Loved the swimming pool position in the sea and the wonderful views from the room.
Could hear a lot of movement from other rooms (next door and above) unfortunately.

Location and pool area are 10/10
The air con had been either switched off or wasn’t working would of been nice to have that option as it was still warm on the upper floors

Fanns bara i maskin.

Toll ist der Pool, der ins Meer raus gebaut ist.
Lage ist direkt am Meer.
Frühstück ist gut, der Kaffee im Frühstück verbesserungswürdig.
Besser ist der Kaffee im Barbereivh.

Good location by the pine walk , very nice pool area and bar .
We were put into an apartment a road back from the hotel which had an awful vies and we felt disconnected from the hotel. Service at both bars was patchy.

Location and pool are both great. Good choice and quality breakfast. Bed was comfy too.
The room was small. TV in room didn’t work properly. The pool toilets were very smelly. Sometimes an attitude of indifference from reception staff when trying to get help sorting an issue.

The breakfast was amazing and staff very helpful. We received an upgrade and that was a lovely treat.
I honestly can’t think of anything all outstanding.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of variety. Loved the omelettes made fresh in front. Our room was a penthouse with the biggest and best balcony in Mallorca - with the best view I have ever seen! I chose this hotel and this room with this view as this was where I wanted to propose to my (now) fiancé! And the staff were so accommodating, helpful, supportive and congratulatory once we shared with them our news! They honestly could not have done more for us - especially Joaquin who went above and beyond to ensure everything was right for me. Thank you Joaquin and the rest of the team.
The website stated dinner with a la carte menu which does not appear to still be the case. Which is a shame as the dining area with the terrace where breakfast is served would be a perfect setting for this.

Gorgeous location, especially the view from breakfast balcony. Great breakfast selection. Pool area is super and great to have a bar and food service. Loved the music in the evenings.
Beautiful decor in the hotel lounge area.
Food a little pricey.
The are no views from the suites in second building, however the suite rooms are lovely.

Staff - so courteous, attentive and friendly.
Shower. The shower door failed to stop water leaking out onto the bathroom floor which was always to wet for the foot towel to cope with. A drip strip was needed at the bottom of the glass door.
Also, the shower included a waterfall over head shower along with a wall strip mounted removable handheld device. The handheld one kept slipping out and dropping onto the floor. It failed to stay in place and on more than one occasion almost landed on our feet which would have been terribly painful. And needless to say puts the shower head and tiles at risk of damage.

We paid a lot of money to stay in this hotel. The only reason I booked this room was the tot tub on the deck, it was not clean & it took hours to fill we couldn’t even get it full enough to turn the jets on. Not even 1 bottle of water was included with the room

good choice and quality of breakfast. Lovely pool area. Great location. Very good shower and very clean. Fridge in room.
Nice bar area in hotel and at pool. 2 lifts. Lovely view from my side sea view room 406. Air conditioning was good and quiet.
No full length mirror, no dressing table, where you would have expected a mirror there was a flat screen tv. The bathroom was rather dark to apply make-up. I resorted to leaning across the bed to use the mirror above the headboard. There were shelves in the wardrobe but hardly any hanging space.

perfect location and lovely breakfast
hot tub was empty when I arrived and took forever to fill and kept going cold if you left the room and took the key so electrics went off. v poor hot tub, and shocking it’s empty upon arrival. stayed 3 nights and only useable the last night really so total waste of money.

It is conveniently located in the centre of Port de Pollenca with great front line views a over the Bay of Pollenca. The hotel is comfortable and great for a relaxing stay. The standout memory is the team that work there; all great people throughout; reception, service, restaurant and bar.

Balcony and view from penthouse was stunning. Good breakfast selection . The decor of the hotel in the communal areas was beautiful. Bed was comfortable.
For a penthouse room it was small and poorly configured. There was only a small space between the end of the bed and the air conditioning unit. The furniture in the room (not including the bed) was poor quality

For a solo traveler like myself, it was decent sized room. I requested to be switched from first floor to the fourth which the staff helped with within 2 days. The view of the mountain and the exposed area of the beach is really nice from the top.
As for the facilities, the room had everything I needed such as a small fridge, TV, comfortable bed, a chair, table and locker for valuables. The bathroom size is more than enough for one person. Toiletries were provided as well. The cleaning staff do a good job and listens to requests to top up my coffee supplies.
Water from the tap is not drinkable but there are plenty of markets around within walking distance where you can get all the stuffs you need for a few euros. Overall, I recommend this place to both the solo travlers as well as families.
For the parking, forget about finding a place outside of the hotel as this is the peak season. However, there are many free parking areas available within 8 mins walking distance outside the port area.
The dining area at E level should be made accessible more often. The view from there is great. So why not just open it up? I understand that it could get messy when the guests don't leave, but this is the time to enjoy and chill out. Isn't it? :D
Feedback to the Mallorcan authorities.
Seriously, the beaches are brilliant. Please cut down on boats docking everywhere. It makes things ugly. I was looking for places where there are not much people. I found one, but still there are so many boats anchoring. If it was up to me, I would ban all boats and make people walk. But that would be a little extreme I guess.
