Perfect! Recommending to our wedding guests later this year

Such a beautiful property, a lovely cosy and practical space. The beds are very comfortable and the room is so very clean. We felt right at home and would stay again in a heartbeat. We have also put the accommodation on our wedding website for our guests to hopefully book later this year. The staff were so friendly, happy and kind. They did everything they could to make our stay perfect. We would have a text the night before with a list of pastries to chose from, it was then ready and waiting for us for breakfast. Such a lovely beautiful stay. Good location too about an 6-8 minute walk in to the Main Street of Noto.

Spacious and newly renovated room next to the centre handled by a very kind family

The room is very spacious in a recently renovated building. It is only a few minutes from the centre of Noto, so perfect location. It also had free parking space right next to the building which made things easier for us. Massimo and his family did their best to welcome us and give us valuable recommendations throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here for a visit to Noto!

The room is beautiful and spacious, super clean. Late check-in is amazing, parking is free, safe and right next to the spot. The most beautiful old-town just around the corner. We felt very good and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here.

Everything. The rooms were spacious, so clean and everything we needed was provided. Lots of information provided daily about the surrounding area. Super terrace where breakfast is served. Lots of choice for breakfasts. A perfect place to stay. Easy, free parking in the Square below. 5 minute walk from beautiful Noto.

It was a spacious appartment, with very good hygiene and on walking distance to the city center

It was a beautifull apartement with a great roof terrace.

The description on booking said there was breakfast included, but because of the winter period they didnt offer breakfast.

Our stay at Marla's boutique rooms was great. Tge owner was easy to reach, we could ask about best places to park, he explained everything about Noto and gave tips on where to go. The room was clean and comfortable. The terrace was very nice and it was a pleasure to eat breakfast there. Highly recommended

A clean room that is centrally located and didn't not hurt my pocketbook - I recommend.

I have been to Noto many times and this is is a boutique hotel that is VERY central. You're just blocks away from the center. The room was very clean and comfortable and the owner was friendly and so willing to help with any needs. Also, the price for this area was very good.

I would recommend the hotel provide breakfast at an earlier hour. Currently they begin breakfast service at 9:00 am which could be a bit late when you're on holiday. We needed to be at another location by 10:00 so we missed the breakfast service. However, I will note that when the owner heard we were leaving he did say he could have made a provision for us to eat earlier - very kind. However, since they are new, I would strongly recommend service begin at 7:30 or 8:00.

Hotel quality with modern stylish unique design

This is the classiest and most elegant b&b I've ever stayed in Italy!!! The bedrooms are more like a classy suite in a luxury hotel, elegant, modern and tasteful. Rooftop balcony is incredibly charming with a simple but tasty breakfast of Italian standards. Took a pizza and bottle of wine there in the evening to the rooftop and soaked up the chilled vibe. Massimo is a stylish guy who is both professional, quick to respond and informative. Extremely highly recommended for young couples!!
