Super Ausstattung aber laut

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und fanden alles vor, was wir brauchten. Gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und freundliche Unterstützung sowohl am Telefon als auch vor Ort.

Unser Zimmer lag zur Fußgängerzone; selbst Wochentags dröhnte bis zum frühen Morgen laute Musik von der Straße. Da hilft nur Fenster zu und Ohrstöpsel ins Ohr.

Very good

Very friendly and accommodating host. No extra charge for the dog. The location is very central (parking just around the corner). Warm and comfy.

Excellent accomodations, will visit again

Very center of Karlskrone, comfy room. The room was stocked with coffee, filters, tea, candy, had full kitchen equipment, even coffee machine and toaster, so was able to cook breakfasts with no issues. Very kind and helpful staff.

Bed is super soft but otherwise comfortable - matter of taste, I prefer a firmer mattress. WiFi occasionally lost internet connection, probably rebooting router. Not many channels on TV, but TV channel guide was provided.

Good stay in the center of tiwn

Large bed (160x210), small but complete and very clean kitchen, living room with two overly comfortable chairs (you sort of hang in them) and a dining table, good bathroom and shower. Quiet building right in the middle of town, just in the pedestrians only zone. Easy street parking nearby during the weekend at no cost; go for specific information on parking restrictions in the red and green zones to the Karlskrona website. Entrance to the building with door code functioned well, we did not see any personnel.

Black out curtains in the living room but not in the bedroom, unfortunately. There was quite a bit of noise from heating or cooling machines outside, but with the bedroom windows closed and the bathroom and living room windows open (the weather was pretty hot) it was no problem sleeping.

Good but not reliable. Totally on luck as there is no one to hear your issues. No reception/helpdesk

There was no receptionist at all, the staff helpline no was not working at all. We were on our own if anything goes wrong. Like our wifi stopped working and the router just needed to be restarted but there was no one to look for our concerns and issues and queries. Our flush stopped working. I tried to call the helpdesk no. but it was not working and there was no staff or receptionist during the whole day. finally we somehow fixed it on our own.

Great stay but WIFI poor.

The facilities for cooking etc. The Google Cast device. Comfortable chair.

WIFI was very poor. Unable to use it. Had to revert back to phone network. Noise from the laundry late at night. Both things were small issues however.
