Agradable , personal cálido , ubicación excelente !!!!!

Teníamos cafetera en la habitación, bolleria y frutas para servirnos las 24 hs. La atención muy amable. La ubicación excelente a una cuadra de la Playa y a 5 cuadras del centro.

La habitación cómoda pero el baño pequeño.

Ce logement ne correspondait pas du tout à mes attentes. Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour une chambre située dans un appartement divisé en un maximum de logements possibles. Salle de bain minuscule, câbles électriques apparents, fenêtres aux quincailleries cassées etc.

the view to the patio was a view in a technical shaft which was very smelly so it was impossible to ventilate the room which was too hot. the bed was a soft spunge… some insects where walking over the floor…

Location is amazing just a few steps from Playa la Concha, the room was clean and the staff super friendly, they also provided snacks which I love. Thank you! 😊

Tricky city to drive around, I wouldn't recommend driving there.

San Sebastian break.

Excellent location, 2 minute walk from the beach, basic breakfast provided (unexpected, so a nice bonus), big rooms, very comfortable bed and excellent value for money. Perfectly suited our needs.

Great location, has everything, but noisiness and some shower issues put a damper on the excitement.

It was a small room with a single person bed, a small but working shower cabine and a toilet. It also had a small desk with a very uncomfortable chair that was okay for a little bit of work. I folded a small extra blanket for some additional comfort. The location is about the best you can get in Donostia, you can get just about anywhere with a 30 minutes walk.

There are two major downsides: the walls are paper thin and so you can hear A LOT from your fellow travelers. So when someone arrives late at the night, it's going to be difficult to sleep. This made 2 of my 3 nights very rough. The other is the small size of the shower cabine. The heat regulator gets IMMENSELY hot, and just washing yourself can make it difficult to avoid touching it at times.

Wonderful place to stay!

Pension Artea is a great place to stay. It’s located at the center of San Sebastián bay area, maybe only 100 meters from the beach. The room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is completely new with a great shower. The staff are all very nice and helpful. They even provide various snacks, hot chocolate, coffee, fruits, and candy. I highly recommend Pension Artea.

Excellent accommodation, above and beyond

This accommodation is excellent. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful with fantastic communication and customer service - above and beyond. The room is clean, well equipped and comfortable. The room was a great size with plenty of space and also exceptionally quiet which was wonderful for a great night of sleep. Minutes from the beach and a short stroll into the centre of town makes this a highly desirable accommodation. Both the neighbourhood and the accommodation felt clean and safe. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely re book Pensión Artea should I return to San Sebastian.

Exceptional

Small, very well located hostel, with variety of budget accommodation from double bedroom to single bed room, twin bunkbeds. We chose this hostel as we wanted to be very close to the beachfront, and night bars and tapas restaurants. The receptionist was very helpful with info on bus transport from Biarritz. It's a budget hotel, with no frills but exactly what we wanted.

very friendly and courteous staff who kept rooms spotlessly clean and changed sheets and towels everyday as well as providing fruit and cakes for breakfast or snack

Poor

The host was excellent. Friendly, informative, and timely. The location was also excellent. Very close to the beach and restaurants. There were adequate outlets in the room.

The room was tiny. Including the bathroom, it was smaller than my dorm room in college. There was no ventilation at all. Not in the bathroom even. Ventilation came from opening the window into a small industrial shaft through the center of the building, which was lit and loud, so getting air comfortably while sleeping was impossible. Then there was a pulsing light directly above the bed which could not be shut off, and so pulsed light on me all night.

Practical, in a good situation and with a wonderful staff!

It has an excellent location a few steps from the Kontxa beach. The rooms are very practical. The facilities are very clean. Mikel and Helena are very attentive and provided us with all the help we needed. Thanks to them we have had a great stay!

The rooms condensed but if you ask, they will leave you a dehumidifier that solved the small inconvenience for us.

Comfortable room, great location, super friendly staff!

· Great location for the beach, and a short walk to the Old Town. Could not have asked for anything better for the price paid, it exceeded our expectations. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks, including cakes and fruit. Really nice and clean room. Fast Wi Fi. Staff are lovely, and went out their way to help us make the most of the city. They even helped us when our bus to Bordeux got cancelled. So welcoming and kind. Will be booking again!

There wasn't anything we didn't like. If you like the beach but don't want to pay for beach view prices, this hotel is for you. 2mins walk you can be in the sea.
