About this apartment rental
A superbly located privately owned apartment in the exclusive gated Bellresguard complex, literally the other side of the road from the famous Pine Walk and beach. Ten minutes walk from the Port.
It boasts its own private garden which catches the sun all day; it also has a terrace which offers welcome shade. The apartment is in a beautiful complex with landscaped gardens, lily ponds and a stunning 3 tiered swimming pool, perfect for the children and swimming.
The apartment sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one on-suite) and has a light and spacious living area with access to a terrace with dining furniture overlooking the gardens and pool. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with separate utility area where we have the washing machine, another sink for handwashing, an area to store the highchair, beach paraphernalia etc. and a great place to store pushchairs, if needed. The terrace has another dining area. There is an air conditioning/heating system in all the rooms.
We can provide everything you need for young children, highchair, travel cots and bedding, plastic bowls, plates and cutlery.
Our apartment is in Bellresguard which is the most exclusive area of Puerto Pollensa and it really does feel exclusive! The whole complex is privately owned and is so safe and quiet. We have brand new access gates with security codes and at night it really is so quiet - no hotel or complex bars thumping away with music till the early hours. Bliss!
Puerto Pollensa is so easy with young children! We love the family atmosphere of the resort - no high rise hotels; no blasting night clubs! But plenty of fun water sports for all ages on the main beach.
At the front of the complex, there is a fantastically well-stocked cafe/supermarket that does everything from children's meals to a full-on evening menu with authentic tapas and cocktails. Tony does a mean Strawberry Mojito! It also has free WiFi on site.
And across the road there is the famous Pine Walk and a 10-minute stroll into the town along the water's edge, passing many bars and restaurants on your way. Or just 5 minutes the other way to "Gin and Tonic Corner" at the Illa D’or hotel! There is no need for a car if you wish to just enjoy the resort! However, there is a large car park at the front.
The apartment is perfect for couples (you can have your own bathroom!) or families of 6. We cater for all group sizes. The summer months often see a couple with 2 children and their grandparents, which halves the cost and has the bonus of having a babysitter for the odd night out!
The area is very popular with bird watchers and cyclists out of the main season and we feel our apartment and Puerto Pollensa offer an all-year-round destination. We have a great heating system in the all the rooms plus cosy blankets for chillier mornings. The hikes are so quiet making bird/wildlife watching so much more exciting. Plus the roads are fantastic and clearer for cyclists. There are now more cheap flights available in the winter months when it is quieter and less expensive to rent.
We use a professional English speaking management company with a 24-hour emergency contact number.
It is a no-smoking apartment. No pets allowed.

All legal rentals in Mallorca must collect a "Tourist Eco Tax" from every guest aged over 16 of €2 per person per night. Hotels will likely add this to your bill but we have decided to absorb this cost and will pay it on your behalf. We are also legally required to collect details of guests aged over 16 and pass them on to the Guardia Civil. We will request this information before your stay. We are very sorry to have to impose bureaucracy, but we have no choice. Hotels and hostels have the same procedures too.
This is a gated residential community. It does not have the facilities of an 'apart-hotel' such as reception desk, lifeguards, pool fencing, poolside toilets, security guards etc. Renters must read and comply with the Community Rules (as posted in the apartment) so as to cause no disturbance to other residents.
Any rental of 30 days or more will constitute a Seasonal residential Lease, as foreseen in article 3.2 of Act 29/1994 on Spanish Urban Tenancy of a house (in Spanish 'Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos'). No tourist tax is chargeable for 30 days and more.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The development has lovely gardens and the pools were great for all the family, particularly for our 20 month old grandson. The pine walk beaches and restaurants are just across the road and the Store shop and restaurant/bar were a great bonus.

A great ground floor apartment in an excellent location. Very well equipped, lovely garden/patio area and the main pool area is literally seconds from back gate so it’s ideal if you have children. Very secure and in a great location with The Store restaurant and shop only a 1 minute walk away. Quiet location and met lots of friendly people around the pool area. Owner is a pleasure to deal with and very good communication throughout. Welcome pack is a really nice touch including a few cold beers in the fridge and also some tea/coffee and snacks. Also some dishwasher tablets, washing tablets and washing up liquid. Will definitively look to stay again and would highly recommend.

We have been coming to PP for years as a family both before we had children and since. This was a fantastic apartment for our family, it ticked all the boxes for us and we can’t wait to return!

The apartment is fab; ideal location (only a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants), beautiful pool and gardens, a great little mini market, along with a bar that does food (delicious cocktails) and to top it all off it had the best Air Con that we have ever experienced. Which was much needed in the 40 plus degree heatwave!

From the communication by the hosts, the location, cleanliness, comfortable beds and welcome sundries our stay was perfect! We loved the pool and the other residents were so friendly. A short walk from Pine Walk, the location of this apartment is perfect for families and couples. The Store tapas is amazing and we won’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends and family!

Wonderful location at the quiet end of Pine Walk which is a 2 minute walk away. Lovely pool and gardens with shop and bar/restaurant adjacent. Spacious apartment with garden and gate to the pool. Very well equipped. Perfect for an intergenerational holiday.

We were a group of cycling friends on a cycle holiday on the Island. The apartment was ideally located. It was great having swimming pool and just a two minute walk to the pine walk & beach. Aldo a short walk to great restaurants in the town. Good shop & cafe in the complex a bonus. Apartment was as described & well appointed & clean. Lovely to have access to washing machine for our cycle gear. Welcome pack was appreciated. Great value for money. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would book again.

Overall we had a wonderful time in Puerto pollenca. We have been several times and always love visiting. The apartment location was great. Chris the owner was always quick at replying to messages. Only minor gripe was that some parts of the apartment could do with some TLC and uplift.
However otherwise it is highly recommended.

The location of the property is excellent, beautiful quiet surroundings with a convenient shop on the corner and easy access to restaurants and the seafront. The pool is also a great space for relaxing and we never had issues finding sun beds at any time of day.
We had some issues with the cleanliness of the property when we arrived but these were quickly addressed after contacting the property manager. The main double bedroom was lovely, but the other rooms are a bit tired and uncomfortable. The twin room is awkwardly laid out for two adults to share (one bed blocks the wardrobe, for example, and there isn’t much other storage space for clothes or cases), and the bunk beds are probably only suitable for children. However we didn’t really use that room as there was a fair bit of mould in the wardrobe and on the walls.

We had trouble finding the apartment on arrival as we weren’t aware that it was in the Brite block. The instructions didn’t make this clear but I informed the owner so hopefully that will be updated. The apartment was very comfortable with everything you need although beach towels would have been useful. The pool area is lovely and the apartment is in a great location with a lovely stroll along the pine walk to get to town. Great communication with Chris throughout and we had an enjoyable holiday. Puerto pollensa is a wonderful place to stay for families with lots of restaurants to choose from.

First of all, the communication from the owner was excellent, Christopher was very quick to respond always. As he didn't have any guests arriving the next day when we were due to leave he even let us stay at the apartment for a bit longer than the check out time which allowed us to go to the beach for the day before catching our flight. The apartment was clean and there was even a small welcome pack on arrival which was very thoughtful. The apartment is in an excellent location and the community pool is literally outside the apartment, you can see it from the garden which was fantastic for my nearly 2 year old daugther. The premises are all gated and you have to have a code to get into the complex so we felt super safe. At night time it was quiet and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would love to come back again. I can't recommend it enough if you want to stay in Puerto Pollensa, it is truly ideal. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to visit again!

We were well looked after by the management representatives - the boiler broke down whilst we were there so we had no water water, but it was replaced within a day without any fuss. Impressive service.

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed with a family (washing machine, high chair, etc), and was in a great part of town. We could easily walk into the bustling part of town, but really appreciated that this area was a bit quieter and less busy. We LOVED the pool and grounds, and having our own private (and gated) garden area that opened out into the pool area. There was a convenience store steps away which was super handy, and a restaurant right there too. Would gladly return and wouldn't change a thing!

The hot taps in the small shower caused a burn on my granddaughters side on the first day and blistered and needed treatment from a pharmacy.. I know the very small sign said hot water warning but not to that extent.

This apartment is in a perfect location- just 2minutes from the stunning seafront & beach. We also liked having a garden, made it much easier to get in & out with children & dry our beach things. The shop & restaurant on site are very handy. Chris & Sally were very helpful and very communicative- they even let us stay on a few more hours as we had a late afternoon flight. It has everything you need for children including proper blackout shutters (so no children waking at dawn). Thoroughly recommend.

Everything was so simple and easy , the booking the communication and the apartment was really well furnished with a nice new kitchen and super clean. Would highly recommend everyone to stay and the owners are brilliant and super on the ball at replying to messages :)

We had a great time at this apartment. It is situated in the Bellresguard complex which is protected by security gates and therefore felt safe for us as a family with two adventurous littles.
Apartment itself is comfortable and clean with the amenities you need.
It is ground floor with a secure garden and deep covered outdoor dining area. It is right beside the swimming pool and near to the shop beside the complex which also serves lovely food and drinks.
Sean was easy to deal with and responded promptly to any queries!
My sister and her family booked the apartment next door and that worked very well for both families to be near but also to have our own separate accommodation.

Had a lovely time at this apartment. Perfectly placed for families with young children, can sit in the garden and see them in the pool. They loved it so much they did not want to leave.

Apartment was in a perfect location in Bellesregard area. Its right at the front of the development so its 2 minutes walk from the shop/café which was really useful. It had a good sized garden which got the sun in the afternoon, lovely (though very hot!) sitting in the loungers in the sun(there was a shaded area with a table). The apartment itself was a good size and equipped with everything we needed.The pool was literally outside the gate so we could watch the kids messing around through the gate while sitting in the garden. The pool had these mini slides which the kids (6 and 8) rode down on their inflatable crocodile endlessly.It was about 5 mins walk to the pine walk beach where there were loungers to rent, its fairly narrow but not too crowded so perfect for the kids. It was an nice 10 minute walk to town along pine walk to all the restaurants.We are booking to go back next year!
