A good & reasonably priced hotel at a very convenient location in the city.

Room was spacious enough with a nice city view, clean, with good shower, enough power points, and strong Wi-Fi. Amenities and public transportation are all close by and easily accessible. ATM and a 7-eleven at the lobby is very convenient. Many food options all within walking distance, and a mall right across the road. Also mere minutes walk to KLCC and Convention Centre.

Some parts of the floor was peeling off in the middle of the room; overdue for repairs/replacement.

Great choice, affordable & strategic location.

Located in front of Suria KLCC, Four Seasons Place, next to Avenue K - easy access to everything from pubic transportation, F&B, shopping malls, tourist attractions. Our room facing the Petronas Twin Towers - love it!!!

Tiles used in the bathroom - in darker color which made it feels gloomy. If it in lighter color, would be better.

Staff are so helpful, location is top notch

I was booking another hotel in peior to my visit but they canceled last minute on the day of arrival so I had to book alternative which is Gin Bugis. Even though it hasn’t a pool but it was good choice. Location is amazing 3mins walk to petronas tower and hotel is right infront of k avenue mall , the staff are so nice. It was raining suddenly and Tay was so responsive helped us & gave me an umbrella to go to Batu caves, also all the staff are nice and smiley all the time

The receptionists were really polite and helpful. Good location for you who first visit to Kuala Lumpur. The location is In the heart of Kuala Lumpur, make your travel easy. Abundant food stalls with Malaysia delight. Great place, great hospitality, and great experiences. If this website only give me to rate out of 5, I will rate this hotel 10 out of 5. :)

Location is good. Nearby to a few mega malls

The overall cleanliness is lower than expected. The toilet and the room don’t seems be cleaned as the floor tiles looked dark and dirty

Excellent location, pocket-friendly but need to improve service!

I've stayed in this hotel for more than 4 times. I love it!! Its near to KLCC and the train station. There is a night food market nearby. For the price, I find that the whole experience was worth it!

The hotel management need to improve its check in process. We purposely checked in late, we came like after 3.30pm. And our rooms were not ready. And when we came back to get our rooms, there was 1 room still unavailable. And worse, we didn't get all the rooms on the same floor even though I had initially requested and explained that I was travelling with my kids. The hotel also need to provide newer towels because the current ones are thin and worn out and also to frequent toilet maintenance as the shower area was choked after every shower.

Best and awesome

The bed so comfortable, the hotel is easy to access and find food.. not far from the hotel, there have food truck and night market which is called TAPAK.. And also they have prepare breakfast for us such nasi lemak, fried rice, salad with potato mashed, toast, orange juice and some coffee

it is affordable place but with the price the comfortability is just ok.

the location is strategic and food place are surrounding it

we were in 12 floors but we can hear neighbours, motorbikes, busy highways, our windows are without proper curtains and not sealed so rains and noise are not filtered
