Overpriced, disappointing, definitely not luxury

Good communication from the host. Friendly interaction. Beautiful view.

Host knew the bathroom light was broken but there seemed to be an expectation that we would just accept that. Host offered us an alternative room, when we queried the light. In the alternative room, the shower is barely a trickle of water. Not enough hot water for a bath one morning. Carpet and base of the divan bed stained and scuffed, mouldy grouting and dirt round the bath taps, walls scuffed from suitcases. Mattress extremely soft but actually surprisingly comfortable. Not enough space/storage to unpack. Mirror too high on wall and needs a table underneath for toiletries etc. House is at the top of a massive steep hill, even hard for us and we're fit.

Staff was so lovely and friendly...bed was extremely comfortable room was beautifully decorated and spotless clean most tranquil place IV ever stayed in... would highly recommend sea vista boutique as a lovely relaxing time away...the view from are room was breath taking going out are patio doors on to the terrace will most definitely be back here and making it a longer stay.... beautiful breakfast just topped it off for are journey back home 😊

Comfy and welcoming stay. Would recommend to anybody wanting to explore the area.

The place was absolutely spotless. Great facilities and the comfiest bed. amazing view of the marina and excellent water pressure! Lynda and John were great and booked a restaurant for our first night.

Absolute perfection.

Perfect stay in a wonderful area, with super lovely hosts.

The apartment has a perfect location. The view is stunning and the whole house has a very good energy! The hosts are so lovely and care about everything! This was the perfect stay.

The most luxurious B&B that we have stayed in with stunning views

The B&B was very comfortable with a lovely dining room, living room and very spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom. The bed was so comfortable, one of the best we have slept in. The hosts John and Linda were very welcoming and made us feel at home and the glasses of prosecco on arrival were a welcome treat. The whole property is bright and airy and has a beautiful outlook from the top of the hill overlooking Lough Swilly. We highly recommend staying there.

Highly recommended

The location is fabulous and the property is very tastefully decorated and well maintained. The room was very spacious and well equipped with a very large bathroom to match and the beds were very comfortable. A lovely breakfast was freshly cooked to order with choices to match everybody's taste. You could not meet more friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts who are very knowledgeable of the area and very helpful and supportive. We will definitely be back when we are ever in the area again. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks very much! P.S.: You should not miss going to the Railway Track restaurant for a meal down in the village which is highly recommended for its great food, the friendly service and the lively atmosphere. We enjoyed it very much.

Amazing place, highly recommend and will return

The Sea Vista Boutique was amazing. There was nothing Linda and John couldn't do for you. The views are absolutely stunning, the rooms and beds were beautiful, they organised taxies for us, allowed us to use their fridge and they were just so friendly and welcoming. It felt more like a home than accommodation

Amazing views and extremely comfortable room

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Extremely soft carpet, every detail in the room was lovely. The view was incredible and the service amazing.

Parking space can be tricky, but not a deal-breaker. Bathroom was quite dark and shower wasn't the best.

A peaceful retreat in Northern Ireland with stunning views and superb hospitality.

The B&B was comfortable with a stunning view. Our lovely host, John, was more than accommodating. He had cupcakes waiting upon arrival, called a taxi for us, and helped us get into a delicious restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was cooked fresh for us and overlooked Inch Island. Overall a 10/10 experience!

If I had to nitpick, the motion sensor light in the bathroom was a bit finicky and, because there was no door to the bathroom, necessitated that we take extra care to make sure it would stay off for the night. But we quickly got it sorted and it ended up being very little bother!

Beautiful guesthouse which we can’t wait to return to.

The host John was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The bedroom was huge and finished beautifully with impressive views of Inch Island and Lough Swilly.
