The location has a great flair, a stylish and original structure. The host is really friendly, courteous and the communication is easy. Overall we highly recommend the place.

Beautiful 100+ year old villa with lots of personality and history. Hosts were excellent. Check-in and parking were easy. We enjoyed staying at this older beautiful villa that reminded us of how pensions used to be. Hosts were great and helpful and were willing to share stories and history of the villa and surrounding area. We bought a liter of olive oil grown on their family orchard.
There is bus access to the main part of town, but it was really not convenient. Back patio was closed due to being the end of the season.

The villa is accessible by bus and has beautiful views of the hills. Breakfast is homemade and delicious. Host is very courteous and accommodating.
We couldn’t get the TV to work.

The building was very quaint and Cecilia was amazing. She cooks breakfast herself in the morning and caters to her guests. She even helped us get a taxi while still getting breakfast done. She went above and beyond.
The location makes it great because it is more quiet. However getting a taxi to town is tricky. Going from Siena to the villa was no problem though. There are no stairs but Cecilia was kind enough to help my Mom with her bag.

The B&B is run by a couple who take pride in making their guests happy. Ceclia stayed in contact via whatsapp with us to make sure everything from check-in to transportation went smoothly.
You 100% need a car if you are staying here. The B&B is located in a small town, but a 1km+ walk from the nearest restaurants. The last bus from Siena to the B&B is at 8pm. No ubers or food delivery options in the area.

Very friendly host. Best breakfast you will ever get... fantastic location to explore Siena and Tuscany
It's a 19th century beautiful villa so the bathrooms are small

Staying in a heritage building. Lovely bed, good breakfast, lovely hosts. Free parking.
Little way out of town, better suited for touring holiday rather than just visit to Sienna.
Beautiful building and lovely people if you are touring Tuscany.

The room, breakfast, and service were excellent! Cecelia was a wonderful hostess and communicated prior to and during our stay. She was extremely accommodating with our schedule. We don’t speak Italian but she was very good with English and made us feel very welcome. We would give her a 10 star rating if we could! We felt that we made a new friendship! The other staff members were also very kind and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Our only drawback was transportation. We didn’t have a car and had to take taxi to get around, which became a bit expensive. Cecelia was very helpful with calling the local taxi for us.

The building, the rooms, the living room - all great. The best - hospitality, kindness and availability from the hosts. Cecilia is the best - gave us some great tips that made us enjoy even more our stay.
The breakfast was good and the home made cakes were wonderful. We rather buffet breakfast but it was good to be served at the table.

A beautiful villa near Siena.
Staff is very helpful and they left very useful tips for us in the room. Also some delicious cantucci!
It's near the street and it can be noisy at night if you choose to leave the window open. Anyway, air conditioning is there too.

We had a great stay here. The property is beautiful and our room was too. Very clean, with a nice balcony and a nice view to the valley, we loved it here. Breakfast was very good, we chose one sweet option (croissant and three types of cake) and one salty (Bread, scrambled eggs, cheese and cold cuts) and they were both delicious. We would gladly be back!

Cecilia was a really amazing host. She always asked us about where we are going that day and gave us tips about what to see. The accomodation was really lovely, clean and we didn't miss a thing. We also bought local products - homemade olive oil - there.Thank you again and I highly recommend.

Cozy villa near Siena with easy access. The room was big, very comfortable bed, real Toscan feeling, amazing breakfast.. Cecília, our Host puts her heart in it, making this B&B really special. I would return any time

The beds were very comfortable and the room was equiped with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good; as we are all vegetarians, the host was able to change the options to our needs without any complaints or complications. She was very kind in pointing out tips for sightseeing in the area.
Although the bathroom had everything we could ask for, it was rather small. When using water in the bathroom, the toilet makes a grinding noise, which makes it hard to go for a silent bathroom break in the middle of the night.

The room was pretty big and cozy. The hosts were nice and personal. The breakfast was the best one I've had out of my 5 hotels in Italy. It was not a buffet but you can choose if you want sweet or savoury plate. The savoury plate was fresh bread and meats and cheeses. Its a much better experience than a cheap buffet. The hosts also accommodated me with my wishes of showing me things to do around the area. They also helped me figuring out the complicated bus lines of Siena.
