Location was amazing! So close to the beach! I got into Ayr really early and the owner was very helpful letting me access the property earlier than originally planned!
4.1
Good location
advertised free parking when it's chargeable.
Thermostat removed so impossible for heating which was advertised, important as 2 of our group from middle east
4.1
The apartment was immaculately clean. The kitchen was largely well stocked with everything we needed. The location was excellent, particularly as travelling with children. The beach very nearby, and the kids loved the nearby playground. Parking was very convenient and cheap.
The decor was dated and could have looked a bit cosier and more comfortable with some additions such as fake plants, lamps and prettier wall decor. The apartment needed more colour to add warmth, it was very brown and beige. The only light in the sitting room was the overheard light which was quite stark. There was a faint odour of smoke, despite the apartment being non-smoking. Some facilities for making fresh coffee would have been appreciated, for those of us that don't drink instant coffee, eg. a cafetiere.

Location was perfect, was in walking distance to quite a lot. Very quiet area & had a decent sized fridge.
One of the double beds was uneven. I ended up sleeping in the single bed whilst my partner slept on the decent side of the double bed.

Location
Mostly all of it sorry 😔
4.1
The location and value for money.
The overall smell when we first went in. There was a cigarette bunt in the toilet.
4.1
Good sized rooms. Everything was very clean. The WiFi worked well. Easy parking. Clear instructions to find the flat and the keys. The windows were easy to open.
There was a bit of a smell of cigarette smoke.
4.1
Location was brilliant, close to town and only 400 yards from the beach.
4.1
Location was very central to town and beach . Building was very quiet .
Had stayed here before but the mattresses were very soft this time compared to the last time we stayed here. Would definitely use again. That is the only reason thatwe gave it a 8 as everything else was fine.
4.1
it was just like being in your own home and this was a very good base for you to travel to different places.
There was nothing to fault in this property everything had been thought of. I would use this property again.

The location to the beach and town were superb. Parking was very reasonable at £3 per day for 24 hours. The car park was opposite the apartment.
The apartment was drab, dated and in desperate need of maintenance repairs. The double bedroom had a brown stain on the ceiling, the bed had black tape on the bed end. The mattress dipped in the middle and was extremely uncomfortable. The radiator in this room was switched off when we arrived, so we turned it on as this room was cold and a baby was sleeping in here. Later the carpet was wet through, we discovered the radiator had a bad leak so couldn’t be used.. The downstairs neighbour reported to us that it had leaked through to his ceiling, so now a small leak.
The bathroom door could not be closed properly and the toilet flush didn’t work properly as it was loose.
The most annoying part for us was the heating was controlled by the owner on their phone, the thermostat on the lounge wall had been removed. We got asked when we wanted the heating on the day we arrived, so we gave our requested times, as we had a baby with us and wanted it warm.We asked for an hour in the morning and 3 hours in the evening, so not excessive. These times were not adhered to and was only on timer for an hour in the evening.
At £135 a day, this was rather disappointing with the issues we encountered, and would definitely not return or recommend.

close to water and town
no complaints

The location was great. Spacious for our age group all over 60 years of age.
One or 2 small things.. The holder for the shower head & hose kept sliding down.
Non stick frying pan is covered in marks. Doesn't look good & wasn't great to cook on.
Carpets & suite of furniture need updating.
Other relatives (5) stayed in a more modern apartment & was cheaper. Very close by.

The accommodation, facilities and location.
This is my 2nd visit to the property and would highly recommend it to anyone.

location perfect. it was clean. cheap parking opposite
very close £3 for 24 hrs.
good shower.
very cheap beds and mattresses. nasty brown
stain above the bed in one of the rooms.
the cleaner barged in on our last morning just let
herself in with a key. bit of a shock. seemed very
annoyed.
and said we were supposed to be out already,
however it states 11am check out on booking.com
so you may want to update her, or the website.

Overall flat was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped with some condiments and supplies there. Sky TV was a added bonus not that we used ot much. Additional beds with bed sittee and Z bed. Perfect location for access to town. The shower was very good.
Nothing really.

Host contacted me prior to arrival with key safe info so access was nice and easy. Location great for shops , restaurants and beach. Lots of space for a family stay.
Beds a wee bit uncomfortable.
4.1
The location was excellent and the apartment was bright and sunny and easy to find. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with washing machine and clothes airer.
We had plenty of room for our clothes and empty cases . Although not far from town, it was a quiet street so we were able to have a good night's sleep. We loved that it was very handy for the beach and also to many of the nice eateries Ayr has to offer. Communication with the owner was easy and we were supplied with precise details for our arrival
There was very little we didn't like, only that the double bed was a bit soft for us .
4.1
very clean and private , and central to all facilities and beach
4.1
Central location. Well equipped flat. Only £3 to parlk for 24 hours across the road
The stairway outside the flat was desperately needing a good hoovering
4.1
Location is excellent. Flat modern and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Minor negative... bedroom windows could have a blind to shield early morning light.
4.1
Location was first class and flat was very bright and spacious, glad we had extras left as we hadn't brought tea towels washing up liquid or toilet rolls , will hopefully be able to book for end of August again for 2 nights .
We thought someone was going to be at the flat to let us in , but a phone call was all that was required to get keyboard code
4.1
Location great. Close to beach and walks and close to amenities. Bus station close by to get to local attractions. The flat is nice and light. Shower easy to use. Kitchen appliances very modern.

Cozy apartment in the beautiful city of Ayr, all the sights and infrastructure of the city are within walking distance. Walking along the oceanfront promenade with a fresh breeze invigorates and energizes. Very hospitable hosts. Special thanks to the hostess Julia who helped and supported us.

Superb location. Clean, fabulous powerful shower, well equipped.
Mattress very soft so not as comfortable when two people sleeping as feel every moment!
4.1
Internal was reasonable
Poor outside appearance, unable to lock outside doors meaning lack of security mean anyone could access stairwell.
Lack of crockery in kitchen, only2 sandwich plates and 3 bowls though larger ones available, certainly insufficient for advertised6 occupants. No teapot, squeaking floorboards.
4.1
location was ideal . we stayed with our 2 grand children 11&9 , a short walk to seafront for play park . in other direction a short walk to town and bowling alley Suited us perfectly
nothing, we could have stayed longer!
