Lake location and able to swim off pier, spa, views, lovely staff, restaurant food great.

Sulphur smell in foyer - great there was no smell in room.

Best location and wonderful place to swim in the lake. Quite a nice restaurant for lunch too

The outdoor pool is wayyyy too hot for the summer and smells quite bad which also reaches inside the hotel

Exceptional

Loved the location and view. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Loved the spa area and its facilities. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food with excellent service. The pool area is lovely with comfortable loungers. Will definitely be back!

Very nice hotel with thermal SPA at Garda lake. Perfect view, warm pool with mineral water.

Seems to be just a bit overpriced. However looked like fully booked.

Exceptional

The staff was top. From reception, to breakfast area, to cleaning. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had a dog with us and they created accomodations so that we could have our dog with us at all times. They also recognized that it was my birthday and brought in plenty of surprises to make the short trip even more enjoyable!

We tried to book a massage but it was already fully booked. It would be great if the staff can provide the options ahead of arrival so that we can book it.

Carpets vacuumed but not cleaned. A subtle and explanatory note for the all-pervading smell of sulfur would be welcomed.

it’s location is perfect. it’s right next to the via, across a bridge. It has private parking which is a bonus. My room was big and comfortable.

The idea of room service, I thought, is to deliver food to your room. Grand Hotel Terme charges €6 to deliver the food. I found this quite unbelievable, especially as no one told me when I phoned through the order.

The attention to detail in the restaurant to my request for gluten free meals due to condition the waitress we meet on first arrival her expertise was very reassuring so professional and the rest of the staff were excellent

I was a little disappointed with the room view I upgraded for a lake view but the room I received looked out onto the road and trees cudnt see lake then I was offered another room with slight view of lake not a suite I would not let it stop me from returning I will definitely return here very happy with staff

Exceeded my expectations

The staff were exceptional, the hotel itself is much better in person than it looks in the photos. Its a lot smarter, more sophisticated decor and higher quality in real life. The rooms are large, the hotel wasn't too busy when we visited in early September

The breakfast was a wide selection but the eggs and bacon wasn't good on any of the days we stayed, saying that, everything else was amazing and its the only small thing I could say they could improve on

A great hotel for a luxurious stay

A wonderful calm oasis to escape the busy resort. We stayed to attend my sons wedding and the hotel put on a wonderful pre wedding dinner for my son. The food and views of the lake were fantastic. Our room had a lake view and a small balcony. Very adequate for our needs. I asked to be put near a lift and the lift was right next door to our room. The staff were all charming and super helpful

The music at breakfast was not suitable with an early morning gentle vibe. It was loud and thumping not to our taste. Something more gentle would have been better.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely. Food was good and breakfast staff very accommodating, provided anything we asked for. Location of the hotel was superb

This is not a 5 star hotel! This hotel is terrible, not worth it.

This hotel is terrible. I don’t understand why it is a five star hotel, with luck it should be a 4 stars hotel. totally overpriced. for instance there is no concierge, the breakfast is terrible, it is not a 5 star hotel breakfast. the entire hotel and rooms are outdated, the rugs in the corridor are dirty and there is also a terrible smell of the thermal pool. there are no supplements in the room, no water, no tea/coffee. nobody seems to care in this hotel. i really felt ripped off. this hotel is by far not up to standard of a 5 star hotel. avoid staying here, you would do better anywhere else in sirmione, there are nicer options.
