FUI COM A MARIA CLARA, MINHA NETA LINDA DE 14 ANOS E ELA SE SENTIU BEM ACOLHIDA E CONFORTÁVEL NO NEW POINT.

Surpreendente

Tudo muito organizado e limpo. Os funcionários são nota 10. Sempre que voltar a São Paulo ficarei nesse hotel sem dúvida. Além de tudo a localização é maravilhosa, fica bem no centro perto de tudo.

O hotel é simples não tem luxo mas atendeu minha necessidade.

A localização é boa, fomos caminhando para a avenida Paulista, tudo estava muito limpo os funcionários são gentis, o café da manhã é servido no quarto, bem servido tudo e novinho.

Gostei de tudo... Da localização à acomodação. Tudo bem limpo, o café da manhã é simples e gostoso. Apesar de não servir refeição, nos indicaram um ótimo restaurante com delivery a noite. Recepção é ótima.

Não gostei da falta de estacionamento (poderia fazer convênio na região) e do fato de não ter elevador... Mas os benefícios superam esses contratempos.

O atendimento é excelente, principalmente da Jane e do recepcionista da noite. O hotel é muito limpo e bem localizado.

Very nice hotel - lots of value for the price

Friendly and helpful staff even with the language barrier (i don't speak Portuguese and they didn't speak English). The hotel room was nice and clean when we checked in and was just as clean everyday after the cleaning staff had been there - clean sheets and towels, folded blanket and overall nice and neat. The room itself is small but is equipped with everything you could need: TV, minifridge, own bathroom, bed (of course), a little table, shelfspace and an aircondition (which was greatly appreciated). The breakfast is served at a designated time every morning and is very fine: bread, ham, cheese, pão de queijo, fruits, juice and coffee - a very nice and easy way to start the day. And if you need any water or Guaranà Antarctica (absolutely love that stuff) or soda you can buy it in the lobby for very fair prices. The location is very nice! Seemingly safe neighborhood (my experience), close to small stores and restaurants. Avenida Paulista is in walking distance from the hotel (though you'll have to walk uphill - can be a little tiring for your legs but hey exercise is healthy!) and getting a Uber/Taxi/99 to or from the hotel is easy and quick. The price I paid for staying here compared to what I got was very very good - you definitely get value for your money. When (not if) I return to São Paulo I'll definitely try to see if New Point Hotel has a free room for me:)

Very good

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, great service, tasty food for breakfast

The internet is very slow, from time to time it shuts down completely. I couldn't work this way, it was very disappointing

The brakfast was good. Served at your room, in the time you've appointed. More than enough to feed a big man like me. The staff, entire composed of women, was attentive and polite. It was a pleasant stay after all.

Sometimes the TV was off and also the wi-fi signal. But I I didn't ask to find out why, so, it maybe wasn't their fault, guess I'll never know.

Good location, very helpful staff, value for price is unbeatable, they clean the room everyday and even change your towels and replenish the toiletries daily, good breakfast

Great mattress and bed. Breakfast is brought to your room. Good location with supermarkets, bars and pharmacy in the vincity.

No tea for breakfast, only coffee.

You get for what you paid... 17 dollars per night..!!

Location

Extremely noisy hotel. People slam doors ( including personnel ), very early morning with screaming , impossible to sleep.The long hall makes strong echoes from street, and people speaking.
