As featured in the Architectural Digest magazine The Beach House (rental licence ETV/7083) is a recently refurbished villa in Can Singala which sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms and has an 8m x 4m swimming pool (unheated). Fully air conditioned and heated throughout, the villa is located in Can Singala, a small area of private homes just a short stroll from the beach, the famous Pine Walk and the Hotel Illa D'Or. The garden and pool are private and secluded providing plenty of space for sun bathing & al fresco dining and there is a covered porch where one can still sit outside and enjoy the sea air or dine should the weather not be so kind.

Free ultra fast Wi-Fi (via fibre optic) is offered throughout (up to 1Gb if conected directly)

Please note that during the high season of July and August The Beach House is only available to rent from a Saturday to Saturday.

Located in the family friendly urbanisation of Can Singala, just a few minutes walk from the sea and the renowned Pine Walk, The Beach House is a private, detached villa that has been completely modernised to accommodate 8 people with its own private 8m x 4m pool (unheated). Equipped with a 49" flat screen TV with internet channels including UK, German and Spanish speaking, Movistar fusion package, a Sonos play 3 speaker and a separate blutooth speaker the villa has a wonderful audio/visual array.

The villa is south facing with the added benefit of its own private pool and ample outdoor space, encompassing a BBQ area (with a 4 burner Campingaz BBQ), two seating/dining areas (one covered), a Balinese bed and an outdoor shower. There is also a small roof terrace with a high table to sit and and enjoy a drink whilst taking in the view or watching the sun go down.

Inside the villa is fully air conditioned with an open plan kitchen and dinning area, a small snug area with satellite TV (inc movistar fusion), DVD and 1 GB Wi-Fi, 4 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms (2 en suite). The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, bottle chiller, 4 ring induction hob, oven, microwave, 6 slice toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a filtered water tap.

Bath and swimming towels are provided during your stay along with free Molton Brown toiletries.

All bedrooms have 100% Egyptian cotton percale 400TC sheets and new Platinum Comfort visoelastic mattresses to aid sleep with 9 separate layers:
1. Cachemire Fresh Comfort thermoregulable fabric that facilitates total breathability and heat evacuation. In addition to giving the mattress a very soft touch.
2. Natural filaments that provide freshness to the fabric and a very soft feather touch to enhance our rest.
3. Layer of ViscoInstant®, natural and technological product, in its superior padding of 5 cm, which provides optimum postural comfort and thermal comfort for rest, reducing pressure points and increasing the ergonomics of the set.
4. Natural harmless fibers with antibacterial, anti-mite and antifungal treatment.
5. Breathable Thermofused fabric, which enhances the absorption of moisture, providing maximum security against the proliferation of molds and bacteria.
6. High Density Air Resilence core of 30kg / m3 of 20 cm, combined with two-sided Graphene viscoelastic. The function of these elements is to detect every point of our body to provide optimal comfort. In addition thanks to its aeration channels, it is considered one of the coolest mattresses in the market.
7. Layer of ViscoInstant®, natural and technological product, in its 2 cm padding, which provides optimum postural comfort and thermal comfort for resting, reducing pressure points and increasing the ergonomics of the set.
8. Bottom fabric with Fresh Air Plus 3D technology that enhances the total aeration of the mattress, managing to distribute the perspiration and oxygenation evenly throughout the structure of the mattress and thus promote its freshness.
9. Perimeter fabric with Fresh Air Plus 3D Technology that achieves optimal aeration by the sides of the mattress.

Enjoyed our stay here. Communication with host was easy and we were able to check in early which was helpful. Outside space is perfect for relaxing by the pool and everything we needed was walkable from the house.

The villa is in a great location, with easy access to restaurants and bars. However, the best bit is relaxing on a sun lounger by the pool. The villa is spacious with air-con and all the mod-cons you need.

The pros: This is a really lovely villa in a quiet cul-de-sac, it's well maintained pool with fantastic outside space was wonderful, nice pool towels, air conditioning throughout, filtered water in kitchen, lots of crockery/glassware & serving dishes, fantastic shower rooms, good quality beds & bedding, lots of hanging space & hangers, nice bath towels and when we notified the property managed that the gas tank for the BBQ was low we returned to find it had been replaced. That's great service! The cons: pool loungers most definitely need replaced, no cleaning products, only 1 spare bin bag for each kitchen bin and both frying pans were unusable. We are holiday home owners so possibly more critical than other guests but do feel the white loungers should have been replaced long before our visit. Due to all over staining they were in very poor condition and quite undesirable. We were there for 17 nights and (wrongly) presumed the house budget would have allowed our mid stay "light clean" to provide more bin bags and toilet rolls. As there is no Welcome Pack at this villa if you walk to The Store (5 min walk), behind it is a Spar that's open 8am-10pm daily. Great for basics such as bread, milk, tea/coffee etc.

So how do I sum up this property????? Wow is the only way to describe it. Beautiful villa with a fantastic outside living space. Plenty of parking a very short distance away. You don’t want to be looking at your car whilst sunbathing👍 The pool is lovely and modern. It does not need to be heated as it makes it nice to cool off in. The walk to the beach is very short. The walk into town is 15 to 20 mins but it gives you chance to walk off the food… This was a fantastic holiday made even better due to the quality of the villa!!!!!

The property was in a great location and perfect for 6 people. However, the washer dryer didn’t work and was fixed 1.5 days before we were to leave. It also described a hot tub in listing but one did not exist. And there was an ant problem. Needed more instructions posted such as how to use the induction range

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay in your property. The location is perfect just a stroll to the pine walk and the amenities are brilliant. We have stayed in many villas in Mallorca and this was by far the best. 5e rooms are large, the bathrooms are lovely, the kitchen is well appointed and maintained and the outdoor areas are fabulous. The outdoor dining area is a particular highlight and we spent most evenings there. Thanks again we will be back if you will have us!

Gorgeous property, exactly as portrayed. Easy walk to restaurants and beach. Taxis were very accessible and responsive. Kids loved the swimming pool. Outdoor dining space was our default gathering spot. Restaurant The Store five minutes away was the find of the week.

This villa was the perfect destination for our autumn family holiday. It is a modern, architecturally well thought-out and lovingly furnished down to the last detail, clean house with a beautiful outdoor area. Technically with all the appliances we needed and trouble-free w-lan. It does not have a sea view, which is not lacking in this house, especially as you can quickly reach the sea with a 200 metre walk and enjoy the fantastic view of the bay of Port Pollenca. We will definitely be back :-).

We were a party of 6 family members ranging from 22 to 76 years of age and it was perfect for all of us. The villa was as described, beautifully clean and well equipped. Communication was excellent with prompt responses to any queries. The outside space was superb with lots of options of places to relax in the sun or shade. The outside dining area was great during the day as it's shaded but also a nice place to congregate in the evenings with its soft lighting. The gas BBQ came in very handy when staying in and cooking for ourselves. Would highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

The villa was spotlessly clean. Decor was simple but very tasteful and all essentials were provided. The large swimming pool was very welcome. The villa owner was very helpful and responsive in providing additional advice and recommendations. Check in and check out was simple. The location is perfect- a 15 minute walk to restaurants but situated in a quiet residential district.

We visited this villa as a group of ladies and were blown away by the villa. It was perfect for us to relax and unwind, and had everything we needed. The villa was very clean and perfectly set out. It is ideal for families and friends who want to spend time together. We found that we were more than happy to relax around the pool or the large outside area. We ventured down to the harbour a few times. The walk down to the restaurants and shops is beautiful, even during a lightening storm! There are plenty of different restaurants to choose from and we were not disappointed with our choices. The owner was very helpful with a couple of queries that we had while we were there. We really enjoyed our visit to this villa and would definitely return.

Having visited Puerto Pollensa many times over the last 25 years this property would possibly the best of them all! Everything you need for a great break with friends or family, very well equipped inside and out. Compact in the kitchen and living area but that is fine as you will spend most of your time at the outdoor dining area, pool area, daybed or outdoor seating! Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, washing machine always a bonus and great outdoor dryer. This villa is only two minutes walk to the beach and pinewalk and a comfortable 20 minute walk to front row resturants and the famous Pollensa square where you can find all the dining options you want. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to all.

The villa is 400m away from the Pollensa beach in a very quiet neighbourhood. It has all commodities to feel like home. The are supermarkets and restaurants nearby and there is a superb view of the mountains.( Serra de Tramuntana) The col Mirador es Colomer is 8 min away with the car. The swimming was clean and well maintained. the beds are very confortable

Beautiful property in peaceful location. Found everything we needed in the villa and spent many hours by the pool as well as evenings at the long outdoor table. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped and manager responded promptly to our queries during the week. Outdoor furniture all in excellent condition which is not always the case. Perfect location - short walk to beach and local bars and restaurants easily walkable too. Would highly recommend.

From the minute we enquired about this lovely villa, the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Arranged a food delivery for us. and advised us of events taking place in the area. The villa is stunning. The setting so close to the pine walk, was a dream as we were with our elderly parents and a morning stroll to the Illa D’or Holtel for coffee was a treat. We had a great two week holiday in August The listing is accurate and if anything the villa is even better ! The owners and their property manager are extremely attentive and responsive We spent much time sitting at the outdoor table in the day and evening As their description says, there is limited indoor seating but the outdoor sofas and chairs in the dapple shade were great for us We had a car but generally ate out once a day and being able to walk along the pine walk both for drinks and dinner was great We hired a boat on two occasions and passed the owner the details as went to some stunning beaches only really accessible by boat A great villa and team!

John and Bev’s beach house is a truely beautiful place to be. My family and I went there for our summer holiday and had a great time. There were 7 of us and everything was simple and comfortable; we walked into Puerto Pollença most days and ate at the villa a handful of times. We’d love to return.

We stayed for a few days in October 2018. The villa is modern and stylish. The outdoor space is extensive with a lovely pool and ample outdoor seating including a large dining table. Plenty of space to spend a day outside in relaxed surroundings without leaving the property. The villa was immaculately clean on arrival. High quality toiletries were provided. WiFi was reliable and fast. The villa is a couple of minutes from the beach and, from there, it is a 15 minute stroll to the centre of town.

Very attractive place, nice layout, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, good supply of dishes and stemware, nice beds.And they have SONOS!Had a few minor issues but they were quickly addressed.Pool too cold to use during late September. Probably better during hotter months.Owner preferred we not park on †he premise but plenty of parking seconds away.Would stay there again!
