Nothing
The place had a terrible smell, they need to buy diffusers, the pool had fungus at the edges it wasnt that clean, the operational of warm shower wasn’t friendly, the wifi was very bad. The fridge in my room was off and not place to plug it, my daughter couldn’t sleep she found ants in the bed lots of ants. The experience was very terrible

Staff were friendly. The room was clean. Parking area was adequate. The speed of the WiFi was excellent.
The kettle had to be placed on the floor for use because the cord was too short to reach the plug. (see photo) Sliding shower/toilet door was off the rails when we arrived and therefore would not close. Room was right next to the kitchen and, as a result, every noise emanating from activity in the kitchen could be heard in the room. This is most disturbing whe071 164 3162n the noise occurs at 5am.
The size of the room left a lot to be desired. It was approximately 3m x 3m. The door handle was stiff and difficult to open.
I would recommend the room be reviewed and only rented to guests as a last resort.

I think you guys should add breakfast options

The place was close to the beach and all the major chain stores
The exit gate has a major blind spot for traffic which could be dangerous for drivers exiting the place or entering the premises, they need to get a blindspot mirror installed and also a speed bump to prevent future accidents

I initially spoke to Jo (one of the owners I think,) and she was wonderful - we ended up pool side in one of the Flintstones buildings which was the real bonus staying on the property. We also dealt with Pat who was the building manager and she was fantastic! She assisted with all questions and information for the area and also with daily things.
Heini, the owner, also made the stay good as he checked in on us and explained a few things at the venue.
There is a 10pm curfew - by this, I mean that you do not have to be back in the room by 10pm but of course, with other people staying is such close proximity (the rooms are tightly packed here,) you need to be respectful and quiet by 10pm. We didn't have an issue with this - There is a communal kitchen that you can use BUT you can only use the kitchen until about 8pm. Apparently there is an issue with sound in the kitchen reverberating through the house. There are no signs for this and if we had run late on one day, we would have been in the kitchen long after 8pm and I think this would have caused problems for us and the owner. I think a small sign for this would help.
We also had issues with the plugs in the room, there aren't enough situated with enough points for all the room equipment (fridge, aircon, bed lights etc,) and everything we brought with us like cell phones etc.
We also noted that the fridge hadn't been plugged in prior to our arrival so even though its self catering, you will initially need to see if you can store your fresh goods in the main communal kitchen before transferring them to the small room fridge. I will assume now that the small bar room fridge is mainly for drinks but we had too much food for 5 days and 3 people that we needed it for this.
Finally, I stay at a lot of places but this place does not offer breakfast or the like and this is what got me in terms of its pricing: I've realised that they charge just as much as places that include breakfast. They are 100% honest about this upfront and it was my fault for not recognising there wasn't a price difference, however, next time I may choose a cheaper place without the breakfast or the same price for a place that does.

Location is ideal. Not far from the beach and City Centre.
The fact that there was no breakfast but I believe it was stopped during the Covid period but hopefully it will be served again in future...
Limited access to Wifi.
Difficult parking space when the property is fully occupied
Small bathroom, hardly space to move around.
Not sufficient air-conditioning.

The water is sometimes cold. Some maintenance required. The bathroom is a bit cramped for space. Could hardly open shower door. The soap holder fixed to the wall with a nail...it falls off.

The property is situated very close to all amenities .

No privacy in that tiny overpriced room.
No hot water.

Clean and location.
The disappointment when I found out that I did not have a bathroom en-suite. But then again it is the attention one has to pay to when booking. I searched for Flintstones on Booking.com and unanimously booked the room assuming everything I wanted was same as the last time one stayed since I have been there so many times before.
Check your booking properly to avoid disappointment even if you think that if you are a regular and the rates and facilities have not changed. I was offered an en-suite for 30% more which was out of my budget, and for that price I can get better in the area.
