The location was great and the rooms clean, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was really good
Room was noisy

Great location. Provided beach towels and the breakfast was good (you order from a menu, not a buffet)
It could have been clearer that there was no reception and that you need to go to another hotel down the road if you need anything.

We didn’t stay in the hotel as we were transferred to the Daina a few days before our booking, as the Cultural had closed. Very disappointed we didn’t get to sample the Cultural. You will see that all my comments were not based on experience so please do not use this to rate the hotel.

We had to move to Daina on 11th because Hoposa Group decided to close the hotel. Such a pity as we would have preferred to stay in Cultural the whole time.

Great location, very clean hotel, excellent breakfast

The lounge and bar area were lovely, a very pleasant , comfortable place to sit. The hotel was spotless and although our room was small, the bed was huge with crisp white bedding.. very comfortable. The bathrooms were new and stylish.
I can’t forget the staff who would go out of their way to help.
There were no surfaces in the bathroom to put out toiletries .

Location was great, majority of the staff were very good. The cleaner was lovely and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Not having a reception on site was odd and if you had any issues you had to go to the Hotel Daina for help. Breakfast service was a bit chaotic at times. If there was a manager present he did not acknowledge guests.

Breakfast was excellent, different choices available
Lovely roof top to lounge at, peaceful surroundings, plunge pool small but enough to cool down
Decor in hotel reception is lovely, modern and bright
Amazing location and outside of building looks modern and chic
The only thing for us was because our room faced the play park across the road, there was a “club/bar” across the street where lots of people gathered and lots of noise could be heard at times, especially if you are a light sleeper. Although, I think if your room faces a different direction you wouldn’t have a problem.
This was only a small issue for us as we just accepted it as we only stayed 5 nights and had a great holiday regardless.

Location was fantastic, staff were so lovely and also the available showers after checking out before leaving were a great addition

Everything was nice, would stay again.

lovely staff and nice rooms , good central location
it’s not so much a hotel as a restaurant with rooms above! also they supply ear plugs which is good as you will need them! power cuts when I was there and a wee water problem. a shame as it is nice

large room and bathroom
no ac despite the website saying they have ac in every room, room was nearly 95 degrees. hotel is in a veryyy touristy area, much nicer places to stay in mallorca for less

We reserved 4 rooms for our family members. The location is great, is in the main plaza of Pto. Pollensa, close to all restaurants, stores and cafeterias, some supermarkets around as well and also close to the beach. The restaurant renovation at the hotel is great, interior design is cool and modern but comfy at the same time.
Staff not very professional unfortunately, very junior. Some rooms are very small, just with a window to the building patio skylight. The streets around are kind of noisy, even at night. Breakfast service very slow and extremely unorganized. The pool on the rooftop is a joke honestly, it is more like a jacuzzi size.

location, staff, rooms and bed
the square was noisy
3.5
Beautifully renovated old building with a lot of original features. lovely big comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Cleaned daily to a high standard. Rooftop pool area spotless and very peaceful. Bar area comfortable and lovely decor. Staff polite and attentive. Breakfast good.
There was music in the main square as there was a festival on while we were there. The first night we arrived it went on until 3.30 in the morning so loud it was rattling the windows. Another night they had a rock band on until about 2am. The other 2 nights it stopped at 12.00 which was fine but still very loud. The rooms might be soundproofed but the balcony doors are not. Several nights there were people shouting in the square very late at night.

Nice with a top roof pool, hower it lacked shade as the building seemed to be under total re-construction. You could see workers in the empty, non finished rooms.
Omg, the hotel has a nice aspiration and looks modern with original details on the first view.
However, that impression didnt last- a busy waiter told us to go around the corner for check in and we almost went into the neighbors kitchen until he yelled we should go to another hotel down by the beach.
The rooms were unfinished- electrical card holder not even capsuled, big x-es on the floor to mark furniture set up, & even though cute- the one glass old fashioned doors to the balcony offered NO SOUND ISOLATION at all! Being in the middle of town, a fiesta going on for a week-we hardly slept at all as the bands were playing until 3 am, also you could hear parties of brits/tourists going at it until 5 am every morning on the plaza! First night we also discovered the hotel offered earplugs- but only one available in the room.
The staff seems overworked, but foremost almost rude-yelling at each other for missing breakfast orders. Except an older man with glasses and a really nice girl dishwasher girl that both took time to serve a a smile and say hello to the quests.
Overall, this hotel did not live up to expectation of the overview & price but it might change forward as it didnt seem finished yet at all- but if you want harmony/relax on your vacation this is probably not the place🤗

Unfortunately our stay coincided with the fiestas which took place in the square where the Hotel is situated l. This meant it was impossible to sleep. The hotel should warn guests of these dates and give then then opportunity to select a different hotel. I have a chronic illness and sleep is important for my health.

Breakfast was good a wide selection was available the location in the square ideal nice and quiet at night the roof terrace with plunge pool was something we enjoyed later in the day
Everything was good my guess is as it is recently been refurbished not all the work had been done it looked like they were getting ready for peak season but not a real concern

Servis outside really bad requires a outside manager to handle the staff.
outside staff shambolic

We stayed in a room with a balcony ..the bed was large and comfy, the shower was good and the room decor was nice..breakfast was very tasty.
Soundproofed room ? bring your earplugs as your hear everything outside .

Good Central location in Port Pollença. Good bathroom.
Fairly basic hostal room. Cool enough in September to want a blanket to sleep under but only a sheet and thin bed cover on the beds. Cast Iron radiators but no heat from them.

Great value, great location and the pictures of the rooms are accurate, worth paying the extra money for a balcony with views over the square :)
