t speak a word of English, he groped us... Disgusting company, don’t recommend it.

Our host Nayef did his best to make our stay unforgetable. We did a climbing early morning (we left the camp at 5) to reach the highest mountain in Jordan. He organized a breakfast and tea on the top. Having a breakfast with such a view is amazing. In the afternoon we had a wonderful jeep tour. We could try typical beduin barbecue which was tasty. Every evening there is a bonfire, with a traditional tea, dances, music and Shisha. Highly recommended.

Naef and his team were more than helpful and friendly! Helped us with every request, and offered their nice company. The camp's location is very convenient - inside the desert but at the same time not too far from the main road. The view and silence in the camp are stunning. The room and view of the desert can't be described and require a visit! The food was delicious.

Nice and friendly with good food
fake pictures with domes as the camp hasn’t got them and too much plastic bottles around even on the transport and on the dessert, we asked why is so many empty bottles and they blame it on tourist but is easy to blame others. why our pick up was full of empty bottles why not clean it up before we arrived or even in the desert we went for a walk and try to pick up some rubbish too is not that hard! at the end of the day this is your home and they should look after it and not keep it as a trash bin.
