The venue was very nice in terms of its look, cleanliness, staff and the location was perfect for the convention that was taking place over the weekend. I was also very lucky to be able to book this the night of my stay when it was so busy, the staff were very accommodating.
Hotels have become increasingly expensive for the little time we stay, and the rooms have very little to offer in terms of biscuits/snacks with the hot drinks. We're expected to come down and buy breakfast as well as well as paying for the room itself. I think at the very least some confectionery should be provided with the drinks.

Bright clean and modern almost in every way. Room was very spacious too
Think its time to update the bathroom. Shower curtains should be a no no in hotels.

Lovely bright room clean and comfortable, with all you need - great shower loads of hot water, hairdryer, iron, TV and Tea & Coffee. Perfect for a city break. Close to trams / trains.

Everything! The staff at this Hotel go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect. I had a problem with my luggage which was entirely my own fault; the staff and particularly the manager Niall Fitzmaurice were solution focused friendly and ultra professional. Whoever is responsible for training the staff at this hotel deserves massive credit. We will definitely return.

Rommet, frokosten, renholdet og beliggenheten var utmerket.
Ville gjerne hatt mulighet for strømming til TV-en og et minikjøleskap på standard dobbeltrom.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We had tickets booked at the Palace Theatre which was just a 5min walk away.
Ian on reception was superb. At check-in, he helped ensure my daughter and I could have a family room. My daughter (6yo) is ordinarily very shy, but was talking to Ian comfortably due to how friendly and approachable he was. His attitude was perfect - he's an asset to the hotel.

The bar. Not inviting. Food OK. Superior room should have bigger bed.

Clean - good position
The room was extremely warm & the aircon didn’t work - when we complained in the morning we were told we should have called down & they would have moved us or sent up fans - to be honest who is going to do that in the middle of the night !! Not a good response by the staff

The location of the hotel is perfect for seeing the sights of Manchester and enjoying the nightlife. The size of the room exceeded my expectations for a double room and the bed was comfy. The air conditioning was good as it was warm weather when we visited. Also the hotel was quiet overnight, which was good for a Saturday night.
The whole experience was very impersonal. I know we're in the digital age but we only spoke to one member of staff during our entire stay and that was to say our room number at breakfast. Although check in was quick, not being able to ask questions, such as the timing and location of breakfast, meant we had to go on the website and check that for ourselves. The tea and coffee facilities were minimal with not even enough milk for two cups of tea. We expected a better level of customer service for the price.
