The staff at Gleesons were amazing as always

Personally I prefer to help myself to breakfast - yoghurt fruit croissants- more continental but that’s just a personal preference- the food however was very nice just too much for me

The beginings

Location, and the rooms were comfortable. Great water pressure in the showers.

The rooms were not sound proof. You could hear the noise from rooms above and either side of you

Irish Hospitality at its finest.

My Uncle, who will be 80 this year stayed here. All I can say is that this is an exceptional place to stay. All members of staff went above and beyond their duties to help him. I will be forever thankful to all of them...especially Claire. You will never meet a more friendly, caring and exceptional service second to none. I have high praise for them all.

Great location. Friendly staff. Parking in the centre of town.

Room was a little tired but very clean. Radiator not working so chilly. Shame there is no bar available outside of restaurant times.

My stay here was great. My room was lovely and warm on returning from a night out. A wide choice for breakfast in the morning including the sweetest honey for you porridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was a great location to see Roscommon Castle Ruins, Rathcroghan visitors center.

The lady that checked us in was nice.

The waitstaff seemed frustrated, it was busy. The food wasn't as good as we'd hoped. The breakfast was excellent though.

Brilliant stay at Gleesons

The hotel has a really relaxed atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, food was lovely. My father was staying in another room and he noticed there was no chair to sit in if you didn't want to lie on the bed. We mentioned this to reception and they got him a chair immediately. No trouble at all and he was delighted

We really enjoyed our stay here, very clean and the staff were very good...Food was excellent especially breakfast we had our dog with us which wasn't a problem. We will definitely return here.
