not a huge fan of the towels and you wont get any bathroom slippers but its a nice big room and great location. beautiful pool and greenery. lovely cafe inside the hotel.
beautiful place. great location. big room. right by the cafes, but quiet and quaint. close to a few of the shops and spas too. great alleys to walk in. loved it.

-Friendly, personable young staff
-Excellent location, near monkey forest and out of the rat-race of central Ubud
-King sized bed
-Proximity to great restaurants and co-working area (mother, blend, warung coconut, suka, ibu susu, black sheep, warung bi pasih, warung papatong)
-Reasonable mini-bar prices
-Nice, easy scooter parking
-Walking around the beautiful Nyah Kunung village
-Walking on the monkey forest shortcut road to access central Ubud
-Seeing monkeys at sunrise & sunset (best time for little ones to watch monkey antics for free!)
-Standard rooms are run down, mouldy, smelly and need urgent renovation. I had a better room in Kuta where I paid $35/night; far less than half the room I was charged at the Outpost!
-Room 106 (standard room) steer clear of this room.
-Lack of transparency of staff... on arrival, I asked for a 'quiet' room and was assured the room we were allocated was quiet, but I could 'look and check'. One can not ascertain if a room is quiet by looking in the middle of the day when nobody is around. I specifically mentioned that I wanted a room positioned away from music (as I had read reviews about the volume of live music) and was informed that music would stop by 9pm and it did (at the Outpost) but not the neighbouring property. I was not informed there would be extreme noise from next door, right next to our room.
-Room 106 has no insulation via curtains, floor rugs or doors and music from the neighbouring property *KUNA Backpackers* can be heard straight through the walls, doors and windows despite wearing ear plugs and noise-cancelling headphones. The music and tv volume from KUNA was ridiculously loud and went until 10pm on most nights of our 7 night stay. The wall of our room is the wall KUNA projects their movies on and their newly renovated pool yard has limited materials to act as sound proofing
-Mouldy bathroom; shower walls, grouting & floor / basin / walls
-Sewerage smell in bathroom - the hotter the room gets the worse the smell gets + toilet smells like old urine
-Rattling of air-conditioner during the night loud enough to wake us from deep sleep
-Hard, inner-spring mattress was uncomfortable and is SO outdated (no hotel that charges what Outpost does has these anymore!)
-Join in middle of bed
-Linen and towels were old, marked/stained
-Cleaning only every 2 days - cleaners forgot our first scheduled clean and we had to request.

Nothing
I booked de lux room but when I arrived to hotel they was trying me believe me that I booked standard room.
But price was charged for de lux, staff pretended didn't noticed that.
De lux was not available in few days.
Spent night in mold smelling room without windows

Everything. Room, restaurant, gardens and pool were all excellent. Wi-Fi worked really well.
Nothing.

Location was splendid just south of the infamous monkey forest which made for an easy scoot or walk to downtown. Room was plain but decent-sized. Enjoyed the coworking area.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The pool was nice, nice environment, the garden is beautiful. The restaurant has good food and good music. Everything was clean, they cleaned the bedroom every two days. It is really one of the best places we have stayed in Bali.
Maybe the location. It was great for a few days, but after a week you need more variety of restaurants and places to go out. It's not so clase to the center (but taking the monkey forest shortcut is not too bad)

the location and facilities are nice
it wasn’t clean bed sheets had some stains and i woke up and found a cockroach in my room which made me feel very dirty
also i booked a villa and it had the shower in ground floor which made no sense to me so I kept my bags down in a couch facing the kitchen..

the staff are your greatest asset - they are amazing - please hold on to them Outpost, and give them all your support
the layout of the villas across the garden, the peacefulness inside the room, the balcony, the co living kitchen.
the street it is on, the ease of travel to and from and the gorgeous peace.
would be good to upgrade the pool furniture 🙏🏾

Ragu and the staff were excellent. The Rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. The Currrent restaurant has excellent food and the grounds are quiet large. I also loved the location. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

beautiful property, lovely location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, great pancakes from the hotel bar/restaurant.
not the cleanest pool, noisey music events in the hotel bar about once a week, but they did finish by about 11pm.

This was such a beautiful place to stay! The property was just beautiful with lush greenery, beautiful statues and a gorgeous pool area. The rooms were also phenomenal and beds were very comfortable! The guests were very friendly and approachable and the staff were INCREDIBLE!! You couldn’t ask for nicer more attentive people! the location was also great because it was right next to multiple restaurants and the monkey forest and very close to Ubud center but still on a quite street. I VERY HIGHLY recommend this place! You won’t regret it!!

We really love the ambience, very quite and calm. And the room it self is very big and great facilities like large bathroom and cupboard.
The staff need to recheck any equipment in the room. Like when we stay there, it was only provided with one tea cup. It should’ve been 2 cups and the room will be perfect. Just improve it on the next chance and this property will get more potential.
