Todo el personal es muy amable, muchas gracias por hacer vuestro trabajo tan bien

Deberían dejar más tiempo a las señoras que limpian las habitaciones para que pudiesen hacerlo mejor, nuestra habitación se notaba que estaba sin barrer porque había arena de playa y las mesitas de noche estaban sucias de algún café o algo que se les hubiese derramado a los anteriores huéspedes.

Super Hotel mit modernen Zimmer und tollem Rooftop-Pool!

Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Highlight war der Rooftop-Pool und die zugehörige Bar! Ausserdem ist das Frühstück wirklich sehr lecker und alle Lebensmittel sind frisch.

Hotel reformado ,precioso!!! Ambiente natural... Club ,tranquilo...entorno espectacular a pesar de estar en medio del ocio nocturno.habitaciones espectacular ,terraza VIP BONITA!!! Muy agradable.

Los ascensores ...lentos y pequeños para lo grande que es el hotel y volumen de tránsito.

Hôtel toujours aussi au top sauf le rooftop

Cela fait trois fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel (Flamingo et Delamar) et toujours autant de plaisir. Très bel accueil, très belle décoration, et encore mieux au Flamingo depuis les derniers travaux. Je ne parle pas des repas à volonté, quel délice. Enfin rien à redire de l'hôtel au top des tops (là je ne parle que de l'hôtel pas du rooftop).

Alors, ce que je n'ai pas du tout apprécié - et je ne crois pas l'avoir vécu dans mes précédentes visites au mois de septembre et au mois d'octobre des années précédentes 2022 et 2023 - ce sont des groupes de personnes complètement bourrées à partir 11 heures (alors que le bar ouvre à 10 heures) jusqu'au soir (nous avons arrêté de compter à six pichets de d'alcool....), pour le premier, ou même non bourrées pour le second qui venaient prendre l'apéritif vers 16/17 heures (je tairais la nationalité pour ne pas avoir de problème) qui rigolent et parlent très fort (et le mot est faible), qui se foutent qu'il y a des personnes autour d'eux qui viennent pour se reposer (ce qui est le cas pour nous car nous n'avons qu'une semaine de vacances cette année), sans compter également ceux qui hurlent (pour ne pas dire plus) quand ils s'amusent ou sautent dans la piscine et qui éclaboussent tout le monde sans une excuse comme si cela est normal de les supporter, sans compter également un voisin qui regardait son match de foot sur son portable sans écouteur et au plus fort du son. Donc, en conclusion, et pour notre expérience de quatre jours, ce n'est pas un hôtel où l'on peut se reposer. Si vous voulez passer un peu de temps au calme, ce n'est pas cet hôtel qu'il faut choisir, malheureusement car tout le reste est vraiment super (je n'ai pas de superlatif assez fort d'ailleurs) mais ce point gâche tout. Certes il n'y a pas d'enfant pour vous casser les oreilles (c'est d'ailleurs pour cela que nous revenons dans ces hôtels Flamingo et Delamar) mais ce genre de personnes sont pires que les enfants et des personnes autant alcoolisées et sans respect, c'est même pire que mieux.

Bel hôtel, avec de belles prestations, plutôt pour clientèle, jeune accessible à tous

L’hôtel est un quatre étoiles situé en plein centre de Lloret de Mar, l’hôtel et les prestations sont bien. Vous y avez tous les commerces de proximité. Nous avons réservé une chambre, Lorsque nous sommes montés dans la chambre , Nous nous sommes aperçus avait été donné à quelqu’un d’autre. Pour répondre à ce désagrément, nous avons été surclassé et nous avons apprécié la suite. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et à volonté.

C’est un peu bruyant le soir car nous sommes situés en plein centre avec toutes les boîtes de nuit et le bruit de la route pas gênant si vous faites des Fêtard

Super séjour à faire absolument !

La décoration a l’accueil est génial, le parfum de l’hôtel waouwwwwwww ! Plusieurs espace lounge avec des fauteuils confortables. Un accès rooftop privilégié avec plusieurs piscines , bar, transat … juste génial mon séjour! Les chambre super spacieuse avec petit frigo! Grande salle de bain très propres, la femme de ménage passe tous les jours c’est le top!

Возьмите на работу еще одного официанта который будет ходить по крыше и принимать заказы на напитки .

В первую очередь замечательный сотрудник Валерия, помогла во всем, огромные спасибо ! Номера неплохие , отель чистый, ценник адекватный.

Чуть шумно было из-за дискотек но это месторасположение ,и когда закрыли дверь звук пропал. И большие очереди на баре на крыше , это не очень приятно стоять по 15 минут за водой . Во всем остальном отель хороший

Overall nice hotel but need improvements!

Position and hotel structure and features. I liked a lot the swimming pool on the rooftop and cocktails. I appreciated the fact they let us stay in the swimming pool upon checkout. Bed was comfortable.

I think the room was not cleaned so well. Especially toilet and floor. It seems they rushed a bit. I have noticed on a couple of days that the toilet wasn t clean so well. Another thing I didnt like, is that the reception team cannot provide a taxi to the guests for going to the airport. When on request, they told us that the taxi they have, might not show up, which made the return day a bit stressed. Luckily we find something on internet. Trasport are a bit crap in this area, no uber. Last thing which made me even more panicking is the fact that when we left the luggage at reception(since the flight was at 20:00), they left the luggages behind reception at the sight of everyone, they didn t put them in a luggage room saying that everyone has access to that room! I believe would be much better if just reception team has access to that room and that every luggage that they take is kept enclosed in a room and not outside.

stayed in a superior room. Cleaning was every day. beach towels can be taken with a deposit of 10 euros and changed every day. safe is free. the staff is polite. special thanks to Anna at the reception.

I had breakfast and dinner included. drinks are not included. water that can be provided free of charge you have to ask yourself. otherwise the waiters offer paid water.

#1 thing we liked was the location - couldn’t be better👍 staff was charming and always helpful! special thanks to the kitchen crew for the delicious food they were preparing for the breakfast every day!

There was just a couple of disappointing details. Anyway, details always matter:) First of all, we were truly surprised that the bottled drinking water wasn’t supplied to the room on a daily basis (we received it only once after check-in) although water seems to be an essential thing in the service on resorts. Secondly, the room service could’ve been better - during our almost 10-days stay the bedding has been changed only once (despite we were leaving tips for housekeepers). Not sure if that’s ok. Lastly, we had an impression that some tiny utilities such as shoehorns, bathrobes could’ve make the stay more comfy. Hope that the hotel will consider this for improvement:)

Hotel is on the noisiest street of the city. You will hear screaming whole night sometimes till 5 a.m. Food is not worth

Close to the beach. Rooftop is nice. Overall it's clean. Stuff is friendly.

Awful food(breakfasts and dinners). First of all It's not tasty and secondly it's harmful. We had problems with our stomachs on a third day.
