location is good

very outdated rooms, poor shower facilities, no hand soap in the bathroom, toilet not clean, smell of cannabis in the landing/stairs and in the bedroom

Disgusting. unfortunately in Ireland you pay huge money for sleep bad.

staff was friendly

Room was dirt, mould on the bathroom. Old carpet... smelling bad on stairs... so expensive for a really bad and dirt place! also it is so noise at nitgh because there is a pub with live music until 3 am.

Hot water pressure v poor. Toilet flush broken. Shower head tied up with cable ties!!

Dirty carpets. Narrow hall way. Poor lighting in room..

AVOID - FILTHY EN SUITE

The en suite bathroom was filthy dirty. There were hairs from previous residents in both the sink and shower. The entire bathroom was extremely dirty with stains everywhere. In dire need of a good scrubbing! The plastic shower hose had a large hole in it and water takes ages to heat up. Sink taps had no means of indicting which one was hot or cold. Would not recommend staying here.

Solo Business trip

I liked the location, good customer service and nice cosy comfortable room.

No recption area, but I did not mind. The furniture was nice but need polish.

Location was good and staff were friendly

We were shocked by how run-down the room was. The shower head was held on by zip-ties which made it hard to use. The curtains on the window was also held on by zip ties and falling. Carpet was badly stained. Water kettle was old and corroded and needed cleaning.

Perfect for what we needed, a place to crash.

We were attending a wedding in the Abbey Hotel. Jacksons is within walking distance, there's free on-street parking but we parked in the public carpark directly behind. Great value too!

Very minor detail, but no handsoap provided in bathroom

It was a good deal for the price, and the staff was very friendly. Also, the room was clean and had comfortable beds.

disruptive. It was very noisy.. it was over a restaurant bar so it was to be expected, but still very disruptive.

Good value for very short stay

Right in the town, close to every shops. But still quiet. I was moved to a room with desk as I mentioned I would be working and I had my kids with me.

WiFi was good for tablets and phones to play. Unfortunately not good enough to connect to internet on the laptop. I'm a sucker for powerful shower but this one has no name, oh yeah .. tornado as my kids called it. In 5 days, no one came in to clean the room, bins were not removed until we left, which is a pity really.
