Stunning views, quiet, quality food, wonderful service, peak relaxation!!!
Maybe if I had to choose one thing it was that it was such a peaceful vibe but Rick’s cafe is not too far off with a lot of noise. But it doesn’t go late into the night so cannot complain. Also, sometimes you want to dance :)

The property is gorgeous with lots of vegetation and flowers. They have lounge chairs at different locations on the caves so you can lay out oceanfront. The food was immaculate, prepared fresh for you for every meal.
The rooms don’t have tvs which can be a good thing if you want to completely disconnect but for me I would have enjoyed taking a break from the sun and laying in bed and watching movies or tv.

Due to small number of rooms it felt like a members club rather than a hotel. Staff and guests were very friendly. Food and drink was excellent. Room was large and comfortable.
Need a taxi to go to the beach if you don’t have your own transportation. Swimming off the rocks was lovely but for stronger swimmers.

Gorgeous property in Negril. The hotel is a gem in Negril, located cliffside and close to the Lighthouse. It's important to note for those that aren't familiar with the landscape of the area, that there is no beach. The hotel is built above caves and into the cliffs of the shore. It's truly a unique and magical experience.
We stayed in the Sun Dancer villa, which was two storys and had clear majestic views of the ocean and sunsets. A small, boutique property, you feel like you're staying with family and friends. Staff were extremely welcoming, hospitable and are there to address all of your needs. We appreciated the tight daily menus, which provided just enough options.
Nothing.

The Caves is an absolutely beautiful resort. The employees were very friendly (just like most everyone else in Jamaica related to the service industry) and made certain all of our needs were met. We had dinner in the cliff-side cave one evening, and it could not have been more romantic. I just cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We will definitely be back!
Not much to say here. I did expect the gift shop to have a few items labeled with the Cave's logo, but there was very little here except basic things. However, they did have important toiletries available, which came in handy. But there were plenty of opportunities for souvenirs elsewhere, so not a big deal.

Service was fantastic. Friendly staff. Facilities and hotel grounds are absolutely stunning.
Communication before arrival was impossible. This made reservations for the cave dining and massages difficult to come by. But once here service was impeccable

The staff was friendly warm and inviting. The accommodations were kept immaculate. The food was next level. Most relaxing and stress free vacation ever. The views were spectacular and the dining was beyond romantic.
Needed to fix ATM machine. No cash available to tip staff. It costs $31.00 to take a taxi ride to town to get money to tip.
