Amanda had every detail covered, cozy robes for showers, slippers for the patio, a welcoming snack tray after a travel day! Everything was clean and neat. Easy parking and access. Our dogs were happy. Lots of great walks nearby for them and us. This VRBO sets a high bar.
We highly recommend this to anyone.

We stayed here 2 years ago as well. This is just an incredible place, peaceful. The turntable and records is just awesome. Looking forward to our next stay.

I had a fantastic experience with our hostess! She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The place was impeccably clean and had everything we could possibly need, including snacks and little essentials we may have forgotten. The peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing getaway, and the quiet surroundings were just what we needed. I highly recommend this hostess for anyone looking for a perfect retreat with all the comforts of home.

Our stay here was great! It was everything we needed and more. Amanda was hospitable as well as accommodating. Just as previous reviews stated, there wasn't anything missing. Anything you may have forgotten, I'm sure it was there in the house. She thought of everything and made sure we didn't need anything. It was really more than I could've ever asked for. If my daughter decides to go to U of M, this is where I'm staying, as long as it is available. The proximity from the house and the campus was great. Everything is as described. I truly fell in love with Amanda and her husband. It is truly a blessing to know there are still kind people in the world.

Very comfortable space for my husband and me during our five night stay in Ann Arbor. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. The place was perfectly clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. Easy check in and check out process. Great host! The space was a bit louder than we anticipated (road and overhead noise), but overall we had a great stay and would recommend to others as well as look to stay there again ourselves in the future.

My husband and I came to Ann Arbor for a short trip to check out the area and campus for school. The VRBO was in a perfect location to drive around. Very clean and cozy as well. The Host was very accommodating and quick to respond if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Amanda's was truly flawless. It was exactly what I needed for my short stay but you'll be comfortable no matter the length of your trip. All of the thoughtful touches were much appreciated and such an unexpected but delightful surprise. I will likely be coming back to Ann Arbor next year, and would definitely be seeking to stay here again if it's available.

Property was well equipped and the host has thought of all details and was very responsive. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood and close drive to downtown. It is on a semi-busy road which can be heard at night but there is a fan in the room to use. Recommended.

We stayed for a weekend visiting a friend at University of Michigan. It was a great location and the Vrbo had everything we needed even when the power went out unexpectedly.

The apartment was conveniently located to the downtown and in a nice neighborhood. Communications with the owner were very timely, yet not intrusive. Just perfect. The cleanliness and little touches increased the cozy/comfort factor. Plus the bed was super cozy and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again!

The flat is cozy and clean and the host has thought of everything—coffee, flashlights, extra blankets, and very clear information for everything. Even in a terrible winter storm and a lengthy power outage, they did everything in their power to accommodate us. Very convenient for a walk to campus where we were visiting.

We chose this property for its convenience to UM hospitals while our daughter was having a procedure with a multi-day recovery. The Angell apartment allowed us to have our dog nearby for feedings and walks, and was a comfortable respite for us to switch out nap-taking. Amanda was so gracious and flexible, this was truly a godsend booking.

The property was very convenient location for our purpose. The hosts were very kind and gracious . Property was neat and clean. Our only concern was that there was a delay in getting the check-in code, Once that was rectified, it was clear sailing and a lovely weekend. Loved the original art at the property!

Host (Amanda) was great with communication and very welcoming upon our arrival. The place was immaculate and in a very convenient location. There were lots of thoughtful little touches and she provided lots of information about things to do and about the rental. It felt very much like home away from home. We look forward to coming back.

I had four nights at this very comfortable place. Very clean and homey. The extras in the kitchen - coffee, tea, snacks - saved me on arrival. And the stereo with old albums was a pleasant surprise, most enjoyable to listen to with the fireplace going in the evenings. My son stayed over a couple of nights and the place was plenty spacious for the two of us. Many thanks! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic accommodations, location, host. Situated us in an amazing location to be able to participate in my conference, enjoy Ann arbor and the arboretum, and enjoy our time together. All at a more than reasonable price.
Thank you!

From the minute we got there to the minute we left,
Amanda was the most gracious host. She was always there if I needed something but yet stayed away to give us privacy. My husband had major heart surgery at U of M so it was a very stressful time for me having to run there a few times a day. Amanda was so sweet, checking in on me to see how things were going and even giving advice on what to ask and do at the hospital since she has also done nursing there in the past. She truly has a gift of kindness when it comes to helping others and made my week there so much easier!! Thank you Amanda from the bottom of my heart. If we ever have to come back to AA to stay, we will definitely try to book with you again!!

Perfect alternative to expensive hotels in Ann Arbor. The property was great. Spacious, clean, with tons of art, a nice little kitchen. The place was charming, the welcome bottle of red wine and chocolate bar made my day after an eight hour drive. Even a cute little garden just out the front door. Super cute neighborhood just a short walk from the Michigan campus. The host was fabulous extremely helpful (but without being in your hair). She even offered to let my dog out when she knew I'd be gone for several hours. I have no complaints at all. Will definitely be staying there again when I visit my daughter who is attending Michigan.

Outstanding rental. It had everything I needed as I visited UMich and Ann Arbor. I even survived a tremendous thunderstorm that knocked out power for a day, because the rental had snacks and portable lights and it stayed cool while the outside heat index was over 100 degrees.
Amanda was an excellent host who I got to meet and chat with. Her husband was attentive and helpful as well when needed.
The rental is in a residential neighborhood, walkable (25 mins) to central campus even if you don't catch the free campus buses 5 minutes away. I used the rentable Spin electric scooter and bicycle a couple of times to get back to the rental late at night.
And the Arb is right there as well, for a wonderful walk through nature that I enjoyed.
There were plenty of nice touches and it truly is a rental you could live in, shop and cook, for more than just a quick trip. I stayed 4 days and had no problems, even with the power outage because of the storm.
Clean, well attended to, with nice amenities. Easy entry/checkin, helpful tips in a folder, and snacks to assist in making your arrival comfortable and more. I would definitely return.
