Good but could have been better.

The room was not too bad, they enjoyed the staying at the hotel, it was clean and bed was comfortable (but will never be the same as your own bed) :-)

The breakfast was not up to standard and did not meet our expectations. Will consider another hotel for future travelling.

Clean room and friendly staff.

Clean, neat room. The staff were kind and friendly and tried to assist as much as they could.

Some fixtures looked a little dated. The door wasn't very secure when locking. The room also had it's own DB board and tripped every so often. This may be related to load shedding possibly?

Coastlands Nusgrave has always been my preferred choice whenever I’m in DBN. it’s always good staying there.

Neatness

I feel like this hotel is overated!! there's a lot we were not impressed with. The pool was dirty! The breakfast was just ok, it was not worth the price at all 😞 The noise!! omg the radio was on high volume we were at 5th floor however we could hear it clearly the heardboard was even vibrating even the toilet seat imagine!!! This radio was on from the time we came till 00h00 midnight😞😡 we did not sleep well at all, why dont they have sound proof because they know that they host functions as well, when you're in a hotel you just want to rest and have peace, you can't have the same treatment you get from the township. Definately not going back there ever again!!

My wedding was a fairytale made in heaven The staff and managementreally made my guest and me very comfortable EXCELLENT! OVER AND ABOVE! THANK YOU ALL AT COASTLANDS FOR MAKING MY DAY AND STAY COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED THE STAFF MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT GOD BLESS ALL THE STAFF AT COASTLANDS 🤗🤗🤗

I cant complain my husband and i were treated like royalty
