The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The room was small and didn’t seem to be large enough to accommodate my family and myself with our belongings comfortably.

It is really close to airport.
Hotel needs update.

How clean the motel was and the staff was excellent!
Possibly the view. I was at the back.

very close to the airport.
it is run down and deserves a major remodel. New systems and fixtures.

The room was clean and had comfortable chair and bed. Nice staff.
Just don’t even do the breakfast. I know covid restrictions are here but everything wrapped in seran wrap is nuts. Milk, juice, cereal poured into a bowl? Wow. Coffee pretty cold and old each morning.

I loved the bed and bedding and huge bathroom.
When we arrived at the hotel there wasn't anyone to check us in. We thought the hotel came with Wifi as in your advertisement. The heat in the room was so hot it took over an HR to breathe nicely again.

A muffin is not breakfast.
It has been over 1 month since I stayed here and still cannot manage to get a receipt (which I need for work travel reimbursement)! Tried to get a receipt when I checked out but was given an excuse why they could not print one and so I left my name and email with the desk clerk and she said she would email it. I have now called twice a week for the past 3 weeks, left messages and now the main number rings and then goes to voicemail and the voicemail is full.... go figure.

The outside of your facility needs a major facelift. I almost canceled my reservation when I drove up. The windows were very dirty, the building ps paint is peeling, there are weeds and the landscaping has been seriously neglected.
The inside was clean, rooms were great and the beds and pillows exceptional.

Absolutely nothing. Seriously it was so bad of an experience there was nothing to save it. Way overpriced and understaffed and a horrible experience for the money. I wish I could go back in time and book elsewhere.
Horrible across the board. Staff was totally unresponsive - had to yell in the lobby to get someone to help us. Doors lock you out at 10:30 pm - the give you a number to call, no one answered. Our cards quit working in the morning, again no one to help us get back in the room. The beds were so hard you might as well sleep on the floor. And the WIFI - nope - wifi was broken we were told. All this for 200 dollars a night - it wasn't worth 50 dollars a night. Find some place else!

Breakfast was gross
The entire facility was very run down and when I need to reach an employee I did not hear back for days.

It is close to the airport. Check-in was friendly. It is a "rustic" kind of hotel but that was expected. The breakfast egg wraps and breakfast sandwiches were pretty good. Cleaning staff was friendly. We were late returning to the hotel one night so we rang the bell and the night staff let us in. Thanks guys, sorry for waking you up.
Hard to find the front desk staff sometimes. On check out day there was nobody at the front desk.

The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and accommodating.
Property very dated and doesn’t look great from outside. Inside was better but still needed upgrades. No ac which really wasn’t an issue during moderate summer temp. Opened window at night and was very comfortable.

Staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included hardboiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, juice, and warm items of eggs, meat, Belgian waffles and more.
Price is high but it's Alaska and prices are high here and Kodiak prices for lodging are higher than "mainland AK."
