Hostal aceptable si solo llegarás a dormir

-Llegamos temprano a hacer checkin y nos pasaron la habitación de inmediato. -Los chicos de recepción y del bar te atienden bien.

El desayuno no nos gustó nada. En la descripción del alojamiento dice desayuno buffet pero no es así, te sirven ellos y poco racionado, te dan UNA lámina de pan de molde y no te puedes repetir ni pedir más. Hablé con la administradora de la hostal para poder llegar a un acuerdo, nos entendió y nos dijo que nos darían mas cantidad de pan en el caso de requerirlo pero sin embargo fuimos al dia siguiente a tomar desayuno y nos dice que no tienen pan, que se les acabó y que solo hay cereales y yogurt. El precio de la hostal no es menor y opté por ellos ya que daban desayuno bufet (soy un poco mañosa, por lo tanto como sólo lo que me gusta y la cantidad que yo quiera) pero lamentablemente al momento de dar el desayuno te das cuenta que de bufet no tienen nada. Hay otras opciones de alojamiento sin desayuno, mucho mas baratos y con mejor ubicación… finalmente sólo tomé 2 dias desayuno de 6 que me alojé, pienso que sólo perdí dinero ya que tenía que ir a tomar desayuno a restorantes. -Los tragos que preparan en el bar no son ricos.

Perfeito. O lugar é ótimo, o quarto é confortável e tem ar condicionado, roupeiro, a limpeza excelente e os funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos. O café da manhã é excelente, muito bem servido, é a la carte com frutas, granola, ovos, panquecas. Detalhe importante de saber: não há banho quente, mas não há na ilha toda mesmo e isso é avisado, não atrapalha a experiência, considerando o calor na ilha. A localização é ótima, pertinho da praia principal e do centro com lojas e restaurantes. Elogio especial ao funcionário Marley, brasileiro da recepção, muito prestativo e querido. Com certeza escolheríamos o Viajero novamente para nossas próximas viagens.

There is a great hostel in San Andres!!

The best part of Viajero Hostel in San Andres is their staff... Juliana is a great tour guide and you get first hand information of the activities in the Island... Always in a good mood.. Even when we were in other cities asking for advice...Amazing Norelis was always checking for our food alergies and our first smile of the day was from her while she asked how we wanted our eggs for breakfast. Reception was very kind all the time.. Ximena and Kelita are very prefessional and gave us the best post checkout service. (First time in my travels I have such helpful people) Loved the space to take a shower after checkout... Thats really good!!

Accoustic in the hostel makes you hear people talking 15/20 meters away even with the door closed. Probably a door between common spaces and the hallways will work. Kitchen in common places can improve.

Furtado em US$ 250

Tive 250us$ furtados da minha mochila possivelmente por uma camareira que limpava outros quartos ao lado do meu e tinha as chaves de todos os quartos, pois só fiquei um dia no hostel e não tive limpeza no quarto, ou seja, ela deve ter entrado só pra furtar. Solicitei a administração as filmagens do camera do corredor mas nunca mandaram ou me deram retorno de suporte.

Os quartos são amplos e possuem armário individual, precisando apenas levar cadeado. O pessoal do hostel é muito bacana e sempre te ajudam no que precisa. Todos os dias fazem um happy hour com diferentes atividades, o que é muito bacana para a interação de todos, tanto hóspedes quanto o pessoal que trabalha no hostel.

Acho que faltou uma lavanderia que ficasse à disposição dos hóspedes, mas foi detalhe.

Run down, dump with unattentive staff.

not much

location is further from the beach then you think. wifi cuts in and out every 2-3 mins reception staff rude and unhelpful (bar staff were pretty nice) food is basic and not great for the price place is run down and needs a good overhaul shower handle broke off in my hand sink was broken took 6 hours and many asks to get someone to fix the sink and shower Hard to socialise unless you speak Israeli but in general the common areas are separated and makes mixing hard. Very disappointed this is associated with the Viajero chain. A lot of people left and moved to hostels closer to the beach. Avoid.

Good location near the centre, the pier and the beach. Staff was really nice and helpful

Building was quite old, it wasn't too clean. The bar was very loud, I changed rooms in the first night (room right beneath the bar) to a few floors down. If possible request a room that's not in the penultimate floor. Guests were a little inconsiderate leaving doors open and lights on when they left the room at night (but that's nothing the hostel can be held accountable for) No real vibe there

Perfect escape from work to meet new people and quest on new adventures

Location was just GREAT, close to the beach, restaurants and so on, the staff incredible, the activities they offer!! I am definitely coming back for sure!!!

the hostel has a nice rooftop with a bar and a view to the ocean. they throw parties upstairs so it's really easy to socialize and meet new people
