Riad muy bonito

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio. El personal era muy amable y nos ayudó con todo. El Riad muy bonito

La ubicación no es muy buena, estaba a 25-30 min del centro y por la noche, no daba seguridad volver al Riad

Great stay

Great riyad! The staff was classically Moroccan, very welcoming and accomdating. Would definitely stay there again. Good location as there is a lot to see on the way to Jama al Fanaa.

schöner Urlaub in einen schönen Riad

Das Zimmer inkl. Terrasse war sauber und aufgeräumt, es hat alles funktioniert und die Eigentümerin war sehr bemüht um unser Wohlbefinden. Es ist halt Afrika und so sind halt auch die Leute

besserer größerer Wasserdruck im Bad. Ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden alles in Ordnung

Great place to stay in Marrakech, at the heart of the city.

I loved this place. It is an amazing Riad run by amazing people. Very beautiful and authentic. Room was very clean and well decorated. The bathroom looked like a movie set, very original and esthetic. Staff was very helpful in every way. I’ve been offered help and travel tips even after I left the place and traveled other cities.

Not accessible by a car or taxi. You need to walk a little bit.

Location was outside of the super touristic area, so it was perfect for us. Much calmer, easy to get out of Medina.

We loved staying here - what an incredible value. I only wish we had asked Warda to make us dinner!

We loved the terrace, the bed, how quiet it was, but mostly our host, Warda.

The bathroom had some carvings that I hit my head on a few times. The place is about 15 minutes walk to any restaurants.

beautiful Riad- highly recommended.

beautiful peaceful Riad, stylishly decorated with absolutely amazing lady who was super helpful generous and kind. lovely breakfast and lovely roof terrace!

in hindsight I would have stayed somewhere closer to the medina : as it was Ramadan there was no where close to eat in the evening once things opened back up.

This hotel stands out for its exceptional customer service

The customer service was exquisite. Warda, the hotel manager, was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful, above and beyond expectations. I would definitely return to Riad Bianca :)

Superb

The host was lovely and kind with us since the first moment we were together until the last minute. The breakfast was amazing every day! The rooftop has a nice view of the Atlas Mountain and it’s a nice place if you need to work or rest. The Riad is in a quite neighborhood but 15 minutes walking from the main square.

Superb experience at Riad Bianca

The staff was really nice and friendly, the receptionist went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. One day we had a day trip very early in the morning and she woke up on purpose to prepare us the breakfast since we were leaving before the service started. We really appreciated everything she did for us, she made us feel home. Also the breakfast they prepare is amazing

Lighting in the room was a bit dark. There is no door in the toilet, just a curtain.

A wonderful stay

A very cute riad owned by a lovely couple who just took over in the last month. The entire staff is super nice and helpful, we really felt at home. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, served on the rooftop terrace which is the crown jewel of the place. We had the terrace bedroom which was spacious, decorated with taste, and got a lot of sun and a private terrace, a luxury. We liked the location, easy to get everywhere.

A great clean and calm retreat away from the busy city centre

The property was very clean, lovely roof terrace as well. Our host and the staff were exceptional and couldn’t do more for you.

Our room was lovely the only addition that would’ve been nice is some lamps/ more lights as our room had no window.

Good location, great host, Claudio was very helpful with everything, and even helped to get a tour to the Sahara desert.

We added dinner for the night we arrived (New Year's Eve), food was delicious, Moroccan traditional food, but portions were not really big and price was steep, 43€ per person for Marrakesh prices is A LOT!

A very enjoyable short break in Marrakech

The location was good not far from the Medina but was very quiet & was exceptionally clean. The hosts were very welcoming & friendly & we could not rate them highly enough. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Riad Bianca & would definitely return.

Warm atmosphere with warm people

The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was fresh and homemade.

The owners are living on the ground floor which gives it a very warm atmosphere but impedes your privacy somewhat. Also, doors cannot be locked from inside. The riad is quite far from the actual center of the medina.

Calm oasis in the pulsing medina

Our hosting family was super sweet, welcoming and easy going. We had the rooftop room with private part of the terrace but was nice and refreshing to meet the other guests for tasty, homemade breakfast in the "public" part. At this time of the year (end Sep) it was still hot but at the end no need for the AC. Location is perfect for visiting some of the sights just walking (YSL stuff) and/or by a cab.

Good accommodation for good price

Really friendly helpful staff, answered all our questions and helped us get things sorted. Delicious breakfast, clean rooms, working aircon and quiet rooms. Location is very central, so close to main square.

There was nothing in particular we disliked. The first night the Aircon did not work good, but the next day we were explained that we should not set it on very low degrees. After that it worked perfectly.

- Henya and Claudio are extremely nice. They also have three cats - Breakfast is awesome - The rooms are clean and they have AC and WI-FI - The rooftop terrace is fantastic, especially during sunshine and sunset

The best Riad/Hotel ive been too!

Amazing hosts! Claudio and Heniya were so friendly and accommodating! Room was cleaned everyday to an exceptional standard. The rooftop was unreal!! We stayed at a couple of other places after- but nothing beats the hospitality we received at riad bianca.

Clean, affordable and right in the heart of the old city!

Quite, friendly owners that made tasty food every morning. Inexpensive prices and comfortable bed. AC and heat in every room. we communicated with owners that we would arrive at 0100 and they waited for us.

Buy Dinner!

Location worked well. Large and comfortable room. Great rooftop! very good value. But the hosts were the main reason for the excellent rating. Ask for a dinner. It is an additional cost but was the best meal I had in my five days in Marrakech.
