Family holiday ❤️

Excellent villa, lovely quiet area great base to see all round the island. Villa had all amenities you could require on a family holiday..Great bbq,,great pool. Host was very good on hand for any requirements and information regarding local area. But left you alone to enjoy the villa and your holiday

Pobyt u Luisa był naprawdę udany! Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani, dom miał wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, a basen był świetn

Podgrzewany basen, zadaszony stół w ogrodzie, duża ilość leżaków, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, grill.

Lądujące samoloty były dość głośne, ale można było się do nich przyzwyczaić.

Really nice villa, host and area - perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

Luis was an excellent host. His communication before our stay meant we knew exactly what we were doing, with clear directions to his villa. He met us and gave us a thorough tour of the property and also provided restaurant recommendations. Very helpful.

The only thing worth noting is that the villa is on the flight path to Tenerife South Airport. The noise is a minor issue in the scheme of things but just so other guests are aware.

Lovely spacious well equipped villa with friendly owners

Pool and bbq area was great. House was spacious, clean and very well equipped and air conditioning in all rooms was invaluable. Bedlinen and towels were changed half way through stay - pool towels provided as well as bathroom towels. Youngest son loved downstairs seating area and effective wifi and adults enjoyed great stock of books which we added to when we left. Villa well positioned for airport, restaurants, bars golf and nearby towns. Owner Luis and his wife were quick to answer any queries and went above and beyond to provide great service - even did a small shop for us as we were arriving after shops closed.

Fridge a little small for 8 people. Didn't use roof space as this was covered. Only 6 sunbeds at pool area although there was another on roof area. 2nd double room quite small but adequate as not much time spent in room

Superb

The villa was excellent, it had air-conditioning in every room. The bed linen, towels and beach towels were changed weekly. 2 Bathrooms and an ensuite. The showers were hot all the time they never ran cold. Large TV and free Wi-Fi. Kitchen was fully equipped. All areas were exceptionally clean. Outside - the pool was cleaned regularly.There was plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, table, chairs and BBQ. Luis the owner showed us round and explained everything and was very helpful with suggestions re taxis and places to eat/visit.

The pool isn't suitable for young children as it doesn't have a shallow end.

fabulous relaxing holiday

the villa is beautiful and spotlessly celan. Plenty of areas outside to sit and relax.. lovely comfortable sunloungers to relax after swim in the pool. All types of utensils and crockery in kitchen, two areas on different floors to sit and watch tv or for children to play boardgames..the air con was brilliant as weather was very warm when we were there. the wifi was amazing,, best we have had on any stays in the Canary Islands. Luis is a fabulous host and supplied us with all the information we needed.. he is at the end of the phone if you need anything during your stay and was even kind enough to get some groceries in for us as we were arriving in late. Beautiful views from roof terrace and a lovely area to sit and watch sun go down. Look foward to returning sometime in the near future.

Fantastic family holiday 😁

We have just returned from a fantastic 1 week break at this lovely villa, the villa is modern well equipped and clean.Luis was an attentive host, on hand with any queries we had, we are very much looking forward to returning .

The villa is perfect for a small group of friends or for a family. Great location with a variety of pubs and restaurants within walking distance and only a 20 minute taxi to the main strips of the Island. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

We loved our stay here it was like home from home. Luis made us feel at home and was very accommodating. The property is situated near to many amenities and was easy to get around. The house itself is superb and had everything we needed and more. The pool is a great size and the walls protect you from the wind if you go in the winter period as we did. I would recommend this property and definitely would look to stay again.

Great villa , modern and new, perfect for groups, the lounge area is very spacious, the barbecue is a plus. Everybody enjoyed the heated pool. Luis the host is very friendly and helped us with different recommendations. You can also find a couple if supermarkets in the area.

All was good!

My friends especially liked that the pool was always warm. because we visited in December and it was important. As it was written in other reviews, the owner of the villa turned out to be a pleasant and attentive person.

This place is perfect, and Luis, the owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly!

The property itself is beautiful, we couldn’t fault it. Plenty of living space, indoors and outdoors. The aircon was spot on. We felt we only had to use it for about an hour in the evenings before everyone went to sleep, and that kept the house cool enough all night.

The property is directly below the flight path to Tenerife South airport. This wasn’t a major issue, didn’t bother us once we were used to the occasional plane flying overhead, and no planes went by after approximately 11pm, so didn’t keep us awake.

As a family of 7 the villa was spacious and comfortable for all ages. The bus route was very near so great access to all the amenities in the area. Great recommendations from Luis about the area and the pool was fantastic

The villa is furnished to a very good standard and has everything and more you could possibly expect. The owner, Luis is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host. He very kindly give us loads of helpful tips from places to eat to places to visit… a true gentleman.

I couldn’t seriously fault the property in any way. it is however located close to the approach to the airport so planes are typically flying quite close overhead. personally it didn’t bother me or any of my family.

We had a great family holiday as the house was comfortable spacious and the pool was ideal.

The property was finished to a high and modern specification, plenty space inside and out, from the roof terrace to the den which gave all the generations space to relax The heated pool was of a consistent temperature, the family had a wonderful time in it. Good location, with shops and a variety of restaurants nearby.

Great villa

Great villa, the kitchen is well stocked( all kinds of appliances) , it's very clean, the game room is filled with boardgames and it's spacious, TV with all kinds of channels and Netflix and amazing communication. Luis(the owner) was very nice, very accommodating, easy to reach, very quick with his answers, very helpful when you need anything, an absolute delight. Thanks for the great vacation

There is some flight traffic, because the villa is close to the airport, and there are no real sand beaches in the area

Wonderful winter break! Beautiful home and amazing island.

Great space for our family of 5. The pool was heated and very nice. very spacious outdoor space. close to dining and grocery (walking distance). Easy to park. Luis was incredibly welcoming and gave us a lot of ideas for restaurants and day trips on the island.

lovely Villa with excellent facilities

property very clean, very comfortable & spacious kitchen was fantastic everything you needed swimming pool amazing & warm, was regular Checked & cleaned in the week while we was there. Restaurants close by & had wonderful meals out The owner was great & very helpful nothing was to much trouble- thanks Luis for taking us food shopping when we first got there & a lift to a restaurant, it was lovely knowing we could just get in touch with you if we needed anything. Hopefully we be seeing you again soo.

Our stay was amazing!

Our stay was absolutely amazing, Mr. Luis the Owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Any question we had and every recommendation we received was spot on! The Villa was very clean, the heated pool was amazing and the overall feel of the Villa made it one of the best vacations we ever had.

The villa was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The pool was great, warm and clean, and there was a nice variety of outside areas.

It does take a bit of time to get used to the planes, but they were infrequent so not a big issue.

Wonderful

It’s a beautiful new house with great views and lovely outside places to have dinner and bbq :) The interior is phenomenal, we just felt like at home ! Everything is clean and bathrooms are also really nice . The pool was also great.

The villa was excellent! Plenty of space and fabulous facilities with the heated private pool as a major asset! Perfect for families or larger groups! The villa was cleaned to perfection when we arrived and we were warmly welcomed by our host who was available for questions etc throughout our stay. Quiet and safe neighbourhood and easy parking right outside.

The villa is located near to the airport and right on the inflight route for landing aircrafts.
