In the apartment was lovely and location very close to centre.
support staff were very pleasant helpful and supportive throughout our stay.
Apartment is located in an estate in an dark area. I was with my family so thankfully not alone.
we arrived in the evening the instructions where not straightforward and it has a very dark and Isolated entrance.
Your staff were really pleasant, helpful and supportive throughout our stay could not have asked for more.

The property was very nice
Rooms was comfortable

Very clean, modern accommodation which 6 people comfortably stayed in. Very near to town so could walk to the shops.
The area was a little intimidating. You have to walk within a block of flats to get to the accommodation, which involves stairs - beware of the pigeons who live in the flats - and their mess on the floor.
Once inside however, the accommodation is lovely.

The location was amazing! Easy to get everywhere! Everything was clean! Size of beds were great! Hosts were extremely helpful before and during our stay. This was a perfect place for our vacation with friends (2 families with 2 kids)
The building hallways were quiet dirty because of the pigeons. The property manager needs to clean and maintain the common areas. The toilet on the main floor had a sewer smell. The beds could do with mattress toppers. The couch in the main living area was very uncomfortable. A second set of keys would have been helpful as we had 2 families staying together and we’re not always travelling around together.None of these negatively affected our stay… just some possible improvements.

Location - Was first class we where within half a mile to everywhere we wanted to see.
Apartment - Was well stocked with tea, coffee, milk and all cleaning supplies. The bedding was clean and comfy and all areas of the apartment presented well.
We were a party of 7 and enjoyed this apartment so much we will be booking again for next year to take in more of what Chester has to offer.
Can't complain

clean & tidy
the area outside was scruffy

not a lot
The sofa had no legs on it so was literally sitting on the floor to sit on it! The roof leaked. The entrance to the property was covered in Pigeon mess and the apartment had stain’s on the walls! The permits left for parking didn’t work also so my friends who drove received parking tickets.

the inside was better than the outside
On First appearance's it looked good but when we looked closer, Note the following.
Only one parking permit. ( the 2nd one turned up within the hour after we pointed it out)
Only one key and fob for 2 cars, not good as we went out at different times.
In the oven the grill trivet is missing. So making it hard to grill our bacon.
Dirty pans in drawer.
Wrong plug in sink so water drained away as you were washing up.
Not enough Toilet paper for all of us.
Dirty balustrade and railings.
Dust on top of the pictures
2 finger prints on our bedroom ceiling in blood.
En-suite shower door knob missing.
Toilet roll holder missing from wall.
Other en-suite wash hand basin has cracks in it.
Then on arriving back from our day out on Sunday the car park barrier didn't work so as we can only park outside for 30mins we had to leave our 2 cars in the NCP car park at the cost of £60 for parking and taxis.

Fantastic place for a group to stay. Very spacious bedrooms and a nice gathering area in the kitchen/dining room. Easy to get into downtown. Free parking was a bonus.
We were a little nervous about the location (a diamond in the rough) but it worked out well and all of the locals we met were friendly and helpful.

Location was amazing, few minutes walk from the train station, walking distance to old town/city centre.
It's a two storey flat, really good size bedrooms, two out of four are ensuite. Really light, fresh and modern. We loved staying there
The only negative would be the type of building it is located in
Also a lot of stairs to access
3.5
We loved the central location, and the clean apartment. The free parking spaces were a big selling point too.
The surroundings. There were a lot of bird droppings all over the corridors and stairways to the apartment. Seemed to be a bit of a problem all around the neighbourhood.

Loved the location- just a short walk from the city centre. You also receive a free parking permit.
Difficult to find the property- no number on the building. The property is in an old council block so on the outside it doesn't look very appealing- lots of pigeons everywhere as well as pigeon poo. Also, the property is being advertised as sleeping 10. There are only seats for 4 people in the living room/dining area. Fitting 10 would be impossible. Ideal place for a family of 4-5 max. The property could do with some TLC- a hole in the floor under the carpet, temperature dials in the shower not working so could only use 1 out of 3 showers, make- up marks on the ceiling, a cracked sink... Advertised as a property with a balcony but the balcony is not accessible.

Affordable. Easy walking distance of Chester town centre
Secure parking and complex access. Plenty hot water, clean bathrooms and nice to have 3 showers to share. Lovely and warm
Insufficient supplies in kitchen to self cater had to purchase forks. Furniture and seating tired with insufficient space and chairs to cater for full occupancy around the table and to relax in front of the TV
Not a pleasant building with rubbish in communal areas and dingy corridors. Only one permit provided despite advising the 5 guests would be in 2 cars. Short stay parking available within a few hundred metres

We liked that it was warm and the beds were comfortable. It was clean and reasonably well equipped, although there were only 3 of us. If there had been more people there wouldn't have been enough seating in the living area. The bathrooms were smart and clean but the upstairs sinks and showers did not drain very well.
The area is a bit seedy, although it is only a 10 minute walk to the centre so very convenient. The block is also pretty grim, although the flat is very nice. We found it hard to find initially. Would have liked an information pack to tell us how the heating worked, etc.

Location of the property was superb! A short walk into the town centre where you can find restaurants, shops, pubs etc. and see the stunning architecture. The train station was an even shorter walk where we took the train to Liverpool. The Little Gem was really lovely inside and the pictures on the web site do not do it justice. Bedrooms are big, two en-suite and found the whole apartment modern and roomy. Would recommend without hesitation. Also the parking was great as two permits were supplied allowing safe parking!
Nothing really! Shower and sink seems to be blocked as they took a bit of time for the water to drain away but it didn't cause any issues.

Location is within good distance from centre. The bedding, kitchen and ensuites nice and clean.
Apartment entry from ground floor is dirty and untidy, once inside the decor is very tired and grubby. The apartment is for 8 people however there is not enough equipment for 8, i.e. one dining chair, 2 wine glasses etc.

Nobody told us the flat number or how to get in. Luckily a maintenance man arrived and we could get in.

The area wasn't central. Was a bit of a walk to the shops. The outdoor area to the apartment was awful.

Great location and ideal for exploring Chester. Well equipped and plenty of room.
Only one door/car park fob provided which isn’t perfect when you are a group. Bottle tops and cigarette ends left in the kitchen, stairs and balcony. No lift in the building.

Really good location just on the outskirts. Very clean and quiet for just out of the centre. Comfortable accommodation for a family of four. Secure parking with permit. Would stay again.
Little bit run down outside but don't let that put you off. Only one key and fob which would have been difficult for separate couples.

Beautiful place
Fabulous place would go back

Good location, in regards to walking distance to the town and train station. Clean and reasonably spacious. Ticked all the boxes for a family get together.
The immediate surrounding area seems a bit rough on first impression. Concrete stairway, leading up to the apartment, not great for young children or anyone with mobility problems. No key to balcony, or opening windows, in back bedroom so it got a bit hot and stuffy.
3.5
Inside the flat facilities good and clean the main room comfortable for up to maybe 6 adults bit small but the upstairs very spacious and en-suites are lovely.
Found it difficult to get in but thankyou to the man think his name was Dave who just happened to be going to read the flat meter he was very helpful. Think the entrance and stairs could do with a clean just outside the door it had cigarette butt's and was dirty we had young children with us and it could have done with a sweep and mop the step into the flat was too high maybe a sign needed to warn people, otherwise once you got inside it was lovely and clean and had everything you needed would maybe stay again but not with children could do with stair gate.
Also the area a made me feel a bit uncomfortable people sat outside drinking and lots of bottles near bin which was in the allocated car park which I thought was gated but was not so not that comfortable leaving our cars there we only slept there as was out for whole day returning just to sleep.
Many Thanks

Central and very easy to walk into Chester. Good parking facilities.
The type of area ie housing association. Not revealed until the night before with key safe details. Also workman had access to a cupboard in our inner hallway. Whilst one of us was naked, having got out of the shower, with no warning the outer door was unlocked by a maintenance man. He walked straight past the lower bedroom window, passing our open front door. My 56 year old friend was mortified. Disgraceful and again not told about this. No one other than us, should have had access once we had arrived. That’s the picture I’ve included. The right hand door was open into our hallway-the workmen wanted access to the cupboard by the bin bags. He used a front door key that opened the outer hallway door. I was standing at that door to take the picture. The bedroom window was open and was on the right, before the inner front door.

Lovely place right on the edge of the main street into Chester next to railway station. Quiet area with main street shops 5 min walk
Climb 2 levels of staircase may be an issue for some
