About this apartment rental

This one bedroom condo located on the 4th floor overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is directly on the beach. The views are spectacular. Whether you're here just to enjoy the beach or relax poolside, our condo offers you both. Navarre Beach has been named one of the best destinations for families or couples and there are plenty of activities for everyone.

During the Spring/Summer season we require a minimum 7 night stay. Rentals dates must fall between Saturday to Saturday. Saturday is our usual turnover date for guests. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us.

Our one bedroom condo has it all: gorgeous oceanfront views, pools and hot tubs, and all the comforts of home. Relax on the white sandy beaches with umbrella service included. Watch the sun set on an evening stroll or just relax inside and watch a movie or show on our big screen HDTV. There are museums, zoos and plenty of shopping within minutes of the island. Take in a restaurant or stock up on groceries and enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with a pantry for your goods. Our building also has a fitness room overlooking the ocean and pool for those looking to get in a workout while away. There is free wireless Internet available both inside our condo and by the pool.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV & DVD player. There are twin bunks in the hallway and a queen sleeper in the living room for additional accommodations. The living room boasts a new faux leather sectional sofa for plenty of seating. From inside, the wall to wall sliding glass door offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico or, walk out onto the deck to see and enjoy the views from our fourth floor unit. Balcony furniture includes 6 chairs and a table for when you want to just enjoy the view from the balcony.

Umbrella Service is Included (umbrella and two chairs set-up on the beach every day for your use while staying in our unit. Umbrella service runs from March 1 - October 31.

Whether you are a couple visiting or a family of six, there are plenty of activities for everyone. Our family loves it here and we're sure yours will, too. We offer some of the Best rates on the Beach during all the Seasons. You can also book for an extended stay over the Winter. Please email us for a quote for an extended stay from January - February. This was our first time in a long time, to stay in a condo versus a townhouse and it was amazing! There were 3 pools in the complex, so if one was full there were other options. The home was equipped with all the general necessities and we were walking distance to multiple eateries! We loved Navarre Beach! This condo was exactly like the pictures. Our son (12) loved the bunks. Our adult daughter needed more mattress than a piece of foam so she slept on the couch and loved it. Beautiful view and easy walk to the pier and local restaurants.

This is the 4th different condo we have stayed at in Navarre and would not stay again. One of the first things we noticed was the cleaning fee not put to good use. When moving the coffee table/ottoman, there was food underneath it, and we did not eat at the condo, so we know it was not us. Secondly, after we arrived, the owner told us that the bathroom off the main hallway was not working properly, and a plumber would be able to fix it the next day. We do not know if they ever came out or not. I can tell you that the toilet ran most of the time and we were there. Fans in both the laundry room and bathroom off the bedroom were very loud. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was very poor. We were supposed to have six bracelets in our room, and the instructions told us that if they all were there not upon checking out that we would be charged $10 for any missing bracelets. These allowed us to go down to the pool and to the beach. When we arrived, there were only four there. I reached out to the owner, who told me to go to the office on Monday morning to pick up two additional bracelets, and he would email them and let them know I was coming. We went Monday afternoon, and they gave us a hard time because they had not gotten any emails from the owner yet. While knowing that it was a sleeper sofa, thankfully we did not use, the furniture was uncomfortable. Lastly, a dirty dishrag was left in the garbage disposal, and stunk. I took lots of pictures of stains.

I loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee. Great walking beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Easy ride into Pensacola. The kitchen was well appointed. We had everything we needed. A great place to stay and relax.

This condo is easy to get to, and has a great view/location on the beach. The balcony is a perfect place to relax, but we had to deal with all of the surrounding second hand cigarette smoke from the other guests which put a damper on the space. It was great to have the umbrella service included with the booking. Be sure to bring your own beach towels and beach toys/floats because none are provided. It is close to area restaurants, and the pier is directly next to the building. It only costs a buck to walk it, and it is good for the entire day. Be sure to bring your own bags of ice or trays because the ice maker is out of order. There is a beach store in the third building that has ice, smoothies, drinks, jewelry, clothes, beach toys and other items you might need during your stay. It was nice to have access to the small washer/dryer to wash/dry our towels and swimsuits. The seaweed/June Grass is really bad right now, so be prepared to have it all inside your suit and hair. It makes a mess for sure. The water was really dark when we were there because of it…not much of an “Emerald Coast”, but we still enjoyed our time there. Oh, bring soap/shampoo because they don’t provide any, but they do have laundry detergent to use which was nice. The WiFi worked well…no issues for us. The condo is definitely dated as the pictures show, but it (and the furniture) was a lot more worn than we expected. It was fine for what we needed…just don’t expect a “beachy vibe”. Having a king sized bed was nice. We didn’t try the sleeper sofa, but my kids liked the bunk beds. We couldn’t find the flat sheets so you might pack your own for the bunks. Navarre Beach is a neat place…not as crowded as the other more popular beaches. Overall, it was nice enough and the location was great. Easy access to the beach which was ideal.

The condo is smaller than we’re use to & could use some updates. (I believe they’re handling those in the near future) It was very clean & the view is amazing of the beach! We had to connect the owner several times & he was on top of things. Grateful for that.

The condo location was great. Beautiful view of the beach and easy access. We found several restaurants we liked and even drove over to Destin a few times. The condo was comfortable and easy to get to. The only thing that we didn't do was check in as instructed as there was no one at the desk during our stay.

We decided to take a road trip down from Indy, and this unit was PERFECT all the way around. Owners responded quickly and made it all so easy. Place was very comfortable and I'd say more than clean... more like spotless. You cannot beat the location... it's perfect. Best part was being able to catch both sunrise and sunset from the balcony... and my husband loved fishing on the pier. We saw dolphins and sea turtles swimming by every single day. We will return and we will rent this unit again. Thank you, John & Joy!!

The condo was perfect size and had everything we needed for our vacation. It was clean and well maintained. Check in and check out was easy. Our beach chairs were included so that was a real benefit. The beach was gorgeous and my son also enjoyed the pool. We would stay here again.

Everything was great, with the exception of the main tv in living area; we were unable to get the cable to work. The unit was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed the week of Hurricane/Tropical Storm Elsa. There was only one day of beach closure, double red flags. Even though the condo was wonderful, the building maintenance left a lot to be desired. There was only one elevator working for the entire building of fourteen floors, and the bar-b-que area could use an extreme update. We will gladly return because of how nice the condo was.
