Lovely hotel. Nice relaxed atmostphere. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Restaurant and reception staff staff very efficient and helpful.
Attention to detail lacking in some areas. A bar food menu would have been good to have as another option. No GF option on the small tapas menu in the bar other than nuts. Dissapointing only to have the restuarant as an option given we wanted to spend time relaxing at the hotel.

Posto stupendo sala colazione con vetrate e piscina stupenda. Parco privato bellissimo. C’è la possibilità gratuita di pescare , andare a cavallo e giocare a tennis.
Nulla tutto ok

great location
it is quite a large hotel, they manage it well, especially the number of children that are around as well, at least when we stayed there

Food was great.
Staff were very friendly.
Inability to walk our pet dog through the hotel lobby. We had to bring dog in via side door every time which was a nuisance.

Fantastic location, beautiful views of Killarney mountains. Great food, swimming pool and friendly staff
The only complaint was that even with the balcony doors open the rooms were very stuffy at night time. It might be the thickness of the quilts and curtains but at night the room was a little too warm. Other than that it was a fantastic hotel and stay

Excellent. Good selection and choice from menu. View from restaurant exceptional. Fantastic location and lovely walks around the grounds
Housekeeping wad poor. Was not until last night of stay we found out that we should have had a bed turn down service each evening. This did not happen. Noted by hotel manager so hopefully the next guest will benefit. We certainly didn't although not a major issue. Was looking forward to the sauna but was out of order and the steam room was disappointing, more steam from a boiling kettle. Pool was fine. Also with housekeeping very noticable lack of dusting in some public areas, especially latge table in bat area

The hotel and especially the grounds are beautiful. Lovely walking paths and little surprises at the end of them.
I specifically booked the hotel because they had an EV charger and that is what I was driving, but when the connection didn’t work and I reported it they didn’t even get back to me about whether it was fixed or not and it wasn’t.
