About this house rental

3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms 2,754 SF. The home has 3 stories. 1st floor: 2 car garage, foyer, bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom with a bathtub, and backyard with a gas grill. 2nd floor: Master bedroom with King size bed, master bathroom and large closet. Second bedroom with bunker beds accommodate up to 4 persons and a single bed with full bathroom.The maximum allowed guests is 8 persons. Washer and Dryer. 3rd floor: Kitchen, living room, and dining room. The elevator will take you from the first to second to third floor. Owner does not allow any parties of any sorts. No weddings, birthday parties, wine or food tasting.

My family and I stayed here to be close to Medical Center for a loved ones week-long battery of health tests. The property was in a great area and offered lots of room and places for privacy when needed. There's also an elevator to get from floor to floor which was part of the reason we chose this property - many properties in this area are multi-storied and not disability friendly. The wonderful art in the home also set the perfect vibe to helped brighten everyone's mood daily since being in Houston for medical reasons isn't necessarily fun. The kitchen is large and it was great for cooking family meals together. I was the driver for most appointments at med center and the drive time from the property was short and not difficult. Monday AM was the most congested so if you stay here and have a Monday AM appointment, leave earlier than you normally would. The other days were much less congested but do expect normal, large city traffic and adjust for it. The garage and garage entry were also perfect to keep the cars and everyone else out of the Houston heat as much as possible plus the ease of entry for folks with disability - if you can go up one short step you can enter from the garage. There are also some very good restaurants nearby and HEB grocery is fairly close. The area is walkable but you need to be experienced with walking in highly urban areas. If you aren't then I'd say stick with your car.

We really enjoyed our stay in this well appointed property. Owners were very kind and responsive and the accommodations were very comfortable. My only suggestions would be to put a new knob on the master shower; getting the water to the right temperature is tricky. I would also suggest a TV in the master bedroom. Overall, this is a beautiful and comfortable place to call home. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

The house is very attractive and well equipped. The neighbourhood is peaceful with plenty of room for parking the car. We were given a warm welcome by the host who was very friendly and helpful. The location is great as nothing is far away - whether it’s art museums or a historic music venue for the grown ups or SlooMoo for the kids! Many thanks Maddie

The house is great and great location for an event you may be attending at NRG stadium. Houston is very warm and humid and it definitely was these last two days so the third floor got very warm.and we couldn’t get the AC to turn on. Orher then that it wss a great stay.

This home was exactly as stated and the Owner was Top Notch. Home was spotless nicely appointed and centrally located for all of my daughters appointments. Three generations of our family stayed in this amazing, well-maintained and clean property for a week. It was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The WiFi was blazing fast. Every aspect of the experience met or exceeded our expectations. The house is even better in person than in the photos. The private backyard and off-street/garage parking are nice amenities.

Absolutely wonderful rental for a long weekend with old friends. Maddie was a great host. The house itself has a ton of character. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of delicious restaurants and cool night spots littered around the neighborhood. Couldn’t ask for a better VRBO!

Great location and spacious condo. Owner was great too. Only slight negative is it was a beautiful weekend but we could not open the big overhead door as we were told it gets stuck and a technician wasn't available if it did get stuck.

Maddie was extremely helpful and responsive. His house was nicely furnished and the kitchen well stocked. While we had issues with a couple appliances he immediately had them worked on. The location is very convenient to downtown Houston and the Texas Medical Center. You will get a workout with the stairs though! Elevator is available, but for only 3 levels we mostly used it for luggage and groceries.

We immediately felt like we were at home. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and furnished with all the necessities. It is even more beautiful in person than it is in pictures. Our family had the best time spending Christmas together and can’t wait to use this space again in the future.

The property was clean and close to many things. My family enjoyed that the kitchen was on the top floor away from the bedrooms. Maddie, the host was excellent and accommodating. We will be back to stay whenever in Houston.

We loved staying at the property. It is in a great part of Montrose that's close to a lot of activity. Very well maintained with a lot of art work and attention to detail. The backyard is great as well especially when the weather cools down. And the owner is very kind and accommodating.

We were in Houston for our son’s wedding. With all the events we needed to attend, this was the prefect choice. Our gracious host Maddie, was there to greet us and provide a tour of this beautifully furnished, lovely home. A well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, comfortable living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. A terrific location, a lovely neighborhood, restaurants, shopping and a wonderful Kroger grocery store minutes away. Maddie was a wonderful host. Communication was great and he was on hand to show us the ropes. Meticulously kept home with real home comforts. This place is well furnished and stocked with all that you'll need to just check in and get going! So good that we spent a lot of our time just chilling at "home" than going out. This did not feel like a rental, it felt like a home. Will sure book when next I am in Houston.

The home was perfectly clean, each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus a half bath on the living floor. The location was close to restaurants and entertainment. The hosts communicate well. I would recommend this place to friends and would come back. Thank you.
