The house and room were just beautiful. Beautifully appointed, lovely linen, fragrant towels, great breakfast. The host was friendly and welcoming. We’d had a long day driving and this was wonderful to come home to. It is in a lovely quiet location with Bunratty Castle just up the road. There are some fun pubs in the vicinity as well. I would return to Dunaree B&B in a heartbeat. Thank you for a lovely albeit brief stay.
It was perfect.

Beautiful home, super comfortable, best host ever! Perfect accommodation for a single traveler. I felt so spoiled. The owner is one of the loveliest ladies I’ve met in Ireland over many years of travel there.

What a nice place to stop over and rest during our travels. Penny was lovely and made us feel at home from the start. Enjoyed chatting with her during and after a scrumptious breakfast before we hit the road again.

My host Penny made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Though we were leaving at 5am, she made sure to prep the coffee maker for our early departure and set cereal & cookies out for us, too.
Cannot think of anything which would've made the stay any better.

The Owner was very welcoming and friendly to us. She even drove us to some places as we didnt had a car. Everything was clean and and the food was good.
For people that don't have a car it might Not be a good Base as you have to walk along the road die 15 minutes to get to the Bus Station.

Very close to Bunratty & Durty Nellie's, where we were at a family party. Rooms bright & airy and bed very comfortable. The breakfast next morning was delicious. Lovely home made scones and brown bread & plenty of selection if you didn't want a cooked full Irish.
The tea/coffee making facilities were in the dining area. I like to have a cup of tea before I go to bed but didn't want to disturb the rest of the house when we got in very late. Also, the shower head in our shower was at a fixed height & for me, I'm only 5 ft tall, this meant that I had to press myself up to the sides of the shower to apply shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, as the water came directly down on top of me & full force into my face. If we were there another day. I may have used a stop/start method: turn on shower, get wet, stop shower, apply shampoo & shower gel. Water was lovely & hot and a good force, but it was a little uncomfortable for me

I should note that we didn't actually get to stay at the Dunaree BnB because the owner had a sudden heart procedure but she moved our reservation to the BnB next door (Park House). So this review will be more for that place (with the exception that I was super impressed that Dunaree took care of our reservation even though she was dealing with a heart procedure). At Park House the breakfast was delicious. The parking was easy. The room was nice. This place is also walking distance to Bunratty castle so it was perfect for the dinner we had scheduled there. Sinead and her husband were just absolutely the friendliest and kindest people. They really took care of us. Wonderful couple.
It got very stuffy in the room during the night and there was no fan. But we were able to open the windows to let some fresh air in which took care of the stuffiness, however this also invited in several mosquitos (we were able to kill a couple of them but not all) and I woke up with about 6 bites on my face. The only other issue was that the toilet was so close to the sink in the bathroom that you kind of had to angle yourself when using it. It's not the worst thing in the world. Just a little awkward but that's small potatoes in the grand scheme of things. The shower pressure could also have been better.

The location was a little secluded but it made for a wonderful quiet country experience. Our host was very helpful and made the best breakfast.

This Bed and Breakfast was AMAZING! Staff was so friendly and accommodating (we checked in pretty late). Breakfast in the morning was nothing short of spectacular... Made fresh and to our liking!
Beds were comfortable and clean, on-suite bathroom worked perfect for us. Location was easy to get to and there was a very good restaurant/pub at the end of the road.
I would 400% stay again and recommend to friends!
No complaints!

Owner allowed us to leave bags early in the morning coming from airport prior to check in which was much appreciated. Also we checked in close to noon as opposed to 3 pm again which was very nice of the owner and not expected. B & B was close to airport and also to Bunratty Castle, where we had a show at night. Location was very nice and quiet.
Owner joked about charging a sizable fee for early check in. She was apparently kidding, but it was hard to tell at time and was awkward. We had asked the question about early check in where our bags were already there. In the end it was nice that she allowed us into room early.
